But instead of being a brown, it is a strawberry red.
Trainer's Outfit: Outfit Just the vest, shirt, hat, pants, bracelets and necklace. :3

Physical Characteristics of Trainer: Brown hair streaked with navy blue and styled in pigtails. [Ref: # 166; the brown streaks should be the navy blue streaks.] Her eyes are also navy blue, and her skin is tanned from being out in the sun.
Trainer's Outfit: Custom Team Rocket uniform. Suchi’s is white instead of the customary black. She also has navy blue gloves, and a navy blue R on the middle of her shirt. The boots she wears are white, too. She has a belt around her waist for which to carry her pokeballs. This is a lighter blue in color.
Pokeballs: On a belt around her waist.

Note: The color of Elior’s ears and tail is the color of the streaks in Suchi’s hair, along with it being the same color blue in the rest of her uniform.
