They have them, and whips actually, but the whips aren't pure energy, the have a cord they charge, so it's basically an electrified metal whip.

He survived, in our spirit. How else would he rag on Luke? Did you know Boba challenged Vader to a lightsaber duel?

He did, managed to hold his own. So he's Mandalorian, that doesn't mean he can't swing a lightsaber, he killed his fair share of jedi.

Actually, apparantly they were both after Solo, when he hightailed it out of there, they had no reason to fight anymore.
Boba is the man, he is mostly a ranged man, but mandalorians are basically spartans in which all of them are trained for combat, I imagine he'd be deadly at any range. He is the top bounty hunter.

Dengar helped him recuperate after he got of the sarlac. He's so badass he survived the toothy a** of a giant sand worm.

That is Bad a**. I'd retire after that. I wouldn't even need to be a bounty hunter...just surviving a giant sand worm would make me quit anything.
