Oh i'm sorry Bait, Tiberias is a Wereboar friend of mine I met at the festival over there.
Raidyn points back to the direction he came from an area with a bunch of tables with various people chatting and eating.
It sounds as though you just got thrown into something you wouldn't expect to see in 1000 years.

OOC: Just got out of class, and all I can say is ... ow.
BIC: *Inwardly, he chuckles; while he's always strived for a quiet, peaceful life, the truth is that 'Bait has seen more than his fair share of weirdness over the past two centuries. In some ways, this current situation isn't so strange ... but again, he's always wished for a peaceful life.*
Let's just say it has it's ... unusual elements. Now, I'm not even going to blink at the wereboar unless he tries to gore me -- and since I don't currently intend to insult him, I don't expect that to happen. Moogles ... no disrespect, but your people are new to me, and those big yellow chickens are completely outside my experience. You, I'll gape at.
*He pauses, craning his neck to look around.* Just how large is this ... village, anyway? I see the building in which we appeared -- the main building, I'm guessing -- and of course this park area, but I've not seen tons of housing yet. Or farmland, or ... well, most of the other amenities of life, now that I think of it.

Ontaros takes this question "Well in exact mesurements I havent actually taken the time to look into it, but the only real building would be the castle, everything else is open land and trees if you will. As I'm sure you can appreciate, there is limited space up here so the majority of the residence take up quarters in my castle such as the moogles and a few of my projects, others simply come and go as they wish like the were tribe you see here. They're really only up here for the lunar festival. I offered to allow them a closer view of the very object of celebration, I wanted to make tonight a little bit more memorable for them I guess, and also I wanted to participate too." He laughs.

Ah, so they're not regulars. It's mostly these moogles, then?
*He pauses to consider.* You claimed a collection of unique individuals, but from what I can see, the collection is rather small.
*He doesn't mention that, to him, all these moogles look more or less alike.* And I must respectfully say, not terribly unique -- unless there are more here I've not yet met. I begin to wonder at the ultimate purpose of calling us forth in this fashion. Mind you, I'm not saying I object, but ... I do wonder.
*Once more, 'Bait makes a show of looking around, then stands up.* Well, since the lynanthropes are quite thoroughly occupied with their celebrations, and I've no wish to intrude upon same ...
OOC: And since our number one werewolf seems to be out, along with her sister ...
BIC: ... I hope you'll not be offended if I explore the grounds a bit. Curiosity about one point does not preclude curiosity about a dozen others.

He nods to Dragonbait "You may explore, and there are a few more residents, however there are alot of new faces that I've... recruited so to speak and there are alot a few regulars, such as the Moon Child of this wolf pack, though if it weren't for her duties to her tribe I think she might be inclined to move in." He looks up at the moon above with a grin. "I dont know what werewolf wouldnt want to live this close to the moon?" He laughs.

"Really, Jo is it. Well, you have done such a good job helping Lady Silverfang." Tiberias tousles her hair and stands up. He nods to Silverfang "I'll leave you to it then." He wanders off, visiting other weres, and the food table. He unconsiously heads toward the knot of people around the newcomer.
OOC: Is the little girl a real character or just a random person?

SilverFang >>Silver speaks in were, her eyes deep and sad, then repeats herself in common<< The poor boy. Fanatacism really isn't good for anyone involved. And a diety the demands blood is not one that should be followed. >>After a moment she gathers herself and musters a small smile for the demon<< Your story is fine, but if you'd like to put a lighter spin on things, then go ahead. It's up to you. >>It wasn't unlike Silverfang had to repeat in common for Niana. Quite contrary. Being alive for...for...a really long time, one would be hard pressed to find a language the female didn't know. Not like Silverfang would know that. And even less likely was she going to reveal it. Afterall, she was still going under her 'sorceress' title. The female laughed softly, trying to round her spirits up after the depressing tale<< How about...I can sing so beautifully, sea sirens weep with jealousy. >>Actually, she had met a sea siren before. Chaynx introduced her. Surprisingly intelligent creature<< Speaking of which...when am I supposed to get on?

>>she smiles<< I look forward to hearing you. And very soon. I'm almost done. >>She gives the demon a friendly pat on the arm<< I'll tell you when you can come on. >>She then makes her way towards the stage, only making a stop or two on the way. When she steps onto the stage the music stops and the audience slowly silents. She smiles and holds out the bowl to the audience<< Thank you. It is not time to finish the communal rite. Violet has told me that she is pregnant again and... >>SilverFang goes and tells a couple highlights of her journy around the grounds, sharing funny stories and births and oaths. When she tells of Tiberis' oath there were around him laugh and he gets a couple slaps on the back. There's a slight paus as SilverFang holds the bowl a little higher<< I give this toast to our hosts. Ash for being the wonderful cheif that he is, always caring and there when you need a hand. And Sir Ontaros, for making this such a special night by allowing us to use his grounds. >>She then takes the bowl and takes a deep sip<< This ends the communal rite. I will now return the rest of the potion to the earth. Let the shows begin! >>SilverFang leaves the stage, taking the bowl and heading for the largest tree on the spell jammer. As she leaves a couple children go up onto stage and start singing and dancing<<

Ontaros looks to Ash and nods towards the stage. Ash nods in return as if giving him the Ok to get up on stage. He eagerly hops litterally onto the stage and turns around. Though there isn't a smile on his face you can see it in his eyes. "Thank you everyone for coming up here and not only allowing myself to be a part of this but for the Spelljammer itself is glad to have you holding this event here as well. It's been a while and though I know I'm not part of the pack, all of you have welcomed me to this little piece of home so to speak for me. It brings me back to when I was young and my head swam with thoughts of adventure and exploration, about learning and seeing, knowing and living. I won't lie to any of you here and by telling you I wasn't a niave lad but if it wasn't for me dreams and my ambitions I wouldn't be here right now. All you young pups out there," He thrusts a finger upward as high as his body naturally would alow "keep your eyes on these stars and reach for them every day, eventually you'll finally get to touch them if you do." With that he quickly waves his hand infront of him and infront of all the little were pups a small glimmering light hovers infront of them bobbing slightly and gently ringing with it's glow. "These are your stars kids, I'd up to you to get them." He flings the same hand upwards and the stars follow, jetting upward into the sky and disappearing. "Again I want to thank every one of you for being as warm and as beautiful to me as you have been, may the stars watch over everyone." With that he leaves the stage and pretty much disappears into the crowd.

OOC: Wait ... does Tar post anywhere anymore? BlckRobe was asking about her the other day ... My apologies for the delay. An accident in class left me unable to type with my right hand, and a decent RP requires both hands. BIC: SilverFang Religion is a fascinating subject, I'm fairly well versed myself though I'm not as much of a student as my grandmother, the last Moonchild. Thank you. >>She glides through the door and waits for 'Bait to join her before moving on<< Some of us live on the SpellJammer but our main body is in Lythus. I couldn't tell how many are here now, but we are one of the major packs. If you count the children we're 33 strong, most of them are up here now because Ontaros so graciously offered up the land for our festivities. If you have any questions about the festival or Luhara, or our panthion, I'd be happy to answer them for you. (( I guess we should move to the grounds now )) *Actually, he'd been wondering about the SpellJammer's overall citizenry more than SilverFang's pack alone. But Dragonbait sees no need in explaining himself as they re-enter the open air.* Thirty-plus werewolves, a number of moogles, a centaur, two humans counting our host -- *It's not paranoia that stops him, freezing him in his tracks. It's not the paladin's ability to sense evil that causes him to slowly turn his head, scanning their surroundings. It's not appreciation for beauty that causes him to focus on one particular person leaning against a tree. And it's not normal tendency to spot the things that aren't normal, like wings and tail. It's all four of these that allow him to recognize one other type of person to be added to the list of citizens.* -- and ... is that a succubus? *He shakes his head. Somehow, this is all very much reminding him of the group he just left. As long as this girl doesn't act like Lyllian, he figures they'll get along fine ... but from his experience with succubi, he doesn't see that as very likely.* Lady SilverFang, you are quite gracious in inviting me to join your festivities, but I must say ... overall, I'm getting a very "oy-vey" feeling about all of this.

>>SilverFang blinks at the succbus. Did they always have one? She didn't remember one being on the list.... She'll just have to go introduce herself later. But her face scrunches up a little at his comment<< what's an.. oye-vaye feeling? It doesn't sound pleasent.
(( Hope your hand's alright *concern* ))

OOC: One finger's swollen and I've lost half my dubious dexterity -- can't even make a fist -- but at least now I can type without pain. And didn't you say you had a demon-type character?
BIC: "Oy, vey". It, um ... it doesn't translate well. "Good grief" would probably be the closest parallel for this area. It reminds me of my last group ... though substantially quieter thus far. We've even got the deranged centaur. Well, as long as there's no over-attractive elfmaids, time-travelling merfolk, shape-shifting dragons, or terminally depressed half-breeds, I think I'll be okay.
OOC: Trivia time; how many can you identify from our old group? ninja
