After digging down several feet, Araris' shovel hit something hard; a bone. With a wide grin, Araris uncovered the skeleton of a long-dead Warrior, easily 500 years old. The warrior was clothed in blue tunic, and chain mail, with a finely crafted Bow and Sword. But the true prize was what lay around the thing's neck; a simple, onyx necklace. However, this necklace was powerful; extremely so. Araris quickly pocketed it, then hopped up out of the grave.

Anxious, Rhea began to squirm in her spot under the bush after watching the figure for several minutes. The person had been digging, that much she had guessed. Perhaps the figure was friendly enough to be approached. It wouldn't hurt to at least try, she thought. So Rhea pulled herself from underneath the bush and timidly walked towards the man, low on her haunches.

With a flick of his wrist, a powerful gust of wind knocked the pile of dirt Araris had dug up back into the hole, covering it up. A good amount of loose dirt also flew in the direction of Rhea, and it was fully intentional. "And who are you, to be spying on me?" Rari spun about, his pistol already in hand, aimed in the direction of Rhea.

Rhea yelped when the dirt was flung at her, and immediately began to growl when the man turned to face her. Then it hit her: this is bad. There was no real way of protecting herself in this form, especially if there was a gun involved. Either run or play the innocent. Of course, being oh so curious, Rhea chose the latter. She stopped growling and and lay down, her paw over her nose. Cute and fuzzy, who would shoot that?

After a quick moment while the dust settled, and Araris realized that it was simply a fox, he let out a relieved sigh. He returned the pistol to his gun belt, and stuck a hand in his pocket to ensure that his prize was still there. Satisfied, he went over and un-hobbled his horse, and prepared to leave.

Seeing how the man wasn't going to shoot her, Rhea perked up and began following him, like the cute lil fuzzy fox she was. She jumped onto the back of the horse, of whom she had already made friends with, and looked at the man at eye level, sniffing him. The smell was so familiar... she had smelled it bef--- The Wind Clan! So this man was no enemy afterall; the Wind and River had always been close allies. Maybe she could revert back to her human form now that she knew this. Maybe...

Araris felt the fox behind him first. He turned around and gave it an irritated look. "Get off, little one I've got some business to take care of, and you'd not like it." He gave a little push at the thing. He had better things to do now, then be bothered by a little furry animal.

Heehee. Rhea enjoyed messing with people, and this was fun. She swatted back at the man with her paw and then pounced onto his shoulders; Rhea was remarkably light in her fox form, so her tiny paws should not have hurt him one bit, though she dug them into him, holding on. Rhea then draped her three fluffy white tails around his neck, kind of like a boa, and licked his cheek affectionately.

"Damn thing!" Frustrated, and too busy to be held up by a stupid animal, a huge gust of wind blew, right over Araris' head. Anything the size of the Fox would easily be blow away.

As Araris had calculated, Rhea was blown off of his shoulders... but not without a fight. Her clwas had dug into his clothes, tearing them a bit, but after a while, the poor lil' fox gave up and let go, hitting the ground with a thud. Dirty and slightly bruised but as spirited as ever, Rhea stood and scampered between the legs of the horse.
"How rude..."
The young fox said playfully, hoping to at least freak the man out. Has he ever seen a talking fox?
