Phimi felt bad not being able to understand Fromage, so turned to focus on dessert. "I like pie. Pie is good." She turned back when she heard English, a warm blush on her cheeks. Pretty! A... squirrel thought she was pretty? A bashful smile lit her face. "I- I- I'm his friend... We- we're getting dessert..."

Tsubasa was standing on his hind legs getting the pie when he heard Fromage. He nearly dropped the pie in surprise. Setting it carefully on the floor he looked at Fromage. "That's Phimi.... she's my friend." He said turning to her, "Do you want it heated up with some ice cream?"
Fromage looked from Tsubasa to Phimi and grinned. "Ah! Jeune amour! Sauter avoir du dessert avec votre cher l'un!" He said in French. He didn't clue them in as to what he was saying. "It is a pleasure to meet you Phimi." He said getting up and hopping down to the ground. He bowed in front of Phimi and then kissed her paw.

"No ice cream, but I'd like it heated. Thank you." She said, nearly jumping when Fromage was suddenly there. She giggled and blushed warmer. "Th-thank you-u. Um, sir." Her tail, unbeknown to her, was wagging with pleasure. "It's my p-pleasure too. I mean- to meet you, that is."

Tsubasa nodded and grabbed the pie. He took it over to Kurogane and asked if he'd cut out a piece for Phimi and heat it up. Kurogane agreed but was muttering to himself the entire time. Taking the pie back to the fridge, Tsubasa couldn't help but feel something (jealousy!) at seeing Phimi react to Fromage like that.
Fromage grinned. "Please.... call me Fromage." He said in a heavily french accented voice. He looked at her tail wagging behind her and grinned some more. "Jeunes filles! Si pur de coeur et si facilement content avec les beaux mots. Mon coeur est si content pour voir un acte comme les jours de vieux."

"Okay, Fromage." She giggled, for once distracted enough to not notice Korugane getting upset for doing something for her. She'd normally be hiding behind Tsubasa by now and rambling an apology. "I- I don't understand." She looked over at Tsubasa and grinned bashfully. "He's cute!" She giggled. When she realized that Tsubasa was watching her, though not knowing what he felt, her playful smile turned to a purely sweet one. He was showing her so much nice in so short a time!

Tsubasa gave a quick jerk of the head at Phimi's 'he's cute'. He then went back to Kurogane to get the warmed pie. He took it to the table where his dessert was waiting. What was wrong with him?! Why did her talking to Fromage like that bother him so much?! He'd have to ask his dad later. "Your pie is done Phimi." He called as he hopped up to a seat and pulled his bag over. He managed to get his dessert out without ruining it.
Fromage chuckled at Phimi (in general) and Tsubasa's reactions. "Well pardon moi. I must go see if Blue is here and sounds like your pie is ready." He said. Nodding goodbye to Phimi he scampered out the door and off into the rest of the cabin.

Phimi giggled. "Bye Fromage." She walked over to the table, hopping onto a chair before remembering Korugane was there. Her ears flipped back as she gave the anthro a small peek. "Thank you." She said softly. She sniffed at the pie happily. "It smells very nice." She looked over at Tsubasa, watching him pull out his own dessert. "Thank you... for letting me come." She said before a nervous giggle started climbing her throat, which she snuffed out with a mouthful of pie. "Mmm!"

Kurogane nodded at Phimi before walking out of the kitchen with a few things.
"You're welcome Phimi." Tsubasa said as he opened the little styrofoam container that his dessert was in, "You're welcome to come over anytime." He sniffed his food before taking a bite. It was so good! "Mmmm..." He murmured before taking another bite, "I think Blue made that pie.... so you shouldn't have to worry about fur or anything. Gotta watch out for it when Roxas bakes."

Phimi relaxed even more when the anthro left, licking happily at her pie. "My human doesn't bake much. She usually makes dinner, but no dessert for it." She gave a half smile. "Even if she did, I don't get dessert often... Which I've already told you." She shrunk her head down slightly, embarrassed about her repetition, and took another bite.

Tsubasa nodded. "Blue doesn't bake often but she tries to do it every now and then. It's usually the anthros that do most of the baking around here. Blue will make dinner and such though." He said taking a bite of his brownie, "Yeah it's a shame you don't get dessert often..... Hey I know! You can come over here for dessert!"

"So, anthros bake too." Phimi said, chewing thoughtfully. Why would something so mean be able to make desserts for everyone?
When Tsubasa said she could come over for regular desserts, her ears fell. "But... I don't want to get fat. Blizzard said that if I ate more dessert I'd get fat." Blizzard also said she was ugly and snotty, but that didn't matter. She was too innocent to realize that Blizzard was simply a brat who had a child-like crush on her. One that would never get anywhere beyond that.

Tsubasa nodded while chewing on his dessert. "Well yeah but that's only if you don't exercise. If you get out and do stuff you won't gain weight from eating a few more desserts." He said rolling his eyes, "This Blizzard person must have forgotten to tell you that. How do you think I'm still in good shape? I eat lots of desserts but I haven't gained any weight." And it was true he went out every day with Madoc for one of their walks and they did some 'training'.

Phimi flattened her ears, shrinking down slightly. "No, he didn't say that." She didn't get out much though... Looking at the last couple bites left of her pie, she huffed a sigh. "Do you think... coming out to see you regularly... would be good enough? So I can finish this?"

Tsubasa tilted his head thinking about it. "Well it is quite a ways here from the mansion. So I'd say a round trip should be enough." He said finishing off his dessert, "If it's not we can always find something to do around here to help burn off the excess."

Phimi wasn't sure what she liked best. The idea of coming out regularly for dessert, or having that as an excuse to see Tsubasa as often as possible. Either way, her tail was wagging as she finished off her slice, then carefully carried her plate to the sink. "What is it Corny says when her stomach is full...? Oh!" She turned to Tsubasa and giggled. "My tummy has a happy."
