Milena smiled as the gates opened, she couldn't wait to flex her wings. It had been so long since she had last visited the human world. She was a bit nervous that it would show that she hadn't visited in more than a century. "Well, let's go." She said as she flexed her wings and glided down.

Dominicus gave a rueful smile as he watched the other angels flex their wings. With a groan the grand gates of Heaven opened up before him, and stepping forwards Dominicus stood on the precipice of the margin between the holy and the unholy. With a slight grimace Dominicus unfolded his wings to the fullest, pops and creaks were the audible outward expression of the pain it caused him to use his ancient form of flight. The unfurling of his wings caused a small cascade of grey feathers to float down to Earth, and stretching his wings even further Dominicus flapped the appendages creating a small gust of wind as he did. Dominicus however was accustomed to the pain of flight as he often made the journey down to Earth, and throwing the pain of his wings to the corner of his mind he dropped nimbly off he precipice.

Susanna nodded her head as she unfolded her wings. She stretched them, reflecting the light, they glitered as the sun rose above the horizon. She flew up a few feet up before soaring towards Milena and Dominicus. 'When was the last time I visited the human world?' she thought as she realised she hadn't been down there for some time. Susanna shuddered as she looked down at the planet.

Elysia soon followed the others downward. Human air was colder than she had thought, but she actually found herself enjoying it. With a small giggle, she swooped and dived a bit, testing herself to see if her flying ability was what it used to be. Her wings were still a bit stiff when it came to larger movements, but she felt she wasn't doing too bad. A bit more practice was all she needed.
She landed carefully on a sturdy tree branch near the top of a sparcely forested hill, overlooking a bustling city to the north. A squirrel peered at her curiously, before scampering back up the tree to wherever it's hiding place was.
"Well then, are we ready to start?" the Crystal Angel called to her companions, smiling a bit. Admittedly, she had forgotten much of the order they were doing things in. But Milena was always organized, and would remember, she was sure.

Milena folded her wings tight to her body and dove straight down to the forest, unfurling her wings just before she hit the ground to land softly. A few minutes later her berette floated into her hand. After replaced her hat securely on her head, Milena grabbed her book out of her bag.
"Mmmm, Love first. So, what's the plan?" she called, looking up into the tree where Elysia sat.

Elysia shrugged, "Basically we need a big group of people to feel that emotion. A touching moment of some sort, perhaps. In the midst of a large crowd, or where everyone can see," she tapped her chin thoughtfully, "What do humans find touching anyways?"
She wasn't going to lie that she knew little about humans. She rarely spent time around them. She knew what they felt, but not why. Angels and cherubs were differant in many ways from the mortals, but she wasn't sure just how differant they were.

Melina thought for a moment, then a thought sparked in her head. "Since the humans invented motion pictures, the cherubs have been absolutely awed by them. When they're not working for us, I often find them watching these, um, films. Well, I came in at the end of one to find Chuma, and on the... oh, what's it called... screen! there was a man and a woman in the middle of a large town square, by a fountain. The man yelled, "I love this woman!" and proposed marriage to her. When she accepted the whole square erupted with cheering. Old couples kissed, new couples hugged. Love was just every where. So, maybe something like that would work?"

Elysia came slid off the tree branch, and gracefully landed on the ground, somewhat enchanted by the idea of these film inventions, "That sounds like it could work. So we either find some humans willing to do that for us, or..." she couldn't help but grimace slightly, "Two of us would have to pretend to," she looked back up at the sky, wondering if the others were paying attention.

Slowly descending to the ground Dominicus heard the conversation on film transpire. Landing on the soil with a soft thud, Dominicus brushed stray strands of hair away from his face and behind his shoulders. Folding his aged wings back up again Dominicus walked to the other angels and as he reached them he scoffed. Shaking his head Dominicus glared down at Milena and Elysia with an air of superiority. "If you think for one second that I would make such a spectacle of myself by participating in a film, you're wrong. Although, Milena is right. This could work."

"Possible," Susanna commented as she let herself fall to the ground softly. She folded up her feathery wings before asking sarcasticly, "Who is going to act then, since Dominicus here isn't?" She let out a small sigh to herself as she thought, 'It's going to be harder than I thought.'

Milena thought for a long while, tracing the design on the cover of her book. "Well, since Dominicus is the only male here, and he has outrightly refused to act, we'll just have to find a couple. I does anyone know how to find one? And then to make the man propose in the middle of a square?" Milena looked around at the angels, then down at her book. "Honestly, Dominicus, it would be so much more easier if you just played along."

Elysia couldn't help but snicker a bit, before regaining her composer and offering up another idea, "We could always try to pay a human to pretend for him. I'm sure we can find one greedy enough to do it. That would only leave the question of who is willing to kiss one, or whatever it is this scene will take to make it believable," she tapped her cheek. She certainly didn't want to offer to do that part, and would far rather just watch over the crystal as it became empowered. But she was a little worried they might make her do it, seeing as she got them into this mess in the first place. So she prayed silently that it wouldn't be the case.

Running a shaky hand through his tresses Dominicus cleared his throat and looked at Milena. "If me acting would make this whole ordeal move along quicker, I...." Dominicus paused and looked at the sky, licking his dry lips in embarrassment. "I would act. Though only if we can't find anyone. Also most important of all, only if no cherub and angel not present does not come to know of this debacle." Once Dominicus had finished he turned away to regain some of his lost composure. To think that he, the Angel of Death, would be forced into something so degrading. The thought made Dominicus frown and bite his lip in anger. The white teeth broke the fragile pink of his lips and a small bubble of blood erupted onto the surface. With haste Dominicus wiped it away and kept his back turned, waiting for the other angels reply.

((Level 3? Huh, wasn't expecting this. We must be doing a good job whee ))
Elysia tried desperatly not to laugh at Dominicus' discomfort; but a few giggles still managed to escape her, "Well at least we now have a back up plan if need be. Don't worry, we'll try really hard to keep you from having to do that," she didn't sound completely honest, but she couldn't help herself. If he hadn't antagonized her earlier, then she probably would be more compassionate, but that was not the case. Now she was almost hoping they wouldn't find a human...so long as she didn't have to act along with him, of course. She looked down at some of her jewelry in contemplation. She doubted the other angels had money on them either, but she figured these trinkets were probably worth enough.
She flapped her wings a few times, becoming airborn again, "So are we ready to go? I think we should fly most of the way, until we get close enough, but not so much that our wings will be spotted. I'm not walking all the way there."

((woot level three, how awesome is that? lulz))
Dominicus picked up on the giggling that escaped Elysia, and the slightest hint of an animalistic growl tore itself from his throat. The complete indignation this was causing him was appalling, and to think that the one who had created this fiasco was the one laughing at him! Surely he should be the one mocking her. Anger bubbled to the surface briefly and the clenching of his fists was the only outward sign of this emotion. Taking in a deep breath of cold air helped soothe his anger and soon the throbbing vein in his head began to slow, and soon come to a complete stop. Turning back around Dominicus heard Elysia's next words: "So are we ready to go? I think we should fly most of the way, until we get close enough, but not so much that our wings will be spotted. I'm not walking all the way there." Dominicus' eye brow twitched at the proclamation and with a grimace he unfolded his wings. Again, the opening of his wings created cracks and pops to be issued forth as the worn bones struggled to stretch to their full diameter, and this time Dominicus issued forth a small curse caused by the discomfort. Being old certainly had more negativities than benefits. With this thought Dominicus leaned lightly against a wizened tree to recapture his breath and rest the ache of his muscles, both in the tendons of his wings and his back and shoulders that helped support the festoon of feathers.
