I've been very sick the last few days, and the doctor put me on this medication, side effects being it knocks me out and I'm really out of it when I'm not passed out. I woke up in this medicated fog late last night and had a conversation about the meaning of my life with my wolf, both of us laying in my bed with our heads on the same pillow. It was both strange and one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had even though I don't remember much of the conversation.

My most recent shift was a dream shift... or at least I think it was a shift. I dreamed that a wolf approached me, so I got down on all fours and licked his muzzle (as wolves do to show respect for thier alphas) and then I rolled over on my back. I was showing submission to him. But I was forcing myself. It was an odd dream. sweatdrop

Sounds like you're more of the dominant type if you were forcing yourself into submissive behavior. I think it's a cool dream, sounds like one in a series...

Hmm.. maybe.. question But the wolves in my dreams are always more dominant than I. Don't know why. Irl, I believe I'm a follower instead of a leader. So being in a wolf pack, I would probably be beta or omega (or a puppy!). Perhaps I was a puppy in a past life. I feel like one a little.
Which series?

I've had the odd dream shift, although I usually don't remember them till much later. I get phantom shifts every so often, although they are becoming more regular, they're generally having ears on the top of my head or my hands and feet as claws.
Most commonly I have mental shifts. They tend to be little things: wanting to walk on all fours, licking my hand, desires to be in water (especially around the school pond which is bad as it's filthy), being overly territorial and not being able to sleep unless I've made a mini blanket den no matter how hot it is.

Haha! I'm the same way about the blankets! I've never met anyone else that has to do that...

It's not good on school trips. Three of my friends and me were sharing a room with two double beds. The first thing two of them said when we walked through the door was that they wouldn't share with me.

When I'm sleeping with my boyfriend, I typically have one blanket that is mine and mine alone, so that at least I don't hog them all...
