This is a petition to suggest the effective implementation of Sereitei Act 143, also known as "The Man-Fairy Law", within the walls of the Sereitei. This act seeks to encourage people to use the word "Man-Fairy" to refer to anyone who is a naive, childish, pacifist with black hair and an uncanny attachment to the color "blue". This act also encourages to refer anyone who is experiencing Xeion-ish traits to be referred to as a "Man-Fairy".
In addition, this petition also seeks to add the word "Man-Fairy" to the English dictionary to describe "someone who is overly naive, childish, shows traits of being androgynous, and is someone who also has an affinity with the color blue".

No, I didn't. It actually came from my favorite megaman boss, Fighter General Fefnir, renamed Fighting Fefnir in the American version of Megaman Zero. He was the head of the Jin'en Gundan (Lit. Army of Ash Flames), and used two arm cannons that shot fireballs called Sodom and Gomorrah.
