Mimicry entered the Lost Garden. She'd been there once, but thought she'd stop by again. It was actually a very lovely place, despite how sad it seemed.

Spotting an area beneath a large oak, she leaned against the trunk and surveyed the area, admiring it.

Why she came here every night, she was not idea. It was empty. Quite. Which was maybe why she came here. And no one was ever around, and she was free to give life. Grow things, not sure if that was life. But that is what she called it, and she was sticking to it. Pulling the mass of curls up off of her shoulders, and up into a high bun on her head. Wanting to feel the nights wind lick her bare neck. And once it did, she giggled. Baby curls slide back and forth on the nape of her neck, nothing tickled more to her. Padding her way along the stone path, heading to her favorite place in the Lost Gardern. The fountains is what she loved. How the benchs stood alone, ivy crawling its way up the bench. Covering it. Making it disapear under the green ivy. Ivy. That is how what she thought her sickness was. Seems harmless. Until it starts to take you over. Covering every inch until there was nothing left.
Pausing by the fountain, looking down into the water. Small fish swam around, making the corner of her lip turn upward in a crooked smile. Extending her hand, reaching out. Running her long fingers over the surface of the water. The fish did not shy away, they swan up to her hand. Emilys smile widend as the fish swam over her hand once she put it in the water. The coldness felt nice from how hot her skin was at the moment. Wiggling her fingers before she slowly rised her hand from the water. Shaking it off to get rid of the water. Once the water stilled, Emily lean in with a frown. A long curl hung on the side. Pushing it back, she gasped softly. Emily had not noticed how sunken her cheek were becoming. Before she had high cheek bones, but now, it was large sign that she was sick. Purple bags under her eyes. The make up no longer hid it. Her full lower lip trembled as she turned away. Not being able to look at herself anymore.

Once Emily sat down, she had a clamp on her emotions. Well, on the outside at least. Inside, she had no control. A question kept on popping up in her head. When was the sickness going to finish its job? "Get it over with already." Whispering to herself as she sat down the ivy covered bench. Her long slender hands resting on her side of her. Before she knew what she was doing, she started to peel the ivy away from the bench. Wishing she could peel the ivy of sickness away from her own self.
Once the top of the bench was naked, she smiled. Having finished her job, and she was content about it. Clapping her hands together, as to get the dirt off. Even when there was none. Looking down at her feet. Her booted feet turning inward at the head of her toes. Wiggling her toes, testing if she could feel the joints move. Negtive, she thought. Looking away. Needing to do something to get her mind off of it. Standing up slowly, swaying before she got her balence. It was sad, she thought. Not being able to feel your feet when you walked. Or if her boots were tight enough on her legs. You need a cane. A voice inside her head said. But, she was stubborn and ignored it. For all she knew, it was right. Her walking was horrible. Once would think she might be drunk, or have a fake leg. Walking with a limp, then swaying on her feet, then having to pause. Laughing at herself, because that was all she could do.
Sitting down in a small circle of flowers. The colors were pale. Pale pink, white, and a very light shade of blue. Fingering the blue flower, letting her finger tips slide over the petal. Enjoying the softness. Sighing, placing both of her hands on the grass covered ground. Both hands on the outside of the circle. Emily closed her eyes, long lashes brushing over her cheeks as she did so. Parting her lips, holding her breath as the green glow beamed from under the translucent skin of her hands. And into the earth the green glow fled. Sending bright colored flowers around the pale circle of flowers. The bright flowers framed the pale ones. They compliments each other. Emily thought as she stared down at them with a wide smile. Flashing her white teeth.

Arian walked into the gardens, wandering to calm himself. he had come to close to giveing in, he would have hurt someone. he was interupted from his thoughts when he heard someone near, and he fallowed the sounds until he came apon a girl.

he leaned against the tree, studying her. "ah.. get what over with i wonder." he murmerd quietly back. he was sure she couldnt hear it, most humans couldnt hear that low. he didnt need to breath and, unlike others of his kind, did not see the point in trying to seem human. so he made no noise as he stood there. he thought silently about what she could do, and found it amuseing that she would bring life to things... when he was a bringer of death. he was completely still, just watching the girl fasinated. he knew he should leave. but as was his nature, he was charmed with how the girl seemed happy. small things bring the most pleasure.. he thought to himself.

Rubbing her cold hands together. Her skin was clamy, telling her of her rising fever. Her hands tingled from giving life into the ground. It always did. What bothered her sometimes, she had thoughts about her gift. For example, if she stopped giving life, and stopped, would her sickness go away? But no, she already knew that answer. If at all, it made her feel better. Taking a deep shaky breath, slowly moving to lay down on her back. Making her body relax so her back was not arched was hard. Her joints were so sore. Looking up at the night sky while rubbing her legs. Trying to get the feeling back so she would be ready when she had to walk home. With her free hand, she moved her hair out from under her, and around her head. Appering to be a red halo. The hair on her neck stood on end, making her gasp softly. The feeling when you knew someone was there. But if she listened close enough, she could no one except herself, and the swaying of the grass. Closing her eyes for a moment, then a chill ran up and down her spine. It was confusing her, she did not know if she was going to have an attack, or if someone was here. With her.

he blinked at her actions, slightly confused. his eyes went solid black and he sighed lowly. that was why she acted that way.. death was creeping up on her. as his eyes turned back to normal he straitend from the tree and turned to leave, decideing to keep to his own problums. he paused and looked back, knowing he couldnt just leave.. even if he had wanted to. a waist.. to let one die when she gave life to others. he was damned with all of his sin's.. but mabye he could do one thing right. quietly he walked to her side and sat down, not makeing a sound as he looked at the flowers. finaly he took a breath, more out of habit than anything else, and murmerd just loud enough for her to hear. "little fire hair, you give life while yours is being taken away.." his eyes darkend slightly as he continued. " would you take an alternative.. to the death that steals your health." his voice was naturaly soft, almost angelic just like the rest of him, as he watched her reaction. he was sitting a safe distance from her, in case he had startled her.

Frowning as she heard a sigh. It was not her own, which made her slender red arched brows knit together in confusion. Clearly, she was going insane. Or, so she thought until she had heard the voice beside her. Emilys body felt like it had been shocked, bouncing up to the sitting postion, her eyes, head snapping toward the velt like voice. Most people made her jumpy, but the voice made her calm. Emily was only calm when she gave life. "Excuse me?" The low, like she was out of breath. The sudden movement made her heart skip beats. Taking a deep breath, the shaking of her body eased. "What did you say?" She was curious. Not only did people not talk to her much, but what she think she heard made her stomach drop. And this time it was not because of her sickness. Which was rare.
