Tori felt bitter towards Edward again. "He loves Lily more then anybody." she said with distaste. "It should be me by his side. I should be having his child." she spoke quietly to Kirai, so the others wouldn't hear. "What does Lily have that I don't?"

Just before Dr.Avarice arrived, she whispered to Tori, "Dear, it would be best we just see how things play out. Dr.Avarice did not make a move, so let us remain as a... audience, let's say... till intervention is needed. Alright?" Then, seeing Dr.Avarice coming up, she smiled. When he sat down and spoke, she simply responded, "Dear one, I read the note, and do not mind. And I slept very well, thank you for asking. How about yourself?"

He sighed, setting the baby on his lap. "Today's been...exhausting. Though, Sergei and I are on stronger terms. I haven't heard anything from Kat and Ivory. And...I know nothing of Kenomi."

Tori got up and left them alone. "I will have Edward, or no one will have him." she stormed out as she walked to the maze.

"Alright then." Kirai said, then looked at the baby. She quickly sent a feeling of comfort to Tori, letting her know she felt for her, and wished to remain with her as a friend. Then, she looked at Dr.Avarice, "Might I hold the little one?"

He nodded, happily handing the baby to her. The baby smiled. "Its a shame he died. His soul is purest. One of the purest I've come across in some time." He said, watching Kirai. "And...did you know Sergei is afraid of you?"

Kirai held the child, looking down at it, suddenly she realized after feeling a since of warmth, this must be how a mother would feel... After hearing Dr.Avarice say this, she looked up at him. "Why, might I ask?" The look on her face was a mixture of shock and curiosity.

He leaned foreword and laughed. "He said...there's something about you. You're completely different than what your body gives away. Same as your power. It's greater than you let on. He...has trouble reading you and says you're a voice in his head."

"Interesting... oh, how I wonder what this voice of mine is saying to him." She grinned slightly, then looked at Dr.Avarice. "What might you say it is telling him?" You could tell she was amused by this, yet there was a rather fun hate, like she enjoyed the thought of toying with Sergie's mind.

"Whatever you're saying, you obviously can't make up your mind. I think he said something about you telling him to kill and then telling him not to. More killing than not. So, he tries not to listen to you and not kill..." He grinned.
The baby watched them back and forth, eyes switching back and forth between them.

Looking down at the child, she couldn't help but laugh just a little. Then looked back up at him. "I do have plans for him, but such that no one need to worry about. I am very thankful you told me this, Dr.Avarice... you have most certainly made my day!" She smiled warmly, even she found it strange she could feel such, almost innocent, happiness about such morbid of things...

He chuckled. "Well, he's taken up residence in the spare room of my laboratory. Not like you'll have trouble...haunting him." He couldn't help but admire how pretty she looked when she was happy like this.

Tori walked back in ignoring the others in the upstairs pew. She wondered over to the altar where she started praying, praying for Edward to reconize her, an be with her.

He sighed, counting off things. "Sergei moved in...We cornered Elizabeth to discover whether or not she's truly with us...Victoria joined us and gained Edward's trust...I raised Mimicry's child...I think that summarizes everything. As I said, its been a tiring day. Oh, this morning in Haven...I seperated a Lycan and Wolf Demon from fighting and the Wolf Demon pulled your door off the hinges. Sorry about that."
