Omgosh! I know that exact quote. I can't remember whether it was XANDER or WILLOW who said it, though I'm pretty darn sure it was WILLOW. I think it was in season 6 too. Or not? It was one of the episodes where Buffy was absent and Xander and Willow were doing the patrolling.
