Your Honor, the ID card is intended to prove that we are not falsely accusing people based on having once said something nasty to my client. It has actual physical evidence on it that a Conspiracy exists, and the forensic evidence I've produced-the fingerprints, the ink types-tie many of the accused in, incontrovertibly. This IS a legit APC ID card, and it DOES prove that an Anti-Powell Conspiracy exists. I request that you rule Mister Murdock abandon his line of questioning my client's sanity.

I would also like to request that if Mister Mudock does not control his clients that some penalties be levied here, your Honor. I feel that Mister Murdock is trying to use a wave of the hands here to distract from the true point of the case.

You've produced evidence of a card, but for a full conspiracy I will need a list of members. Furthormore, keeping Powell from having sex does not ammount to criminal OR civil conspiracy. The focus should be on the profits made from the sale of the DVDs.
Which I also need to see evidence of.

While I will review this, I remind you that secretly filming someone for profit is not the same as informed consent. It is, in fact, very nearly the oposite. Are you contending Powell KNEW about this?

Keeping me from having sex?!? I was trying to have a relationship!! They were keeping me from even being with her at all!!

If she was part of this conspiracy, then she never intended to be with you to begin with.
