I'm guessing you haven't seen or read Excel Saga.
Kabapu is a rich old man and occupies a position of extreme and shadowy power which is never fully explained in the government. His genuine desire to protect the city had lead to the creation of the Department of security. He's not physically strong, but he has a lot of money on his side.

Wait, isn't Kabapu dead? ...although I suppose technically everyone is dead, so that statement is null xd
If Kabapu is our sworn enemy, does that make Nabeshin an enemy as well?

Well... given the current rate at which Kabapu is being worked on... sometime next decade. Perhaps a good 2011 battle..?
No, the main problem is, the suit I was looking for for him is no longer available... anywhere. I'm still on the lookout, but unless we can find a suitable alternative, it could be a while. I shall redouble my efforts in any case... but we may end up having to use a tektek, which would be a little annoying, but might be our only choice. We'll have to wait it out another day or two and see where we are then. My new computer will FINALLY be in service as of 5pm Atlantic Standard Time, so once I get there, I will have a great deal of things I can do. Much more than I could in my previous vocation as Shadow-Shadow-Shadow-Leader... who does paperwork... and talks a lot.
From tomorrow onward, I can do pretty much anything... I can even use Youtube! =o
Wow that sounds lame, but whatever, it'll be good. I'm putting Ubantu on now, and then there's a few things I need to download, plus sleep, and school, so like I said, about 5 my time I SHOULD be here and able to do things.

No kabapu in the manga and anime are still quite alive and Nabeshin never really had anything to do with the plot. So really Nabeshin was really on no one's side. Unless you're trying to get it cheap on the market, you can find the Romani suit in the H.R. Wesley Shop,
