The bolt of lightning streaked high, towards the Hokage Mountain. Ken knew he had to control his path, because if he missed, he had better hope a bird was there and so was a high cliff, because this bolt cant turn on its own. He struck a rock just on top of the First's head, and he canceled the jutsu, standing over the city.

Mimi's intentative ear heard lightning, closeby too. Of course, who wouldnt have been able to hear it? Lightning is fast, but incredibly loud as well. She turned towards the source of the sound, atop the hokage face mountain.
"i think there's something up there" mimi said, steering her direction towards the faces, racing.

Ken sat slowly on the edge, hooking a hand around a large rock to keep him steady. He saw a figure racing towards the mountain, and he rolled his eyes, sighing.
"Great." he said in a low voice.

it didnt take that long for Mimi to get up there, facing the guy. From his hayate, it looked like he was from the the hidden cloud village.
"cloud ninja all the way here in konoha?" she said a bit bewildered.

"Yes" Ken said in a bored voice.
"A Kumo nin, all the way here in Konoha. Im on a foreign ninja program, to strengthen the peace treaty here. Problems?" he asked, yawning. "Sorry if Im abrupt, but Im kinda tired"

"One of my jutsu" Ken said, grinning slightly. "Raikou Henge no Jutsu. Lets me transform into a lightning bolt and travel as I please" he explained, leaving out minor points like how he cant turn in mid air, or how it made people nauseous afterwards, etc.

"Not really. My main job is to hang out, teach and attend some academy classes, and once in a while chat with the Hokage-dono (-dono is a high level japanese honorific)" he explained, then grinned.
"And as for the jutsu being exhilarating? Not really, its not all that special. If you miss, you cant turn back on your own, you can only change direction by hitting other objects"

"Well, theres been bad blood with Konoha in the past, so this is just to prevent any more of it" Ken explained, moving to the left slightly to sit on a rock.

"i see, well, if its just that, then no need to worry then. You're welcome here." she said looking down, secretly trying to find Ryo,but didnt spot him, so she quickly turned back to the guy.
"by the way, you never told me your name, i'm Mimi.
Ryo stared at the girl for quite sometime. it seems that she didnt notice him or hear hime for that matter. He was pretty sure that she was from Konoha.

"Ken Raite" Ken said brightly, smiling and reaching up to shake Mimi's hand.
"You seemed to have been looking for someone, I could tell by the way your eyes moved when you looked over the city. If you where enjoying the view, they would have been higher up and just staring, instead of looking down and moving quite a bit" he noted, still smiling.

Mimi smiled, she applauded his observation skills. She reached out his hand to shake it.
"thanks ken, but its no big deal, really, i just thought i could spot my friend from here." once again, she looked down, not seeing him again, Mimi just decided to stop.
"By the level of your skills, i suppose your chunin, or close to one right?" She said questiongly.
