((Okay.)) Evil rubbed the back of her head. "Where to start, where to start..." She muttered to herself. She then looked up at Tenshu and said; "First you will improve your body. Put these on." She said while going into a nearby building and grabbing various arm and leg weights. She tossed them to Tenshu.

Tenshu cought the weights almost falling over "oh hell" Tenshu put on the weights one at a time "ok now what?"

Evil's eyes glinted and she handed him a paper of instructions she had kept in her pocket. It said: 1,000 Pushups 850 Pulls ups 150 laps around the Training Area 600 Situps "Do those." She said.

Around 494 he started to get tired but he didnt give up. He had to much will power to quit, when his body wanted to quit his will wouldnt let him so he continued 495, 496, 497...

597, 598, 599, 600 After 600 Tenshu jumped over and started his push ups now that the Lieutenants position is open i must train harder, im not giving up that rank without a fight! Tenshu started working 5 times harder

996, 997, 998, 999, 1,000 Tenshu got up, sweating like a pig, and went to the closest bar and started doing his pull ups im almost done, just the pull ups and laps.

Iu walked onto the training grounds with his new Vice Captains badge on it. The 10th Squad symbol shined into the sunlight of the area. Iu shrugged his shoulders a little bit, feeling extremely naked without some kind of haori on. Before he did any training, Iu lifted up the top of his clothing and checked to see if the scar was fully healed "I hate this annoying thing. It feels so weird to have a reiatsu restraint inside me." He sighed, then unsheathed his blade "Well I guess I need to get back into the swing of things. Freeze to Death! Touketsu Jigoku!" Light blue reiatsu bursting from ever pour in his body, Iu went into his shikai state. His blade turned a light blue frost color and his eyes deemed their black and red state. He had not gone into his first reiatsu release for some time now, so it wasn't as powerful as it usually is. "Hmm... what to start with...." Feeling a rush of energy come from inside him, he smirked as he shot a palm through the open air "Hadou 54:Haien!" A purple flame filled the air as it erupted from his hand. The flame tore forth and shot into the open distance. "Not bad at all." He smiled and began to think what he should train in.

As Iu continued to think, he decided that the best method would be to go to the demi hollow training area and practice on those. He walked off to go train in that area

As Victoria walked into the Squad 10 training grounds, her head was still clouded with her own thoughts. Regaining herself and realizing she had never visited 10th Squad and didn't know anything about the training grounds she was in. She looked around for Iu, silently wondering if she would ever find him in a place like this.
