Romuel Goodness gracious, is it Monday again? Well, everyone deserves a day off. Today is Dim Sum day. I'm making piles of things, and you can take as much or as little as you like. Wah! Everything looks SO GOOOOD!!! *grabs a plate and fills it* Mmmmm! 'tis wonderful! heart

Wow. After this long weekend the kitchen sure could use a good cleaning.
*opens fridge and pulls out plastic containers, discarding anything that appears to be "less than fresh", listing things to buy at the market*
Hmm... what to cook today. I know! I'll bake a great big ol' turkey for everyone. With stuffing and gravy. And then I can make everyone turkey enchiladas with the leftovers! (YUM!)
*goes back to cleaning*

Ooh. Perfect!
Time to set everything out and call the crew to dinner.
*puts out platter of perfect turkey slices, bowls of gravy, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and stuffing, along with several types of veggies*
Oh! I forgot the cranberry sauce.
*quickly mixes some whole berry cranberry sauce, some drained mandarin oranges and a few handfuls of sliced almonds together and sets the bowl on the table*

My archnemesis of the food world, that foul thing that is turkey and always produces leftovers that last months on end and beget more leftovers in other dishes! Today is not your day, nor is it mine.
Having made her rant, Katane calmly walks into the kitchen. She inspects the supplies, weighing her options. There weren't many, as she had about 3 recipes under belt.
