Since Twitch claimed Colorado and the rest of the western states are gone...dibs on New Mexico, and if Elvish doesn't have solid dibs on California (since it's under debate), dibs on California. I don't have dibs if Elvish really does want California.

Provincial Freelancer Project!Twitchapher YAY The Provincial Freelancers! Ok, let Twitch explain a little bit about them. Unlike the State Freelancers, the Provincial Freelancers are all white, not black along with the fact that their are only 13 of them. British Columbia, Alberta(Di's), Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontairo(she's my claim, hopefully I'll get her soon. |D), Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. These 13 were suppost to be peacekeepers though the project was doomed to fail. It didn't take the group long to figure this out, the complainning started, some fighting went on and Ont and Que almost took each other's heads off.The group split right after that.
They are not related to the American Freelancer Project...Most of them are sane, though P.E.I is short and gets picked on. |D And sometimes, to keep the peace, they use well...None peaceful ways. Ont likes to use her peace gun aka a rocket launcher a lot.(Cuz when I played halo, it was always my favorite weapon, next to the sword. XD)
Yes D.E.R, you can claim Yukon...I'll make a post in my journal for claiming tracking....I'd also like to ask people to refrain from claiming two, since there are only 13(14) of them.
