I really like Dieck/Thany (FE 6), working on their supports. They pwn with said supports too.
Gale/Miledy too, even if they can't support, (Gale's an 'enemy' that doesn't attack you in FE 6) because they are lovers.
^_^ I love Jaffar/Nino too. Their relationship is so sweet.

Umm... my favorite pairing ever used to be IkexSoren, but now I've been really getting into VolugxRafiel...
Too bad I'll never find any good fanfictions of that couple. I'll have to write some...

There's a pairing I like, where it is blasphemous that there are no supports for.
Sain/Serra.
He always calls the ladies beauteous ones, while Serra loves comments on her beauty.
They're like... perfect. 8D

Platonic relationships are where it's at.
I like Sephiran n' Sanaki. I don't know what they are, in terms of the relationship they share. But I love watching them interact. It's such a shame they didn't get more screen time together.
As for typical love relationships, I'm quite fond of Seth n' Erika. And part of me wishes that Elincia and Ike were at least remotely interested in each other in Radiant Dawn.

The first pairing I was really taken with was Hector x Farina. I don't like Hector much, but Farina's character was just excellent and meshed with Hector good.
For crack, Roy x Idoun. I won't defend it because it would be infinitely hard to do so, especially when Roy can pick out anyone from his harem army.

Semi-canon, I tried to stay with the pairings with conversations and although FE5 gives the finger to some of these and calls them non-canon, they still can be canon in FE4 D:< .
Sigurd and Deirdre- I want to find my future wife in the middle of a forest.
Azel and Tiltyu- Any non-incest FE4 love is always good! Also Tordo and Fala are awesome. <3
LachesisxBeowulfxFin- If Fin has hope with her, then I do too!
Briggid and Midir- Mainly because Midir is just as much as a whore as Aideen.
Sylvia and a Knife- Corpul never happened.
