Venom didnt notice Shorti and tried to reverse Cena's clothesline by taking him down and putting him in an armbar.

The ref breaks them up and forces Cena back behind the ropes. Almost immediately after he crosses over the ropes he extends his hand for a tag. Realizing he made a mistake by tagging out.
