((Quick possstttttt... this will be fun.))

Icarus watched with a half surprised expression as the man holding the woman against the wall suddenly dropped to his knees and was crippled in the worst way a man could be crippled. "Phew." He exhaled and rubbed at his face. "That was just nasty. I'm sure he won't feel like sticking his wank in anything for quite awhile."

Though, it seemed this man was determined. The large one that had taken the savage blow to the groin fought through the pain and grabbed Zoe by her ankle. She was trapped once more in the wanting man's grip. The little one was laughing like an a*****e.

This was just pissing Icarus off.

"What the hell, man? You can't rape her in the time it would take me to do this." And the "this" that he did he shot the little guy in the thigh and kicked the other douche bag in the face with the metal tip of his shoe. "You heard the woman! GET THE ******** OFF!" And with a sort of goofy dance step he tapped him under his jaw mockingly.

The man's head twitched away and Icarus grinned at him in an annoyingly pleasant manner. There was blood oozing down the guy's face and it was starting to look swollen and a lot uglier than previous. Icarus gripped the hair on his head between his fingers. "Whaddya say? Wanna try this come quiet thing again?"

Honestly, Icarus decided then as he heaved the man away, that he shouldn't try heaving things larger than himself. He had heard his back crack, and he was sure everyone else could here it too.

"DAMN. How much do you WEIGH?" He winced a little and rubbed at the small of his back. He pulled an unhappy face, but made an even UNHAPPIER face as the guy he'd managed to shoot in the leg to render him immobile still had the use of his trigger finger and proved this function by letting off a shot... Into Icarus's foot... because as Terry had noticed before, the guy's shot was s**t.

Icarus said some rather colourful things. So many very colourful things. It was a rainbow and the pot of gold and the mona lisa of all the four lettered words that came to his mouth. The big guy wasn't even sure if you could USE that word the way he used it in a sentence, but figured speaking up wasn't a very good idea.

The blonde then sat down with his hands hovering around his foot and said something like: "Why the HELL, man? It was over. COMPLETELY over and you just HAD TO SHOOT ME IN MY FOOT. I mean... foul play. FOUL PLAY!" He pointed at the skinny guy and glared and then looked at his foot. "... My shoe is filling up with blood." He said off handedy. "I hate bleeding... b*****d! IN THE FOOT! And all this to bang some random chick? What the hell is WRONG WITH YOU? There are PLENTY of helpless random chicks to bang, why shoot me in the foot for this one?!"

And the guy who had shot Icarus in the foot was then getting to his feet and trying to limp away like a man with a bullet in his leg... trying to get away.

((HAHAHA EDDDDDDIIIIIITTTTED... Cos it was... they were both too.... Ala knows. EITHER WAY. IT'S CHANGED.))

((Lawlz, not much left to do...

OKAY THIS IS EDITED TOO!))

When guns started going off, Terry quickly got his hands on the one he'd been given, flipped the safety off, and had it aimed at the one Icarus wasn't currently shooting at.

Then a lot happened in a short span of time. One minute there was a bit of a standoff, and the next, Icarus was shooting kneecaps and booting people to the head ((LAWL BOOT TO THE HEAD.)), while the girl was on the ground screaming and still being attacked...

Somewhere along that strange series of events, Terry realized he'd made a few shots of his own. The little one, who'd been pointing the gun in the first place and laughing was now trying to limp away, while Icarus was doing his share of shouting words a sailor would have been proud of.

Looking irritated, Terry stepped right up to him and tapped him on the shoulder. Whirling around, Skinny Guy tried to take aim again, but even slightly buzzed, Terry had enough control over himself to grab the guy's wrist and wrench the gun out of his hand. He then smiled, and then without warning, pistol-whipped him, a resounding 'CRACK' echoing off the buildings. The guy crumpled where he was, and was out cold. It was likely he'd fractured his jaw.

Now, It didn't take a genius to figure out that Icarus wasn't going to do much moving. Coupled with his back being thrown out, his foot was gushing blood into his shoe, and leaving a little puddle around his foot. "Icarus..." He looked rather worried and stepped over to his friend, momentarily ignoring everything else. "You... Got shot in the foot." He had to take a moment to laugh. "That SUCKS." Grinning (and hoping to take his friend's mind away from the pain of it) he patted Icarus on the back before bending down and grabbing fistfuls of the bigger guy's shirt. "Hey, your friend," He said, hefting the guy up and shoving him against the brick wall, "Shot MY friend in the foot. What do you have to say for yourself?" There was a nasty glint in Terry's eyes, his lips turned into a frown.

The guy gave a sputtering cough at the impact, already reeling from the pain of being kicked twice in the face. He glared at Terry, but didn't get to say anything. Instead, Terry spoke up, preparing a fist for use in just a moment. "And going after a girl in a dark alleyway? That's sick and LOW. You guys..." He shook his head before snapping his fist forward, popping the guy in the throat. Letting him drop to his knees and wheeze (it had been a little trick he'd learned in basic defense), he then fixed his jacket collar and cleared his throat. Looking over at Icarus, he raised his eyebrows as if to ask if he was doing alright, before he kneeled next to the fallen Zoe, "You alright?"

Yeah, STILL had no idea it was Zoe. Funny how the world works, ain't it?

AND he had no idea how he was going to get two roughed up guys, a blood-foot Icarus, AND a potentially injured girl anywhere. "Icarus, can I start calling you TenderFoot? YOu'd have to join the indians, but it'd make for a good joke."

((Ehhh, I hope that was alright! IT ENDED SO FAST AHH. But uh, the one guy had already been shot in the knee, sooooo... Yeah. I dunno. I AM SO SUPER TIRED ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY I AM GOING TO BED NAAAAAAAAAAAO.))

While all the fighting was happening Zoe had stumbled over to Stan. She didn't care that gravel was stuck to her skin or that she was getting another swirling head ache. She cared about her best friend. When she got to him she immediately looked at his head, seeing blood matted to his fur. She could see the shallow rise of his stomach, signaling he was alive, but barely. Her heart thudded in her chest and she leaned over, resting her head against his. "I'm sorry, I was so stupid not to bring my guns. Please just hang on for me, I'll get you to the vet." A shaky hand ran over his fur as she tried to think of the nearest animal hospital.

Finally the two men were on the ground and the other two were either shot, or confused. When Terry kneeled down by her she smiled weakly and nodded. "Yes. Sorry. But we need to get them to a hospital." She said of Icarus and Stan. "The other two bastards can stay here." She grumbled and slowly stood up. Her hands touched the top of her head in thought, pushing down the puffy hat. "I'm really sorry. I was so STUPID. Usually I bring my guns or at least a knife. But I was completely empty. I guess I had to much on my mind." With a sudden change in topic she leaned over Stan and heaved him into her arms, her muscles straining against his weight.

"He needs help fast. If he...if he goes...I'll be..." She stopped and ground her teeth. "I know a place close by. If you can get Icarus, or at least help him walk, we can make it. It's an animal hospital...but I'm sure they know how to help them both out.

((Haha I wasn't sure what to do...so ta dah!))

((Hahaha, So, funny story... in the middle of work... I was thinking: YAY POSTS! And was all: I wonder what will be up when I come home...

.... Only to realize it was my turn.

... I'm brilliant XD))

Icarus was in fact rather distracted by the hole in his foot. It was a painful hole in his foot. It was a painful hole that was pooling blood into his good shoes. He wanted to hold it with his hands but found any sort of touch just made it hurt worse so he was caught in this cycle of hovering his hands around it, touching it tenderly, crying out, and then trying to touch it again. All the while he kept saying:

"What a LOUSY shot. What a lousy frickin' shot. a** HOLE!" And so on.

When Terry made light of it Icarus barked out a laugh. "No kidding!" He shouted. "Damn. Maybe having you around after all won't be so bad." He remarked lightly and then frowned. "Well, you know... I AM part Native American." And he grinned broadly. "The last Native American Jew. Did you know? AH. FRICK. IT HURTS." He cried.

And then he looked curiously at Zoe, fingers lightly to the sole of his shoe. "... An ANIMAL hospital? Are... you're..." He squinted. The light in the alley was dim and yellow. It made bright of Zoe's new founded blonde hair. Icarus tilted his head.

"... Zoe?" He said carefully into the dark. His mind pondered thoughtfully that girl in his dream. He shook his head. In the street light there was that same yellowness to his face as there was to every shadow, but he was growing strikingly paler as he sat with his bloodied foot.

He let out a loud laugh. "I think I'm going into shock!" He announced and then rubbed at his chin. "... I could really go for some drugs about now." And then: "We can't leave these bastards here! What about my money?" And he slowly hobbled to his good foot and then pointed at the two laying broken on the concrete. "I have a FRICKIN' HOLE in my foot. I want my damned money!"

((...hahahaha, he gets so irritated sometimes XD))

((HAW. I'll post now! AND THE I'LL DO MY HOMEWORK OH YES.))

"I'd hope having me around would be a good thing." he waved a finger in the direction of Icarus' abused foot, "s**t like that might be stopped before it happens," Terry put mildly, "And you're a liar."

That said, he focused on Zoe, who seemed more worried about her dog than what had just happened. "You know, MOST people who are nearly raped break into tears or hit things..." He curled his fingers in his hair and tugged thoughtfully, tilting his head as she looked over the dog. "And YOU should probably go to a hospital too..." He shook his head, "People are more important than dogs."

Only when Icarus said her name did it click. THe hat obscured how he'd seen Zoe, and frankly, he'd only spent a few hours with her... How likely would it be to run into her in a dark alley the same evening? Not very. So it didn't dawn on him until then that it might HAVE been Zoe. "Woah, woah... Guns... Zoe? What the hell are you doing out here? The LAST thing you should be doing is running around after dark. You should have gone to the hospital this morning."

Upon hearing Icarus' announcement, he turned back towards him, paling a bit himself when he saw his friend's state. "Uhhh yeah. You are. Lay down, Icarus," He muttered, rubbing at the side of his scruffy face as he flipped out a cell phone and dialed 911. "Those two probably need medical attention too. If we can get a cop out here too- Yeah, my emergency..." While Terry explained what was going on, he forced Icarus to lay on his back, then dragged the unconscious skinny assailant over so that Icarus could prop his feet up on him.

Secondly, he started digging through Icarus' pockets, making sure there was nothing on him (or Terry himself) that might be a bit... unwanted with real authorities showing up. Stowing any of that in an inside pocket on his jacket, he gave Icarus a sturdy pat on the shoulder before finishing up his phone call.

"Alright, we've got cops coming to get these guys... Pretty sure we'll get the bounty... And an ambulance for you two," he threw a look at Zoe and Icarus, "And we'll take care of the dog somehow. But I don't care how attached you are to him, people come first." And he sounded absolutely serious about that.

((I'm sorry D:< I've been thinking this all night... *posts real quick*))

Icarus made some very annoyed remarks as he was forced onto his back. "This is how I'm going to be when I DIE... I'm not DEAD yet, Terry." He insisted, but when the skinny criminal was used as a foot rest he laughed to himself. "Take this a** hole." The paling blonde said as he dripped blood over his unconcious face. "I HAVE THE AIDS!"

When Icarus was relieved of his drugs he feigned a look of surprise. "What... woah... what? What was that? That wasn't mine." He said lightly as he touched the ends of his fingers together. "Never a day in my life. I'm... Frankly, Terry, I'm shocked." He nodded his head solemnly and then proceeded to wince and look ill.

"s**t." Icarus said shutting his eyes tightly. "The blood. She is leaving me... aaaaaah."

"Stan?" He said softly and then glanced at Terry. "We have to make sure he's okay too." He said lucidly.

((hahahah.... he's weird when he has serious blood loss))

Zoe looked up at Terry in first a kind of smile that showed she was happy he cared for her safety, and then anger. "No! I won't go unless someone looks at Stan first. You don't understand, you just don't!" She shook her head madly and clung to the unconscious dog, feeling his stomach rise and lower. "He's the only friend I've had who never left me. He's my best friend...and it sounds...pathetic to say that about a dog. But it's true. I won't let a single doctor or cop TOUCH me without taking Stan first." With narrowed eyes she looked back at Stan and wobbled over to Icarus and Terry, lying the dog down softly and sitting next to him.

Tears glittered in her eyes as Terry asked what she was doing out here and that normally people cried over these things. Cry? Her. She didn't cry. Zoelie did NOT cry. She may have cried as a kid, but ever since middle school a tear never left her face. It was hard, she had to admit, to hold them back, especially after being almost raped and thrown away like trash. She took a deep breath and shrugged.

"I always walk or run when I want to relax. I just felt anxious and stuff...I always run when I'm like that. I just forgot protection this time. And I'm fine, really. I only got scraped a bit and my jaw hurts, that's all." She furrowed her brows defiantly and laid Stan's head in her lap, running her hands over his ears. Then Icarus said something about Stan and she laughed at him.

"See? At least he understands. No one but him and Stan ever understand me." She smiled and put a hand over her eyes, feeling tears well threateningly again. Swallowing heavily she rubbed her eyes rid of them and looked over to Terry. "Thanks...again...both of you. It sounds really sappy and lame...but you guys are like my heros."

((D'awwwww. *sings the hero song in the back ground* ))
PostPosted: Tue May 27, 2008 9:27 pm

((Ooookay...))

"Yeah, shut up and stay still, Icarus." Terry said with a half laugh at the mess Icarus was making on the skinny guy's face. Eyeing the other guy, who seemed to be recovering from the recent attack on himself, Terry cleared his throat and pointed at him. "You'll stay RIGHT THERE if you know what's good for you." The man with the now bruised and puffy face gave a little squeak and settled back on the ground, cursing to himself.

Sirens were soon audible in the area, and Terry had taken to pacing the small area, pausing to check that Icarus was okay, then starting up again. He nodded when his friend said that Stan would have to be taken care of too. "He'll be okay, don't worry, Zoe." He offered her a bit of a smile before rubbing the back of his hand against his chin and pacing more.

"And no need to thank us... It was just good timing," Terry put in with a shrug. "And you're not in that great shape, and Icarus just got a hole blown in his foot," he gave the skinny guy a rough prod in the ribs with his shoe, "So if you wanna call that a hero, then you're a bit far off in my opinion."

((TIME SKIP YAY!))

An ambulance ride, bus ride, motorcycle ride, and short walk later, Terry had in his pockets the bounty for the two guys they'd beat up, had helped Zoe get Stan to the vet, and was now on his way back to the hospital to check on his friend. He invited Zoe to join them as soon as she was sure Stan would be alright.

When he arrived, he really had only half expected what he was seeing. Yep. Icarus was talkin' with the nurse, and she seemed QUITE amused by him. Terry put a palm to his face and shook his head. "Heya, Icarus."

The nurse turned around and flashed a bright smile, "Hey, California. Looks like your friend'll be just fine." There was an almost amused note to her voice as she waggled the pen in her hand at him and tapped her clip board. "The doctor says he'll probably be out of here in a few hours."

((I have the time to post now... cos technically I'm not really doing much in class at the moment... soooo... *posts*))

The last thing Icarus really remembered hearing form anyone before the ambulance took him away was Zoe mentioning they were her heroes. He laughed as he was taken away and said:

"Some heroes."

Either paramedic glanced at one another and frowned at each-other over his stretcher.

"Just because we're volunteers saving your sorry a**-" One began.

"Not you." Icarus cut him off. "Shut up and give me some pain killers."

And now he was in the hospital. He hated the hospital. If there was anything in his life he truly wanted to avoid, it was this place. Of course, cute nurses always made it better and his cute nurse made it a helluva lot better. Cute nurses made the world a much better place. Why DIDN'T they get paid enough?

"Heyup, Terry!" He replied happily and then laughed into his hands at what his nurse said. "Ooooh god... this woman IS AMAZING. I'm telling you! You don't... even... I can't feel my foot." He said off handedly and frowned, but then smiled again. "She's Avalon. And she knows how to make scrubs look good. AND... we weren't talking about you if that's the idea that's coming across. Because... honestly? Me and Avalon have deep and intelligent conversations on the meaning of life and how it came to pass that that bullet was meant to be in my foot."

Icarus nodded his head. "I decided that it was fate that decided now was a good time meet cute nurses." He glanced at Terry sideways. "I hear they have some cute male nurses around..." He smirked. "If you're interested. He could be your sugar daddy."

((hahahaha, at least he's in a better mood.))
PostPosted: Wed May 28, 2008 3:04 pm

((Uhhh...I gotta large headache. I feel like Zoe at the moment. *Wobbles around and falls on couch...but posts before hand*))

Zoe had obediently followed Stan into the animal hospital. She told Terry that of course she'd see Icarus after Stan was doing fine. She sat in the waiting room for a good hour until the vet had told her he'd be fine. He said that Stan just needed to stay over night so they could watch his recovery. The vet had been extremely nice and even paid for the cab ride over to the hospital where Icarus was.

On the way she had gotten a double shot coffee. Either she was addicted or she just love caffeine. Which was almost the same. She was now walking into the hospital, nervously chewing on her straw and sipping coffee, not at the same time, that'd take a certain talent. She hated hospitals more than roaches. Too many bad experiences in the clean white places, less clean than they looked. No matter how much she hated them though she always ended up here once a month at the least, another reason to hate them. After the first year of being there she was known by all the nurses and doctors, as a friend of course, but being known by a hospital wasn't exactly a thing you put on your top priority list.

"Zoe, everything okay?" One of the doctors asked as she passed, he glanced at her hat and raised a brow.

"Yeah...for once." She said gently and smiled, waving a shaky hand at him. He nodded slowly and walked away, eying her nervously, expecting her to pass out at any given moment. She stumbled over to the counter and asked the lady if there was an Icarus, the woman said yes.

"Okay, where?"

"Well that's authorized information and-"

"Just tell me where it is." She said, running out of patience with the eye blinding white walls and coughing people around her. Although she had caffeine in her system she still felt shaky and...well that could be a RESULT of the caffeine. The nurse pointed down the hall and Zoe walked that way, talking to herself about throwing up on that hideous white wall or chocking that coughing guy, because if he didn't stop she'd go mad. Finally she caught sight of Terry and she headed towards him, peeking around the door into the room.

"Hey. Is Super Man feeling any better?" She asked, suddenly cherry. Best be happy for them, after all they saved her life basically, and Stan's. No matter how messed up she was feeling, no need to show them it. She put her bent and chewed straw back in her mouth and gnawed on it, a free hand atop her hat as she stayed in the doorway, not wanting to come in without invitation. "I forgot to get you guys something when I stopped by QT...good coffee though."

Terry glowered at Icarus when the nurse called him by a certain name, ignoring the fact that it was indeed the woman who had said it, and not Icarus himself. "Glad to see you're doing alright... And have had decent company," he gave Avalon a nod, and she returned it with an amused smile.

"Decent as a nurse can be, at least. I'm not the one who was able to prescribe the drugs, but I DO get to administer them." The woman seemed amused by such a notion, but sturdily but a couple fingers on Icarus' chest and pushed him back against the pillow when he leaned forward to greet Terry. "Stay."

Now it was Terry's turn to smirk. "Looks like you've done a decent job. And I'm sure you've found the meaning of life. You two can keep it to yourselves. I'll figure it out on my own..." He raised an eyebrow, definitely focusing more in Icarus than Avalon... he had a feeling he'd turn a little too red and want to go hide somewhere if he didn't distract himself. "And I don't know how you can have an intelligent conversation when you're hopped up on painkillers."

Avalon's dark eyes flashed amusedly at such words and scribbled a few things on her clip board before tucking the pen into it and running a hand lightly through her short hair. "Looks like you're set. As soon as the doctor okays it, you're outta here. Just come back for your checkup tomorrow, and then the week after..." She paused, checked the clip board again, then added, "And stay off that foot. I mean it. Meaning of life or not, it'll be hurting for a long time if you don't. Got it?"

"Thanks for helping him out..." Terry added before jumping at the sound of Zoe's voice. "...You scared me. And yeah, he'll make it. He's already flirting with the nurses." He threw a thumb towards his injured friend, who was grinning like a lunatic. "It's alright, I hate coffee... How's Stan?"
PostPosted: Wed May 28, 2008 6:29 pm

((.. GO POST))

Icarus obliged to her stern push back with a grin and settled in his pillows. "Woof." Was his reply as he crossed his long arms over his chest. He then glanced at Terry and laughed. "I've been hopped up on things much wors-er-erruh... NO." He finished, glancing once at Avalon. He held up two fingers and tapped them on his legs. "Yeah. Pain killers. Those things mess me up." He nodded his head a few times for good measure.

He then took to grinning at Terry with one of those knowing smiles and waggled his eyebrows. He found it absolutely hilarious he couldn't look at Avalon straight and might have played more into it if she hadn't started speaking once more. Icarus paid rapt attention and made a sour face.

"Off of it? OFF OF IT? How the hell am I supposed to do anything?!" He demanded of no one in particular. He stared into space as his thoughts reeled to explain how anyone can get around without actually being on their shot through the foot foot. He was leaning forward again, but this time leaned back slowly on his own. Icarus shrugged his shoulders helpessly and shook his head.

"He shoulda just shot me...waaaait." Icarus was grinning again and looked slyly at Avalon. "I've got to come back?" He rubbed his chin in a very obviously thoughtful manner. "Will you be here? I won't do it unless you are." And he looked incredibly serious. "What will they do? Hunt me down?" Icarus wanted to know. He was grinning his angled smile.

"If not," He said resting his on his pillows, "I'll keep off my foot and hope that does enough... but I dunno. I can feel GANGRENE setting in." And he grabbed at his leg for emphasis and comically pretended to wince. "I'm too young to see the light, Avalon!"

When Zoe called from the door he was grinning as he gave her a little wave and then he snorted. "Superman wouldn't get shot in the foot." He said, but grinned anyway and threw Terry a look. "At least I have the balls to even LOOK at a nurse." Icarus retorted in a good natured way and then frowned. He nodded along with Terry and waved Zoe in. "How IS Stan? He's my favorite guy, yanno?"

Zoe smiled timidly and come into the room some more as Terry spoke up to her. "The nurses here are pretty, so I don't blame him." She gave him a grin and leaned against the wall, as if afraid to get any closer so that she won't hurt the man with the shot foot. "I can't get enough coffee. I live off it." She raised it to her lips and took a long sip, waiting for Avalon to give Icarus instructions.

"Superman also doesn't get money for beating up bad guys either, but he also isn't as smart as you. So let's say you're superman for the computer geek world." She gave a joking smile and looked down when they mentioned Stan. Nodding quickly she said, "He's fine. He had to have some surgery done because apparently he broke a bit of bone from his skull, but it wasn't extremely serious. He has to stay over night so they can watch him...I have to go back tomorrow." She gave a soft sigh and chewed on the straw some more before lifting her head back up and grinning.

"I'm just glad he's okay, thanks to you two. You really don't know what it means...without him I'd have been a wreck." Her eyes lit up slightly and she smiled behind her hand. "If there's anything I can do, please let me know." She moved closer to Terry and looked up at him. "You're okay too right? Nothing got hurt? Cause I'd be upset if something happened and you didn't do anything about it. Stan'd be angry too." She put a finger to his chest, worry in her eyes. "Maybe we should get the nurse to look at you." She wasn't sure if she added the last part to tease him, or for a serious statement.

Everyone was worried about her, Icarus, and Stan, when no one ever asked Terry anything.
PostPosted: Wed May 28, 2008 8:12 pm

Terry gave Icarus a bit of a grin at his quickly corrected statement, and added a "suuuure" to the end of it. But, if they couldn't prove it, there was nothing the hospital could do. Both Icarus and Terry knew that quite well.

"With one foot, if you have to. Stay off it," Avalon put simply, replacing the clip board at the end of Icarus' bed. "They've invented things to help you. You know, crutches, wheelchairs... Friends willing to be bribed into making you a sandwich. You're a smart guy, I'm sure you'll figure it out." A little smile crept over her face when Icarus perked up about the thought of coming back. "Oh, they'll hunt you down, if not for the checkup, then the bill. And I may or may not be here. You'll just have to show up to find out, won't you?" She gave him an almost mocking pat on the shoulder before excusing herself to go check on the paperwork Icarus would have to sign before being released.

"Shut it, Icarus," Terry said after Avalon had left, feeling his ears go a bit red. "You KNOW I have issues with that." Sure, he'd willingly knock two guys out for attempted rape, but couldn't look at a nurse. Good job, Terry. "I should punch you in the foot."

Upon hearing the news that Stan was indeed okay, Terry gave a bit of a smile and ran his hand through his hair. "Good... I didn't mean to sound crass about him, but ya know... A dog's a dog, people should come first. But Stan's a close second, ya know?" He felt his ears grow a bit more red when Zoe sidled up next to him and prodded him in the chest. "I-I'm fine... My hand hurts a bit, but that's all. I wasn't the one who was attacked or shot..." He balked at the idea of a nurse (Especially that Avalon) looking at him. Not to mention, he hadn't had time to stash a few incriminating items he still had on his person. "Nothin' a good nap or drink won't cure." He gave an awkward smile before taking a seat in one of the chairs in the room and taking a deep breath, letting it out slowly. It had been a long night.

"And Icarus, this bounty is NOT going towards your hospital bill. JUST to let you know."
