Outcast-ghosT Fairy~Nuff Actually not as long as I thought it might. Only about 6 or 7 weeks. I know some people who've waited months and months.
The thing that freaked me out most was that I used the same password for everything. Stupid I know but I was a bit naieve with stuff like that. Had visions of my bank account being emptied and my credit card maxed out. It's the first time I've ever cursed paypal!
Fortunately my hacker only seemed interested in Gaia.
Phew!
i also think that what hackers do, they consider it more like an art...there's another terminology for these lesser "hackers" which i don't remember. These bums use programs hackers have made for a personal benefit, but can't be called hackers cuz they never were...
i use 4 pwds in all round accounts, and i repeat the same pwd in some parts, but i've never had the same one in important stuff, say...banking accounts...
and i use gaia pwd for some more stuff, but that's because i have memory problems...too bad for me... sweatdrop
omg, you guys spend alot of time here on gaia...i never knew there could be more than 30 posts in a day! eek
when you say a life without inet, then i'd say more time doing important stuff, or maybe more practise in other stuff, like playing instruments..!
i have to study still, and i'm not close to being father yet, nor i sit and do nothing (but i still clean, arrange, cook in the house when i'm asked, even though i don't like to)...i wish things were a bit easier once in a while, jus to stop shredding my hair..! *sighs*
lol, I was on here a lot while I worked, lol, they joys of being a manager eh!?!?
I paint and read and do all sorts of other stuff, but nighttimes I like to hang out here. No decent babysitter so nights out are a big no at the moment. xp

Internal Dragon I know exactly what you mean. Still, one person conversations are difficult! Although sometime I feel like I'm the only person in my house who I can get any sense out of! xd This guild's not nearly so bad as some of the forums. I think that feeling like you "belong" somewhere makes it a bit easier to join in.
Kamui_kusinagi I don't think it's so bad when you have something else to concentrate on, like school or work, being a mummy kinda limits conversation though. My little boy chatters away all day but it's hardly intellectual conversation, I tried a mummy and toddlers group and left after 2 sessions, I love my babies but there's only so much talk of poo and chicken pox that one person can take! xp

So it looks like the converstation has started, and that we all have a general miss for actual human converstation. It does seem that sometimes it is an art that is slowly disappearing. Grammar is another thing that is disappearing with the newer generations.
Now as far as mind powers, I would want telekenisis, or pyrokenisis.
Either way I hope that every one is having a good day, and that everything is enjoyable.

i think that meantime we develop our abilities to "mind talk", we'll also develop the ability to concentrate on what we want to "listen" or recieve from another person...just like we do with our normal audition...
in any case, special mental abilities will come along with the ones we're developing...lol...cuz our mind will get stronger and may discover how to accomplish new and not normal abilities!
but i still like the idea of speaking for now...hehehe!

I like to conversate however I believe it's the time zone difference from my stand point. I'm EST. Virginia east coast. Need a new poll on what time zone you live in or something to that effect.

lol, sorry I vanished! My parents decided to spring a last minute visit and it took me 2 days to make my house look presentable! xd I really have been slack with the housework recently!
Still, 's nice and shiney and clean now!
Other than that just been chilling with my kiddies. had a nice weekend, it actually stopped raining for a whole day so we made it to the park for the second time this summer! whee
How much rain you getting? We've had WAY too much this summer. sad

We had a pretty good storm last night, then this started about a half hour ago. Not had too much rain this year, been a couple droughts. I've got well water so we can never have too much rain.

I don't mind when it actually rains, like big proper ploppy rain. The problem with here is that it just drizzles. Umbrella's are useless, they just end up inside out and the wet all goes sideways anyway.
xp I remember the end of last summer (also WET) and saying, never mind, there's always next year!
meh, perhaps we'll get a heatwave at Christmas?

's not so bad when you don't have kids. I don't mind getting a bit damp but Fae hates it cause she's still stuck in the buggy and Sean's got a knack of jumping in puddles that are WAY too deep, getting soaked and then moaning till we get home and dried off! rolleyes
And my flat constantly stinks of wet dog. He likes to roll in puddles, but only the really muddy ones.
