The smell of blood spilling from the girls open wound made the youth tense momentarily, his eyes taking on a crimson hue. It wasnt until the blood flow had stopped that the Dhampir let out a almost inaudible sigh.
When the girl placed a hand to her forehead Ds left hand left the reins and removed her hand only to replace it with his own. He listened what she had to say, his cool hand staying on her forehead for a moment before it moved to her wound momentarily. The youths touch was light and firm, it was like a doctor touching a patient and nothing more.
"We need to get you inside and to dress your wounds." D said gently, he ended up stopping his horse in front of the old man and childs house from before. Removing his hand from the girls body he dismounted and grabbed the girl from his horse. He picked her up and brought her towards the old man and childs house.
"She's injured, i need a safe place to look at and dress her wounds." D said simply as the door opened up. His horse waited patiently where it was, seeming unphased by anything that went on around it.

November felt him tense up and sighed lightly. She was just happy he didn't try anything. But all the while she wondered why she had gone along with this. It was so out of character for her to trust anyone but herself.
She opened up her eyes again as he removed her hand and touched her forehead, it was nice since it felt so cool. But things changed when he moved down to her wound. Like a guard dog she was going to snap at him before he pulled her off the horse. A small bit of blood dropped onto the ground and stained the dirt. But now she was absolutly furious. How dare he go after her wound.
Before she could open up that trap she called a mouth, she looked at the old man and the child.
"See Grandpa! I told you she wouldn't be able to do it! She is just a woman after- ow!!" The young boy held his ear after his grandfather harshly pulled it down. "What was that for?!"
"That's quite unbecomming of a young lad. Go watch the horse, do something good for once." He scooted his grandson out and helped D take the girl to an empty room. The old man shut the shades and lit the candles in the room so D would be able to see. He cleared off a table and laid a sheet over it before helping the woman onto it.
November felt herself tense up now as she was forced onto the table. She faught the best she could the whole time but her strength was drained by now, leaving her no stronger than a child.

D moved the girls hair back from her neck and face after he had placed her gently on the table. He took her stick from her and disarmed the woman as well, putting her things at the end of the table near her feet.
"Ill need a medical kit if you have one. If not then a clean shirt or towel and some alcohol." D said simply to the old man, though their eyes didnt make contact. Ds focus instead was on the girls wound, his hands removed the girls clothing, only that which was blood stained or in the way of the wound itself.
"I dont suppose you remember how you got this?" D asked the girl his voice and eyes showing nothing but a cold hard hunters mentality. "I suggest you relax, im not going to harm you." D said to the girl as she struggled against him, not wanting to be touched in the least, even by this beautiful hunter.

Gina felt a tingle feeling on her nose as she slowly opened her eyes. however she had to wake up to catch up with the sneeze. there a quiet "chu!" and she shook her head, her long black hair not truly moving along. she sat up and rubbed her head, pulling her hair back. she stood up out of the bed, leaving the boy sleeping. she turned her head to the window, hearing noices outside. she almost gasped as she saw the vampire hunter back, but this time he had the huntress with him. she was bleeding, and she walked out of the room, leaving the boy sound asleep. she walked out of the Inn, and it was JUST dark enough for her to stay for a while. she picked up her scarlet red dress and walked a bit quicker towards the scene. she saw the old man, and the boy, along with the vampire hunter, D, and the huntress. she looked over the huntress, wondering if she recognized her. "are you ok?" she asked her, not really caring if she remembered her or not. the vampire nodded his head. "that will have to do then." he felt a smile grow slightly on the side of his mouth. "then the huntress will probably attempt to find you, and you can have your way with her, and if you need anything, dont be shy to ask. i will be gladly to lend a hand to my fellow comrade. especially for this kind of occasion." he walked to the throne, commanding the guards to lannounce the movement to the new castle. "do what you can. i just want Gina back before we start the cow-slaughter. i dont want her in the way, so do whatever you can to get her to me." he said with a deep tone, to let it be known thats one of his top priorities.

Raziel bowed out of respect. "You need not worry about that. I'll have her here." Raziel stood back up and headed out of he room. He stood outside, awaiting to be accompanied by those who were lent to him. Once they arrived, he looked to them.
"Be ready by the night, We'll head out on horses, not a carriage, and take refuge in caves. I know the idea sounds horrible, but if we ride around in a carriage we will be a sitting target." Raziel turned and headed into a bedroom to rest until nightfall.

The old man nodded and moved aside to let the young lady pass him as he went off to collect the medical kit. He was curious as to why the young woman was fighting, but left it at a simple thought.
She was starting to loose her mentality now. She didn't like being touched, infact, she had a deep fear of it due to what had happened to her as a child. No one needed to know about that though, she had gotten rid of the problem herself, but the unseen wound was still there.
She squirmed from beneath his grip, wincing as she did so and sat up quickly. Her clothes fell back onto the wound as she drew her fist back to hit him. "Touch me again and die unclean one!!" Her eyes looked different for a moment, she swung her fist but fell over and off the table in the process. Damn it all, this was just not her day. November scooted away from him as she heard the females voice. She looked up to see her, he must have left her in this town before he headed out. She curled herself up to the point where she scrunched her wound up. Her hand moved quickly to it as she stared at them.
"How dare you touch me! I didn't give you permission to touch me! Don't you dare touch me again without my permission understand half breed?!" She sighed and felt her eyes suddenly get heavy as she slumped down onto the ground. The loss of blood had finally gotten to her.
The old man wandered back in moments later and looked at the scene. He sighed at the mess he was going to have to clean up and set the kit down onto a nearby table. "I appologize for not comming back sooner."
He turned his head over to the young woman with a smile. He had seen D drop her off before he left to find the stupid huntress who was going to get herself killed. He held out his hand to shake the young girls. "I know this isn't the best time but my name is Phillip. Pleasure to meet you Ma'am. Are you going to be helping your friend in this healing process now that she's lost conciousness." He muttered beneath his breath "Thank God."

Gina bowed her head and shook hands with the older man. "my name is Mistress Gina. its nice to meet you." she turned her head to the woman. she was going to ask to help her, but she passed out before she could, it seemed. "i hope im allowed to help out." she said under her breath, but loud enough to be heard. she turned her head to D. she looked at his pale figure, and the looked back to the huntress, hising the smallest blush of envy. she sighed deeply as she stared at the huntress. "what happened to her?" she saked D, but didnt look at him. He watched his temporary guest leave. after the guards came back with the approval of the announcement, he waited at his thone ntil the rest of the guards came back, along with the people who resided there. there wasnt that many, seeing as a lot went to search for their loved Gina. he never understood his own daughter. hadnt i raised her right? he thought to himself, i raised her to be loved by all, and fair enough, she was loved. so loved that no one could believe she had left. yet its the humans that fill her heart. i just dont get it. he rubbed his brow. if shes around by humans, however, it shouldnt be hard for Raziel to find her. he watched as others arrived in the main room.

D responded with only quiet silence as the girl lashed out at him, only to miss him entirely and fall unconscious to the floor. Scooping the girl up in his arms D placed her back on the table and started assessing the wound before he started cleaning it and bandaging it.
D looked at the Noble out of the corner of his eye briefly before turning his gaze back to the task at hand. "She was bitten by the Noble thats terrorizing this village." D said before adding, "And if im not mistaken she's been experimented on by him as well." D said calmly as he went about his work.
Once he was done, and the girl was patched up, neck wounds and all D turned his attention on Phillip as he packed away the medical supply stuff that he hadnt used. "Do you have a spare bedroom i can put her in?" D inquired, before looking at the mess on the floor. "Ill clean up the mess after i get her into bed." D said.

The old man sighed gently at the news and rubbed his head. Was that why she was acting so crazy. He didn't much like the thought of keeping something that had been bitten with him, but he wouldn't say it. The old man nodded and lead D out of the small room and down the hall. He opened up the door and took out a key.
Once D had set her down, he locked the door. It wasn't only for her own protection but their own. If something went wrong, he didn't want her running around the house.
"I do hope he didn't do that to his other victims." He scratched the top of his balding head and moved into the living room.

The small boy reached over for Gina but found that she wasn't there. He woke up with a start and looked around for her. "Gina? Gina!" With a startled look on his face he headed out of the inn and into the street, calling her name. "Gina!!"

Gina finnally looked at D, with worried eyes. "experimented?" she asked him, although it did not seem like even he knew. she turned her head and pointed at the Inn for D. "she can stay in the room the boy and i were resting in. its almost dark anyways." she said. she then regretted saying that, forgetting her own plan. she wanted to leave and stop her father, by herself, maybe even follow D, as he was seeming to journey to confront him. she sighed and looked at the sun setting. she could see her father staring at her with his paleness and emotionless eyes. she never knew how he could do that. age, she thought to herself. its the age that affects them like that. she turned her head to D, looking at the beauty of a half-breed. age.....the age affects them and their wisdom, but their hearts as well. she felt herself reading the blank book of the vampire hunter, but she looked away. it was rude to stare, and she felt her face flush as she stared at him. she looked at the Inn, wondering what the boy was dreaming of if he hadnt awaken yet. then she remembered about themayor. she turned her attention to Phillip,following them as they walked "Sir." she said, "there is a boy who is in the Inn. he claims that you knew his aunt, perhaps? she had a family in a far-off village, and it was dried by....." she paused, and then blinked. "by the smell of death. he came here to make this a new home. do you suppose you can take him in? or someone who can take him?" she didnt want to leave the boy, but she knew she had to.

The old man turned his head and looked to Gina. He smiled softly and thought for a moment before remembering her. "Oh yes, the voluptuous woman who used to clean my home. Hmn, I think I remember the boy."
He turned and looked to Gina before nodding. "If the boy has no where else to go he is welcome to stay here. Perhaps with him around, my grandson won't be so reckless. But I fear that is a fool's hope."
"Gina!!!" The boy shouted and wandered down the street. He saw all the lights on in the mayors home and walked up the steps and peeked inside. He saw Gina talking to Phillip and ran up to her, hugging her around the waist. "Gina! Why did you leave me? You said you wouldn't!"

D placed the girl on the bed, her things he would return to her later along with some new clothing for the girl to change into. D closed the windows and curtains to the room before leaving it himself.
"Yes experimented, she has a needle p***k in her arm so she was given some sort of concotion. Exactly what i dont know." D said after the door to the bedroom had been locked. "His other victims met a similiar fate but for now she is the only one to survive it seems." D said as more of an observation.
D then left the two to talk while he went back to the room from before and started cleaning up the mess of blood upon the floor. Though it teased his bloodlust D worked fast and diligently. After the two were done talking D had cleaned the room and grabbed the girls weapons before, taking guard at the bedroom door itself. He wasnt about to let the girl out of his sights just yet, but why, remained the question.
D watched silently as the child ran up to Gina, clearly having taking a liking to the Noble. "Why are you still here?" D asked, but the question couldhave been for Gina or the child, however it seemed more fitting for the Noble.

Gina turned her body to see the young boy run to her. she wrapped her arms around him, trying to calm him down. " i wasnt leaving you. i was talking to the mayor about your staying here." she said softly to him, like how a mother speaks to her infant child, the soft voice tenderizing the baby with its tenseness. "its alright. i wouldnt leave without letting you know." she rubbed his red hair. she turned her head to the voice of the vampire hunter. she looked into his eyes, and then looked at another feature of his face. "i am waiting till its darker." she said plainly. "or were you talking to him?" she asked, gesturing towards the boy. she felt like she wasnt wanted around them. like the only person that liked her was the child, but it could be just because hes a little kid. she felt outcasted, just like she was at her own home, but she attempted many times to take it all in......
so far, no luck hwever.

The boy looked up at her and rested his head against her stomach. He blinked and looked over to the hunter. He was surprised to see him back. Even the child felt the tense air and looked from one to another. He wasn't sure what to do.
The old man turned and headed outside. He shouted to the boy who still had a hold of D's horse. "Put the horse in the stable. Make sure it's comfortable then come back inside."
"Okay okay!" The child sighed and pat the horse gently. "Come along then. I'll get you some nice fresh water. We've also got some good oats that we feed our prize winners." He smiled to the horse and headed off with it.

Gina looked down at the boy. she forced a smile, trying to comfort the child she could see in his eyes that he felt the uncomfort in the room, so she smiled and rubbed his head again. "the mayor said he would be glad to take you in to stay, alright?" she asked him. When the many carriages arrived at the shore, the horses and their reiners could see the darkness of the new castle sillouhetting against the soon to be moonlight. a shadow head emerged from the first carraige and he looked at the reiner. "this is it" he said. "onward. and hurry." the horsemen nodded and hit the reins, starting off the lead again towards the new castle.

The horse snorted, for the first time since it had come in contact with this village. It started to show some sort of personality as the boy led it away. The steeds behavior mimicked that of its master. It went willingily to its temporary stable, and ate in realitive silence, only occasionaly snorting or whinnying.
D looked to the child for a few moments before turning his gaze back to Gina. She hadnt bit him yet, in fact the child seemed to be developing a genuine fondness for the Noble. Ds tone and eyes softened just a bit from their usual clod gaze. "Theres still a few more hours before nightfall. You and the child should get some rest. Ill be keeping watch over her."
