"Negative Gold Leader, but if we get into a spot of trouble I'll be sure to let you know." He smirked. " " Ganil turned his head to see a squadron of TIEs, made up of TIE Fighters, Interceptors, and Bombers. "All right ladies and gents, let's send them a little greeting. Blue Two and Three, on my mark, each of you launch a torpedo, and use the remote detonator to blow up right within their ranks." " " " " "Ready... set... LAUNCH!" All three of them launched proton torpedoes. Ganil watched as they sped off into space, right into the squadron of TIEs. They pressed the remote detonate buttons, and all three torpedoes blew up in union. This startled the TIE squadron, making them break formation. One of the blasts clipped a TIE Fighter on its starboard solar panel, and the others had to dodge it as not to meet a similar fate, which made them break up even more. But by the time they managed to get their bearings, Blue Squadron had already come within range, laser cannons blazing.

Neb watched as the Lancer frigate edged its way to the dying star destroyers, taking little notice of him. All of a sudden, it vanished. The Lancer had jumped to hyperspace.
"What? Where'd it go?" Neb stated, somewhat confused.
"It retreated," Hudson replied, making the statement which Neb wanted to hear but had almost forgotten about. He watched a wounded dreadnaught call in its last fighter, and make the jump just half a minute later.
"All wings, all wings! Federation fleet is in retreat! Hurt them as bad as you can!" Neb commed all the fighters. A channel opened, from the MC-90.
"General, the star destroyers on the front have begun launching escape pods and shuttles, we are in pursuit. The Federation Battleship has surrendered. How is it back there?"
"These guys in back seem to be a little more stubborn, but we'll straighten them out!" Neb shouted, elated that the battle would soon be over.

Mordranna also noticed the escape pods and shuttles leaving the doomed Star Destroyer. We must have hit it harder than I thought! She then opened the channel to Gold Squadron. "I don't know what's going on, but it seems Federation forces are in retreat. Gold squad: it looks like we're on escort duty. No firing unless fired upon." Gold squadron made it's way to a shuttle, and Mordranna opened a channel to it. "Imperial shuttle: this is General Mordranna Brunhildt of the New Republic. Power down your weapons, and come with us." The voice at the other end was that of a tired old man. "Perhaps you have the right idea, Mordranna." A short pause for effect later, the voice added, "Or, should I say the 'Sapphire Valkyrie'?" Mordranna simply shook her head. Surely, I'm not that legendary in the Empire! "I didn't know that there were those whom still referred to me as that," The man spoke once more. "Face it, lady: the Empire lost a good woman with you. You had lots of promise." "I still do," Mordranna replied. "I live to serve people, not to oppress them,"

Allon was getting ready to board the Colt 45 for the next planet.
That outlaw was wise. Ruthless, yet wise. I will have to inform my brother of my travels when I get the chance. He boarded the colt 45 and set off.

Rohsan lifted himself up on his to his back legs and began to shift again, this time changeing into a large Torgorian. "FOOL!" He shouted, "YOU can read sith! You just chose not to. You trust your sences to much. Are things always as they seem to your eyes? NO! Your sences are foolish tools to use when you have access to something better, something you CAN trust. You do not read sith with your eyes, you read it with the force!" Turning away from the pair he let out a wild roar, then slowly turned back to the pair and said, "But that would be a futile act at the moment. Try to read it now and all you will get is a wave of anger, fear, and pain that you would not be able to withstand. You must finish something started years ago first, a ritual so infused with dark energies that it can consume the weak who try it. Follow me." Picking the metal box up from where he had left it, rohsan sliped it under the specialy made belt he had on, a belt that would strech and twist as he changed, and took off. Running on all four limbs he set an insane pase for the two sith to follow, heeding deeper it the vally, down side paths and jumping over seemingly bottemless cracks. Eventualy he arrived at the entrance to a cave. Slowind down, he waled into it and said quitly, "Do you know what this place is?"

" A trap you set for us, maybe? " Angel said under her breath, not really desiring to make much conversation since the Dark Lord would know more than she did about everything they've come across recently. She turned to the Dark Lord, waiting for him to decide what to do now, though she thought to herself, " I don't trust this shifter. Why would he want to help us at all? "

Rohsan spun around with inhuman speed and used one claw to trap the female sith by the neck for a couple of seconds before letting her go. "Never question my intentions again jedi. Learn to think before you speak, if I had been human, that comment would have gone untoticed, but I am not, I am Torgorian. My hearing is hundreds of times more powerful than yours right now. Learn of your oppents or allies before you speak ill of them, for that mistake will cost you your life. To answer your comment, though, no. This is not a trap."

Neb checked one more time. The MC90 had enough on their hands, and seeing everyone else clean up the mess, Neb decided to get the Kapella repaired and ready to move. His role was served, and he needed to move his efforts elsewhere. Landing in the hangar of the MC cruiser, he exited the courier, and met up with a mechanic, and quickly ordered a quick lookover. While the maintence droids could do just as well, and faster, Neb always trusted the looking of an organic eye, one untainted by circuitry to not necessarily find flaws, but improve them. Some mechanics were more than eager to tinker with the system, and see what they could do with it, and possibly bolster the power or engines. This was how Neb aquired a rigged set of shielding, much like that of the cruiser he was currently docked in, in a much smaller setting.
"General, shouldn't you be helping the others?" The mechanic asked.
"No. They can take care of themselves. There's two jedi out there already, a third is unnecessary. The enemy is in retreat, and they are tipping over with no place to land. The escape pods will run into heavy resistance, and those which make land, will be found by the groudn crews watching the skies. I must move out of here quickly, so just make a diagnostic and be done with it." Neb responded.
"Yes Sir!"
Neb looked around, as Gunnie and Hudson came up beside him.
"Garos IV is under siege. Our efforts would break Federation lines, and garuntee that the Feds don't get their hands on that cloaking mineral that is found there. With the mineral in our hands, our troops may be able to sneak in and destroy their capital, making the war that much shorter. That, however, is speculation." Hudson informed, calm as he always was. Of the two researchers Neb always had on hand, Hudson was always inclined more for the battlefront than for the Tan' Sa' Qua' artifact. He believed that the quicker the war was won, the easier the job would be, and thus, more efficient the research and process.
"Neb, you know Garos IV has been Imperial for the last fifteen years easy. And it wasn't until recently that the hibridium was discovered anyway. The planet is under blockade, and us being there is a waste of time! We'd just move from planet to planet, and you know what that means? Less chance that the Federation of SITH Loyalists will remain ignorant of it! Let us move on. We know that Ossus contains at least informatino on the locations of certain pieces, and you should be able to figure out where the pieces are! You do the hocus pocus, we'll do the hard work. Come on!" Gunny began, emphasizing the sith's ability to always find something to use against the jedi.
"Don't worry Gunny, we're heading for Ossus. Though we may end up finding resistance there. As for the Siege, Hudson, a lesser general can take that spot. Ganil or Mordranna can provide the effort needed to break it. If not, then I'll head there myself." Neb sounded, turning into a room, meeting with undisclosed persons whom he needed to meet, for undisclosed purposes.

The Sun sinks low over the horizon of a world far removed from the core. Red gold, and lavender hues shade the sky over hilly fields, green with tall grass. Stars begin to poke themselves through the brilliant sky as the twin moons float silent and full over head. Cale stood before his one ticket to the stars, the freelance manufactured areospace superiority fighter known as the Phoenix. its sleek lines and aerodynamic design spoke of an age long gone, when the fighter ruled not space but the skies of worlds past. it resembled a hungry raptor, awaiting the chance to hunt. and for the first time, Cale would let her do that. He was taking her into combat. Cale was dressed in a black flightsuit with a red trim, a combat flightsuit specially designed for a child. It took money, and it raised more than a few questions, but given the situation, Cale thought it prudent to be prepared. He heaved a sigh and buckled his helmit on. this was almost certainly his last flight. he should have been terrified, but somehow, he was calm. he wasn't sure how he was pulling it off, but he was not afraid. It was time to stop ignoring what was going on around him, to stop carring about himself, and to do something, something important. Sia had told him so. And she was right. He had the chance to change the galaxy, he had the skill, he had the tools. Now was the time to use them. The boy climbed up the boarding ladder into his beloved fighter's cockpit. he activated the controls and powered up its powerful engines. turning on the repulors, The young outlaw maneuvered the ship into a take off position and prepared to lift off when he saw the young girl on the edge of the landing pad. she was waving his attention and trying to yell something to him. he couldn't hear her over the hum of the repulsors but he could read her lips. "Come back someday my knight." Like he had seen in a dozen old fighter pilot movies, he gave her a confident grin and saluted. he felt so cool right there it wasn't funny. Sia smiled and waved as the Phoenix shot off into the evening sky. Go to Alderaan, Cale. Cale bolted up out of bed in a cold sweat. panting nervously he gripped his head in his hand. "What the hell was that?...Go to alderaan? I don't remember that..." he muttered quietly. he glanced about and realized he wasn't home. "where the hell am I?" he blinked as he realized something else."and where the hell are my pants?" a soft moan from the otherside of the bed reminded him. "Thats right. the date." He glanced over at the sleeping Nora with a smile."Looks like at least one of us is having sweet dreams." He sighed and stood up, heading for the bathroom. he passed his jacket on the coatrack near the door, only to pause and look again as something in the pocket was glowing. curious he reached in and pulled out the lucky rock. the crystal was shinning like a dim glowrod. "what the hell?" he wondered."It never did that before..." Go To Alderaan, Cale. a voice from his past called out to him. He blinked and rubbed his eyes."What the..." shaking his head he put the gem back. "what is going on?..." "Cale?" a sleepy voice called from the bedroom. "Um, yes?" "You're not planning on sneaking out on me are you?" Came Nora's voice again, followed by the sound of a blaster pistol being armed. Cale reached for his pistol, only to realize that the blaster she had was his. he laughed nervously and replied."No, of course not..." "Then get your a** back in bed before I have to stun you and drag you back in here myself." came the stern response. "Yes Ma'am." Cale answered. he sighed and scratched his head. he threw a curious glance back at the gem, which had stopped glowing. "Alderaan. there is no alderaan. so what could possibly be there?" he mused.

Mordranna, along with the members of Gold Squadron and the captured shuttle landed aboard the huge MC 90, with the Jedi snapping orders to the Republic soldiers on duty there. "Major, take these Imperials to the detention block." "Yes, ma'am!" snapped the army Major. "C'mon, move it!" For the most part, the captured Imperials knew that they were beaten. Of course, there was always one expection in every group. An older man whom seemed to recognize Mordranna lunged for his blaster. "For the Empire - death to the traitor!" However, before the soldiers could draw their weapons, Mordranna's saber was in hand, and snapped to life. "Stand down. I'll handle this," she calmly ordered. The defiant Imperial fired at Mordranna, but the deadly red bolt would not find it's mark as it was harmlessly deflected by the skyish blue blade of light. A quick strike then rendered the blaster useless. With her free hand, she lifted the man with the Force. "I have you at the disadvantage. Please surrender peacefully now." she calmly instructed the man, whom was fuming, his face a glowering angry red. With that, Mordranna lowered him to the ground, and nodded to a pair of soldiers to cuff the man. Another witness to the spectacle was a scared young girl, whom had to be no older than eighteen, with a soft face that was clearly out of place among stormtrooper armor. "I have a request," she stammered in an obviously scared tone. "NO!" barked the Major. "Now get in line, ya li'l brat!" However, Mordranna took in the young scared girl, reaching out with the Force, and she sensed nothing that would discourage her from honoring said request. "Let her speak," she calmly instructed the major. "B-but, General!!" the major spat. Mordranna simply waved her hand in front of the major, as though waving to a friend, speaking in a whispered tone. "You will let the girl speak," "I will let the girl speak,"
As the other prisoners were taken away, with the defiant one still fuming, Mordranna agreed to allow the young female trooper to speak with her. "You wanted something?" "Listen, ma'am. I know that you're probably busy and everything, what with being a republic general and a Jedi knight and everything. Anyway, where I'm from, your name is legend. They say that you were the best, and that you one day disappeared. Still, I admired you, and respected you. I hope that you're not offended or anything, but you are my idol." Mordranna wasn't sure what to make of this. To be sure, she took mild pride in being a role model, at least. Well, at least until the cause she championed back then was found to have been perverted into something ugly and distasteful. "Listen to me, young lady. To me, the Empire was everything. To find what it has been corrupted into tore away at my heart, to find that I've been working towards ends I found disagreeable." The girl started crying. "You're right! I don't want to do it anymore. Still, you have to understand my upbringing. I was poor, and the Imperial service was the only way that I could escape from a life of prostitution. Even in my most worst days, I saw you as something to be proud of. Something to aspire to be." Mordranna interrupted. "Listen," she calmly began. "I am indeed flattered that you see me as a role model. Or rather, saw me as such. But, I'm afraid that you built me up into something other than I am. 'The Sapphire Valkyrie' is dead." The girl angrily looked Mordranna into the eyes, now with a stubborn determination. "No, she isn't - I beg to differ. She's standing before me now. But, not as a stormtrooper. You are something more. A Jedi." After thinking on what she said, Mordranna sighed. "You just don't give up, do you?" She then continued. "At any rate, I feel obligated to tell you that not everyone is Force sensitive. Of course, knowing this, I was surprised that I had such an aptitude, which I was not aware of until recently." The girl smiled for the first time. "I would like to tender my resignation from Imperial service. I don't mind if I'm not a Jedi, so long as I can do something good for people. May I?" Mordranna was certainly caught off guard by the question. "Well, I'll see what I can do. But, I wish to ask you this: One should adhere to their beliefs. Did you truly believe in the Imperial cause as I once did? I had my reasons for leaving. And, as nice as it is to be admired, I feel that you shouldn't jump ship on my account. I imagine that the Republic could use you." "Yay! I'll work my hardest for the Republic, then. The Empire doesn't seem to care for the little people, and people who are not human don't seem to get any breaks." She then saluted Mordranna, whom awkwardly returned it. "Private Deela Klant, at your service, ma'am!" Mordranna inwardly groaned inwardly, even while maintaining an awkward smile. This is going to be a long day ...

Soon enough, Cajin's ship was loaded with supplies, and he, a few other ships, and their small Republic escort were flying through space.
He set his course, locked in the autopilot, setting it to alert him if anything requiring his attention happened. He sat back in his seat and put his feet up.
And the convoy flew into hyperspace.
Over the hum of the engines, AC-417 "Hey, rookie; you nervous?". "Maybe a little..." replied RH-2302. "Eh, don't worry; we were all like that once." he said, waving at the other Stormtroopers seated in the shuttle. "'Cept for Sarge, of course. And N-108, and MA-816." the AC-417 said, with a chuckle. "Oh." he replied. "Don't worry, kid; I hear Endor is kind of nice...
Cajin woke up to the buzz of the autopilot, informing him that they were about to drop out of hyperspace and into the Kolthis system. He sat forward in his seat, and prepared himself.
The ships dropped out and convoy split up, each group lead by its escort towards it's destination. Cajin's group headed for the MC90. His ship landed in the hangar, and after much shuffling, the supplies were unloaded through the chaos of the hangar bay.
He stepped outside of his ship, ducking past a powerloader, just in time to hear a someone shout "For the Empire - death to the traitor!" Must be another ex-Imperial. And Jedi too, huh?" She's done well for herself. Wait...isn't that...?
Wow; things don't really seem to change much, do they?
"Ah, General Brunhildt, it must be nice; you do well in the Empire, and you do well in the Republic." he said to her as he strolled over.
