((Beach Bar // Sand 'N Stuff))

Tsu gave a small sigh of relief as Meli made off with the two other drinks. Maybe this time she'd actually drink one. However, when he saw her head out towards the sand... and two raevans floating above the water. One was Zave... but who was the other? He'd have to get a full report later. "Did anyone happen to see where I placed my drink?" Tsu asked aloud before going to find a comfortable seat. He didn't want to focus too much on work during this rare summer holiday.

Before Zave could explain how cold the water was, the other raevan had stuck her hand in the water. "I tried to warn you it was going to be cold..." Zave weakly managed before turning to the main point of topic. "I know Laz very well. We actually live in the same apartment. My guardian and his are brothers. Laz and Tari had first times together? What did you do?"

As the two were talking above the ocean, Zave thought he caught a waft of blossoms on the air. Shielding his eyes as he turned to look at the beach, Zave caught a pink figure floating closer with two drinks in their hand. "Meli..." he called out excitedly. "Hey Tari, Meli is coming over!!" He started explaining floating back towards the sand.

[Beach Bar]

Agni still sat by the bar, watching the people come and go. They all seems like they know each other, especially those that only have half a body. Wait...he thought, unsure why his reaction was as big as he expected. He looked about before searching his bag and lifted out his bottle of plain water. Agni took a sip out of it and gave a sigh, staring out at the sea.

After a few minutes of blank staring, Agni turned himself back towards the bar. He glanced about and saw another person approaching with a half-body. After they splitted up and the man came to the bar, he lifted his hand and waved slightly, hoping to catch the attention of the man. "Urm, excuse me. Hope you don't mind me asking." Agni gulped softly before he continued. " What is this fundraiser for?". Looking at the guy with the horns, hoping for an answer.

[Beach Bar]

Aden finally catches sight of Cookie who happens to be along a man's feet who appears to be wearing blue skivvies behind the counter...

He bent over the counter, trying to reach for the pink plastic ball. Unfortunately, he wasn't long enough to reach that far. At this rate, it would take forever!

Getting up from such an awkward position, he sat down at the bar looking as if he had just arrived. "Excuse me, sir, but... could I please have the pink plastic ball next to your feet? And a glass of mango juice on the side?"

Looking rather flushed, he felt embarrassed for asking such a question. Nonetheless he tried to make it seem natural.

[ Beach Bar ]

Agni's face lit up slightly when he heard about a lab. Lab's are always fun to be in and he can't help to shudder just slightly at how obbessed he was on the smell of chemicals. "Oh cool , a lab!" he smiled before continued. "Sure, I'll buy a drink or two. Do you have some Watermelon juice? If not, I'll just have some Iced Lemon Tea please. Thank you."

Agni turned out to the beach again and saw more of the half bodies. He was getting curious and he just had to ask. " Sorry for sounding like a busy body but who was the one that followed you here? It seems that he lack ... legs. There are many more like him out at the beach."

((Sand n Stuff))

Zave was puzzled how to explain his and Laz's relationship to Tari. They lived together, but were not really "family" so to speak... and he refused to be called someone's "pet". Especially not Tsu's. That was just demeaning. Just as he was about to finally explain, "I think the best way to explain is we're flatmates - live in the same apartment" Laz showed up himself. It seemed that tardiness ran in the family between Tsu and Kyou, but for once Tsu managed to show up fairly early.

He smiled when Tari zoomed into Laz giving him a warm welcome, with her bosom that would make Tsu seethe with jealousy normally. It was fun to see such another energetic raevan, as well as Laz coming to join the group. He made a note to introduce Meli to Tari when the pink raevan got closer to the others.

Turning once again towards the direction Meli was coming from, Zave couldn't help but take in the outfit that Meli was wearing to the beach party. When he took notice, he almost turned as pink as she was. He kinda wished he could wear something more appropriate for the meeting too.

((Sand N' Stuff / Beach Bar Buffet))

Roux straightened further in pride, the small crown atop his head glinting lightly. He soaked in the praise Alex gave like sunshine, tightening his grip on her hand for a moment, those cool, slender fingers curling around her hand. He let go, however, letting his arm fall back down to his side as he turned his impartial gaze towards the other girl that had walked up to them. He stared at her unblinkingly for a few moments before turning away, she wasn't very interesting.

Chloe flushed happily, the praise that Roux was getting was as good as someone directly complimenting herself. She was proud of him, so very proud, and that he was able to communicate even just this tiny bit better with others... it was even more impressive. "Isn't he?"

She gave a small start, turning back towards Rai with an apologetic expression, she hadn't meant to stop paying attention to him. She listened to him speak, reaching up to push her glasses further up along the bridge of her nose. "A-A-Ah... w-well, that is... y-yes. I've b-been with the lab since the beginning.. ah. Th-The fundraiser is t-to help rebuild the labratory. It... e-exploded... in an u-unfortunate turn of events." She gave a meek laugh.

"W-Well.. we shouldn't j-just stand around h-here, though! The p-party is down there! Sh-Shall we head towards the beach?"

Chloe lead the way, looking back over her shoulder in hopes that the others would follow. Roux was, of course, in tow. As they moved out onto the sand his expression darkened, looking down at what he was floating over. Heat radiated upward from it... if it were possible for him to he'd have coiled his ribbon tighter to his body. As it was, he floated higher above the sand, parasol held firmly above him to keep the sun's ovebearing rays from directly hitting him.

Without a second glance he floated ahead of even Chloe, making a straight shot for the Beach Bar Buffet.. there were already a lot of people there but he'd have to risk it. It wasn't long until the Raeven made it under the shade, able to take in a proper breath of air at the lower temperature.

Though he was made of Ice that could and would not melt, it didn't necissarily mean the heat was something he was immune to. It was extremly uncomfortable, in fact. It sapped his energy and made him feel lethargic. He lowered his parasol, eyeing the area with a severe look of annoyance even as the temperature began to slowly lower. What was plain old cool shade before turned a bit more refreshing... almost, but not quite, like what an air-conditioned room felt like.

We`rika didn't know how to take Aki's smile. Was it condescending? Was she turned on by tongue? He didn't know. He just frowned like a child and took back his bottle from Tsu, making sure he knew he said a drink not half the bottle. He glanced back at the young woman when Tsu asked if there was something going on, but he just shook his head with her. "I guess lab fund raisers aren' th'bes' place ta woo women..."


"Oh!" Sevilin held the drink gingerly in his hand, not used to drinking much besides salt water. He pressed the glass to his lips and took a teeny sip, watching a new Raevan join. She was really cool looking and seemed a little intimidating, which was strange since he never thought of another Raevan that way. But he smiled his usual sweet smile and greeted Lucia.

Pulling back his large hat, Sevilin squeaked when he saw Kyou coming around the bar. "Dr. Kyou!!" The little sea fairy quickly finished his sweet drink and placed the glass on the counter, scrambling over to give Kyou some hugs. "Hi!"


The sweat on We`rika's back began to cool. That was weird. He wiped the back of his neck and found his arms were pimpling with goose flesh.

Oh no.

He leaned back in his stool, scanning the crowd around the bar frantically. Aha! "Is you!" We`rika shouted, pointing to Roux.
