At some point in their journey to the caves, Monroe fell back a little so as to let Sunil and Riima catch up to her. "Whurr are we goinf?" She muttered through a mouthful of squirrel.

"Erm, mine or yours?" Sunil waggled his eyebrows. He took the lead and took the duo to a medium sized fox crack in the wall and shoved himself in.

Monroe watched over Riima's entrance before stepping in herself. "Hm... cozy." She contemplated, settling down in a snug corner, setting the squirrel down beside her. "You don't mind, do you?" She directed her question at Sunil.

"Nope," Sunil answered cheerfully. He was sitting on a bed of moss and assorted animal pelts. He pushed one of the rabbits in the direction of Monroe and Riima. "Eat up," he directed, he wouldn't eat until they got their share.

Monroe settled for the squirrel, finishing it off quickly. "So you do hunt a lot," She said, examining the pelts. "Must be a neat eater, then, preserving those pelts there must've been a bother."

Riima quickly ate half of the rabbit.
"It was worth it." Sunil answered. He was satisfied with the girls eat and he tucked into his meal also. "Nice and soft, woodsy smelling, its nice," he said smiling.

"How poetic." Monroe said, half laughingly. "So who lives here with you? Surely there must be someone." She glanced about, seeking a female touch. Finding none, she looked back at Sunil.

"Just me," he replied sadly. He really didn't want to explain. "It used to be my mother and father and I. There was an accident, mother died, father left..." He trailed off. He brightened his eyes, he didn't want anyone's sympathy.

"Oh..." Monroe was speechless, this was a tough situation and she got herself into it. She got up and walked over to Sunil's 'pelt throne', boldly settling down next to him. "Hm... You don't mind, do you?" It was risky, sure, but she desperately wanted to make Sunil feel better.

Sunil just glanced at the female. He already felt as if he knew her so well. "S'pose not," he shrugged and layed down he put his head on his paws. "You both could just stay here tonight, the cliffs are dangerous when it's this dark." He turned over, attempting to pass over this situation all together. This must be difficult for the young one.
Riima was finding the wall very interesting. She could tell from the beginning that he hadn't wanted to speak of this. Monroe just got herself into it.

Monroe turned over on her side, facing away from Sunil, and watched Riima. She'd never felt so awkward in her entire life. The air in the cave was tense so she sighed, heaving herself up. "It's quite alright, really. I need a bit of air and as we established, our caves are supposedly close by." She walked to the entrance, pausing by Riima, "Riima, you'll stay here, won't you? It is a bit dangerous and I don't want you hurt. I trust Sunil completely so you should be fine." She gave Riima a smile and a reassuring nudge, then resuming her departure.

Hydro smiled a little sadly at Kenan "I'm sorry about that, Kenan, I love and miss my parents dearly." just then Hydro spotted a rabbit "Lets go!" he said excited now. He began to chase after it.

"Don't leave," whipered Sunil, looking at her once more. "I don't want you to get hurt either," he added. "You can lay with me, it's really okay that you asked.."

Monroe, taken back by Sunil's words, turned about and flashed a smile. "Well, thank you kindly for letting me stay, then! But I think I'll lie down here by Riima, don't want her getting snatched up and away in the night, do we?"
Kenan bolted after Hydro the second the other male shot off. He wasn't that great of a hunter but the chase was always thrilling.

Sunil was a bit crestfallen. "Okay," he said with a hoarse voice. Riima was between them, he turned over, pressing his back into her side. "G'night then."
