Tadrith grinned. "Oh yeah. I'm much cuter then those lizards." He swam around in tight circles, using his wings to steer him around. "So cuuuuuuute, so cuuuuuute, so cuuuuuuute, that's me!" Apparently he didn't mind 'cute' over 'handsom'. And apparently he had a very thick skull, who housed a brain so tiny that it couldn't see past plain sentences and what they could mean.

Tovi hopped over off her rock and onto the bank of the river. Shaking herself off and sat on the grass and watched Tadrith swim.
"Yep, cuter than a lizard. Cause lizards are scary."

"Aw, they're not that scary once you've seen them a lot. I just wouldn't describe them as 'cute'." Suddenly getting an idea, Tadrith pushed his wings against the water and raised himself up before falling back, creating a giant wave that soaked the entire bank (and whoever was on it).
"Whoops."

"Ahhh!!!" Tovi covered her head with her paws, which did nothing to help her not getting wet, and tried to not get water in her eyes. Looking at Tad from out from under wet paws. "You did that on purpose."

"Me? Naw, I didn't. There's this really huge fish under me, and it just pushed me up!" His grin even wider, Tadrith lept into the air and made another wave. "See? He did it again!"

Tovi saw him jump this time and backed away from the wave, only her front paws getting wet this time. "Brat!" she giggled as she shook her self off again

Tadrith laughed, once again swimming around in circles, occasionally flicking water in Tovi's direction with his tail. "You mean I've gone down from 'cute' to a mere 'brat'? That's unjust, I say!"

Tadrith pouted, flopping onto his back and floating there. "Aw, you're mean, Tovi. Soooooooo meaaaaaaaaan." Turning his head to the side so he faced her, he stuck his tounge out playfully.

"Maybe not to small animals, but you do it to me." He pouted some more. "I feel so unloved." He flicked more water at Tovi, just in retaliation.

"Why do you feel unloved? Cause i called you a brat?" She flopped onto the grass and looked at Tad. Her tail flicked around behind her trying to get itself dry

"Why, of course. That's the only logical reason I can think of." He flapped his wings lazily underneath him, making him bob up and down in the water.

Tadrith suddenly grinned wide, flipping over and making another wave to soak his almost-dry friend. "And thus, my friend, I doth win." He hooted merrily and leaped out of the water, landing beside Tovi and shook vigorously, making the pink Talaye even more wet. "Oh yeah. Totally win."
