If one wanted to commit a breaking and entering could that be turned into training?

Yes, it could. Baylu has turned that into an exercise for Opal's Tanu character. You'll have to ask the person to who you're going to break into for DC's.

What would a normal Smoke Bomb (given to genin once they become genin I guess? You know when we were allowed to choose two items to add to our inventory) add to Escape and Hide?

I want to become the village pick pocket how would one turn that into training? Also I kind of need some new clothes for Karite so any idea how to get something like this except without the boots and the pants being shorts.

Trade via RP. Pants you can make out a hide, the net shirt you can weave out of string of some sort, and most of the jounins and some of the characters (like Maya) have vests that they were given and/or they traded for, etc.
Get creative. =D
As for pick-pocketing, no idea.

The Spy skill would be used for pick pocketing. You can do it to random NPC's or make it into an exercise with someone else.

is there a NPC for clothes making or would I just roleplay out making some pants and shirt, also could I steal a vest from a breaking and entering.
((Not a thief in real life. Just want to see what Kind of trouble Karite gets into for doing this.))

Mai at the rice farms has been known to make clothes for people. 4laugh That's where Aya gets her clothes from!! And I know she made a cape for the Kage out of rabbit fur! But we don't hvae a clothing shop in Shimagakure. You have to go to the mainland.

Ok, thanks. In learning the justsu Kiba had to actually make a bushin of someone else, so I went ahead and rped that way so as not to hold anyone else up.

The current rule is under the Game Rules section.
Combining Genjutsus Requirements: Level 15 or higher. And a control of 150. Exceptions: Bunshin and Henge can be used together the moment you turn level 10.
Crew, is there a control requirement for Bunshin + Henge? I doubt any level 10 shinobi would reach 150 ranks in control.
