Name: Neoko Age: 800 but appears to look 18 Race: Vampire/Witch Gender: Female Apperance: A younge 16 year old female with long black raven hair, red eyes, tan skin, and full figured body. Whenever she is happy her eyes turn a lighter red aprears to be pink, and when she is very mad or upset her eyes turn black. Personality: Is a shy and quiet girl but when you get her mad you better watch out.  I look like this but darker skin, black hair, and red eyes!Abilitys and weapons: Knows a little witchcraft and alchemy. Carrys a dagger under her skirt, and walks around with a bow n' arrow Backround: She was seperate from her family at birth and grew up ina perfect society with richies galor until one day she had the thirst for something more then just money....she yurned for something new and wonderful...something that could take all of her urges away...she then ventured off to the nearby lands and settled here..her new life

Apperence: Human: Long black hair with red streaks at ends,long black wings that have a red shine when the light hits them exactly right slight red in eyes and red marks all over body and black wings in a strang design. Cat: black with red marks/stripes/streaks in same places as in human form.
Personality: likes being alone but enjoys company as long as they dont question the red marks.
Likes: reading books, and sword practices, Training for the unknown
Dislikes: being laughed/pointed/stared at.
Abilities: controls all the Elaments and able to telaport/float/fly/walk anywhere without injuring self

Weapons: A black leather bound book, allowing him to affect his immediate surroundings.
Appearance: Wrapped from head to toe in bandages. A pair of midnight black wings protrude from his back, cat ears protruded from his head, and a tail was behind him. Instead of hands and feet he had cat paws. The rest of his body was covered in bandages.
Background: Human at birth, he was working aprt time in a laboratory when he was seventeen. By a major coincidence, there was an wxplosion at the lab on his 18th birthday. An experiment woth demons had exploded and the full brunt of the explosion was directed at him. A cat demon soul became fused with his own, with unexpected results. Wings sprouted from his back, and parts of his body changed.

Seina was once a Knight of the Venloan Moon until it was overran by opposing forces. There he traveled around trying to find survivors only to be dissappointed. Though in the more recent century he found himself doing the job of a detective. There the sense of worth was reborn in himself. In the divsion he met up with his partner Eric who alas was killed by a maurading serial killer whom had other worldly powers. His soul was pulled from him and in attempt to save him Seina put it into his sixshooter. They have been partners ever since now.

She was around his many succubus and temptress mistresses, learning skills and techniques from them. On her 15th birthday, her master had gone to far and turned her into a vampire. She can remember the painful transformation, the feeling of her body changing, dieing. She escaped years later, after she let him train her and make her faster and stronger than most vampires twice her age. She wandered around the world, to many different countries. Lolita picked up different fighting styles and found a weapon that perfectly suited her. She named it after her past master, Sir Kal Valentine Dracul. She became a vampire with unparalleled speed, grace, strength and skills of seduction. Her eyes held all her concentrated magic of seduction and so she wore a mask over her face.

Weapons: He has no weapons apart from the claws and the sharp teeth lycans normally have.
Abilities: This lycan is just plain and avarage the only abilities he has are all natural as in his powerful legs provide him with some agility, Able to turn lycan from the light of his pendant around his neck otherwise he is just human.
Appearance:
Lycan: Long think grey fur covers his body providing him with warmth and some protection such as weather or fights. His long claws are sharp and could easily cut through flesh if he swipes at someone with speed and precision. His long tail normally sways softly from side to side but it really depends on his mood. The lycans sharp small pure white teeth enable him to clasp onto food, Victims etc.. Along with his powerful jaw.
Human: Rarely in his human form he is alot more shy and less confident around others. Green hair, Yellow cat like eyes, A small scar can be seen across his face between his eyes, A bright glowing pendant around his neck ((The glow represents the wolves spirit living within it.)) His clothes are black and quite dull. Wears a cape which covers most of his body which is quite handy since he likes sleep and uses it like covers.
Bio: (where you came from, and why your here: He was born in the woods left to fend for himself, Not knowing his parents he continued to live his life alone which made him very independent. This lycan is curious and has no reason for being in any kind of place except for his interest in places he hasnt seen before.
