((The last time my character was on here was the very beginning with the breifing so i'm just going to put her back in her room with her brother and try to get back into the swing with this one. I kinda forgot about it since nothing was happening for a long time. sry sweatdrop ))

RIka sat in room with her little brother watching him practice with a toy sword he had made. She couldn't help but smile.

Rydia blushed at the accusation. "I'm sorry," she said quickly in defense. "Anyway, he kinda attacked me first...actually he attacked me twice before I ever did anything to him."

She cleared her throat, catching herself. "Ahem, um, yeah, anyways, the name's Rydia. You should know that first. Rydia Larson. And yes I did fire a couple shots at Sora's kid because my old bosses told me to and I was stupid and naive and never questioned and also I was kinda ticked off that he almost killed me over nothing." She took a deep breath and nodded matter-of-factly.

((That's fine. So listen up everyone, this is an integral part of the story in this post.))

Sora proceeded to explain to Kiante about the war that raged across the worlds, "Years ago, before my time even, all the worlds were one. Every heart was full of light. But eventually, some people got greedy, and took the light from others. That was when darkness first appeared. The world erupted into large-scale wars over the light. As time progressed, these wars worsened. Different nations were formed and they all put their efforts into learning new ways to defeat their enemies. Eventually, they learned to make a new, special kind of weapon, a Keyblade. This weapon, made out of the light that they were warring over, became a magnificent force. One nation after another learned how to forge these mysterious weapons. Other nations eventually learned how to make similar weapons, made out of darkness rather than light. They were still called Keyblades. But there was a strange side-effect to using these weapons. When a Key-wielder died, instead of their hearts returning to Kingdom Hearts as it should, the Keyblades would suck them in. The hearts were turned into Keychains connected to the Keyblades, and then they were made even stronger. If another warrior stumbled upon a Keyblade that had a Keychain, the heart within the Keyblade could decide if the new warrior was worthy of wielding it. This went on for centuries, many Keyblades were made, many acquired Keychains. Eventually the darkness created by the wars began to consume the world. After a while, the whole world was destroyed and left in darkness. But, small fragments of light were left, found in the hearts of children. These children, with their fragments of light, rebuilt the world, but just as their light was fragmented, so was the world. The creation of these multiple worlds dispelled much darkness, but this darkness had to go somewhere. The darkness was attracted to Kingdom Hearts, which is of course pure light itself, and surrounded it. Because of this, the worlds have, and most likely will, stay separate. Unless we could somehow get rid of the darkness completely, or at least get it away from Kingdom Hearts..." Sora stopped talking for a few moments, and his eyes looked distant.

Sora coughed and said, "I'll finish the story a bit later, this is getting long. Lily, could you take him to his room? It's A-9."

Kiante closed his eyes for a few moments, trying to absorb all the information he had just recieved.

Meanwhile...

Teitri continued to look at her calmly, he smirked, "Then, you've decided to betray the SoD and work for the FoL, is that correct Rydia Larson?" He stared her directly in the eyes.

Lily listened quietly as the wiser Keyblade Master/Father began to recollect a tale that went back for centuries. She shut her eyes as she listened to the story go on; it gave her a better picture in her mind that way. It did explain alot about why stuff was the way it was today. How awful greed has become even in these days, let alone the days of old! It's when jealously and anger rose in even the pureist hearts that caused calamity and destructive chaos to all. But yet it was the purity, the purity in children who yet knew no evil, that had brought a once lost-worlds back to at least a stable condition.

For some reason, the word "Keyblade" kept giving her a strange deja vu feeling everytime he said it. While she heard this word plenty of times before, she couldn't help but think why this was giving her such a feeling? She's never held one once in her life; why would she feel almost connected to it?

As Sora finished for now, Lily noticed the distant look in his eyes; he must have experienced this himself in a large way to make his eyes look so sad, so zoned-out in a far away memory. He probably had alot of bedtime stories he could tell to his children.....

As she heard her name being used again, she realized that she was to take the boy to his room. She nodded silently, not big on words at the moment. Strangely, her room was A-8, right across the hall. Was that a concidience? Who knows. She motioned for Kiante to follow him, as she thanked the man that handed her the key to his room, and quietly waited for him to catch up outside in the hall.

Rydia met Teitri's stare unflinching, solemn for once in her life. "Yes, exactly," she said. "Once I was...ahem...er...forced to think for myself, the answer became clear." It was still a bit embarrassing to talk about the abandonment. Against her reason, she couldn't help but feel that if she didn't outright mention it, no one would remember.

But, never one to take something seriously for too long, Rydia soon leaped up and did a big puppy stare into his face. "Come on, you don't trust me? I swear, I've seen the light!"

She smirked at the stupidity of her joke. After all, stupidity was always funnier than cleverness.

Kiante followed Lily as she walked into the hall. "This ship is pretty big, how do you know where to go?" He asked, he really was very confused. Before she answered, he thought of another important question, "Where's Merah?!"

Meanwhile...

Teitri continued to look at Rydia. He squinted for a moment, then decided, "All right, you can...be our slave...until you've earned our trust."

Christ opened his eye, it was morning. Another day in the alley, another day with the dream. "Pooh, What can it means?" Christ stood up and stretched. The small alley, which had been his home for some time now, had finally become familiar. The kids he played with every day were becoming friends. Everything was turning for the best, at least for someone who can't seem to remember his past.

Christ walked out of the alley reaching a small town center. To the left, the alley wall continued until it ended in a jewel store keeping the alley hidden from most people's sight. Following was a tree, the tree where he usually played hide and seek. A bakery with sweet smells of just made bread was next to it. To it's right, an item store stood with it's window open showing the new merchandise to everyone. In front of it was a wide green circle grass, a small plane where he usually played many other games. To the right of the allay was the major's house. His house was directly facing the item shop, for it top had a statue that at sunrise a ray of light points to the grass circle in front of the house itself. Beyond this town center is a totally new world to I him.

Christ walked to the grass circle in the middle of the town center, and he leans backwards looking up. It was almost time, the moon was disappearing and the sun was coming out. Little by little the atmosphere changed from the dark blue to an orange like mist, and then a dark orange following up. " It was about time," Christ said in a low voice. He always waited for the sunrise to make the spectacular light show. "Almost time," he said in a louder voice. He stands up and looks into the middle of the grass circle. There was no one else to see it, but there never is. The time is up and the ray of light shone over the circle.

The light shone. The grass turned from an green plain into a water like well. On the water, many images always appear. However, today was different. Today it had audio as well.

"Who are they?," a yellow bear comes through as in his dreams. "Where is that? Who is that bear? " Then a voice comes from the well,"Christ O'Fer Robeen, your time is coming."

((Hello everyone. I'm the new guy.))
Deane laied outside of the castle in Raidant Gardens looking up at the sky. Deane knew he was going to the Forces of Light's headquarters and he hadn't even told his parents he had a Keyblade let alone that he was leaving soon. He had tons of thoughts flying in his head like his parents possible reactions and even what he would say to them was unclear. The past week felt more like a dream than actuality. Deane rose to a sitting position and hesistated for a moment before rising to his feet and dusting himself off. Today would be the day he told his parents everything.

The walk back to town seemed unusually long and Deane couldnt pull himself out of the chasms of his mind to greet people he knew who smilied and waved. He practiced what he would say and felt that he had it down pretty well so when he opened the door of the familiar house and saw the smiling face of his mother he atleast felt ready.

"Welcome home Deane." Deane's mom chimed rising from reading a book to hug him. "Your home early. Are you ok you look a little pale."

"Yeah Mom I'm fine." Deane stopped pausing for a seond. "Is Dad home?" Deane said to his Mom whoose face had suddenly changed.

"Yes he is what happened?" she said sounding worried. Then an awakward silence fell in which was broken by Dean's Mom calling his Dad down. Deane's Dad came down and instantly his face changed one that was similar to his wife's.

"Whats the matter Deane?"

"Well ever since the accident a couple years back... I... I" Deane started but the words wouldnt come out. "That day I aquired a Keyblade." Deane said as another silence ensewed.

Lily couldn't help but smile at the boy's awed expression of wonder and confusion. She remembered having such a look herself before, only she was much younger and more shy than this one; and it was in a castle, which was waaaaay larger than this ship by far. She would know of this, having lived there herself. "I've gotten used to long seemingly-endless halls; when navigating in a large area, it's important to mark unmoveable landmarks in your mind to keep you from getting lost." Lily explained as they continued to make their quest through the vast ship. "Like that strange lightpost up there, the one sort of shaped funny? This is sort of the main crossroads area; you can use this as a good starting point when you plan to go somewhere on this ship. The dorms are this way." she pointed towards yet another hall, and they walked down it. There were countless numbered rooms, all containing a haven for any soldier to stay in.

"Merah? Oh, the dragon's name, I'm guessing? I'm sure she's just fine; someone told me she was getting a bath and wounds getting cleaned in one of the unused halls. Ah! Here we are!" Lily said, after finally getting to a room, labeled 108. She looked at the key; sure enough, the number matched. She put the key in the lock, and gave it a turn. Sure enough, it worked, and the door opened. "After you." she said, holding the door open for Kiante. Across the hall was room 107, which was actually her room.

"What?" Rydia abandoned all cute-little-girl acts and stood up indignantly. "Slave? Are you kidding? I mean, do you have to put it that way? Geez..."

Rydia immediately took to disliking this Teitri guy. A slave, yeah right! Maybe she would do little errands and stay out of the way, but no way was she just going to sit around and do other people's menial biddings. Or be referred to as, "that little slave girl from the SoD...she could betray us at any minute..." and then those demeaning glances.

She really hoped she was exaggerating.

"You know what? I don't care. Just get me some food. I'm really really hungry. And then we can talk more," Rydia said with finality, preparing to stride out of the cell.

"That voice, I know that voice." Christ was overwhelmed, still, he could barely react. "What is happening? It usually just tells me what is going to happen in the day," ram kept thinking momentarily acquiring a headache.

"If you live to be 100, I hope I live to be 100 minus 1 day, so I never have to live without you," a faintly funny voice staggered inside Christ's head. "If there ever comes a day when we can't be together keep me in your heart, I'll stay there forever," kept echoing unbeatable.

"Pooh?" Ram said out load. "What are you? Stay away from me!" shouted Christ louder every time.

'Remember what you said to me, If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together.. there is something you must always remember. you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. but the most important thing is, even if we're apart . . . I'll always be with you. I want you to know, I'll always be there with you too." In that moment, a light from Christ's right pocket.

Christ puts his hand in the pocket, fearful to the estrange bright light shooting out with great power."What could it be," he whispered to himself. Slowly he inserted his hand. He didn't grab it at first, he felt it, " Cotton? Line cloth?" He kept touching, figuring out what could it be; he was too scare to watch. "There is something sawed," he said with a curios sound. Gathering all his courage, he grabbed with tremendous force keeping the index finger on top of the sawed sensation. With a quick pull, Christ took the item out of his pocket. As it came out, the light became brighter. Christ's eyes became smaller, almost closing forcing the vision to surpass the brightness. But is was futile, everything became white. And so, in an instant he ended up in a weird room. He looked around, "So unfamiliar". He looked at his right hand, "A small red sweater?" Noises everywhere, like machines constantly working, and in front of him a door. Steps sounded from the other side of the door; however, far away, but they got louder by the second. Then a clicking sound came from the door, followed by a faint metal clash, like a door lock. The door opens, and a girl appeared in front of him.

"After you." Lili said, holding the door open for Kiante. Across the hall was room 107, which was actually her room.

Scuro had been sleeping for a while, and when he awoke he had a strange feeling that he needed to chase after the old lady he had encountered earlier. "Lets shut her up, Cobbin."

As Lily opened the door and saw a figure in the shadows, she immediately went to offensive; holding the boy against her in one arm, she whipped her magic staff, and pointed it towards the hidden figure. The weapon glistened in the light from the hall as her voice suddenly became alot less friendly and more intense as she spoke, her ears and tail of the cat twitching as she stared down the engima.

"Who's there, and how did you get in here? The only way is with the room key, which I know you don't have. WHO ARE YOU?"
PostPosted: Fri Mar 07, 2008 3:04 pm

Kiante was stunned as he found some other boy in his room. Even more so as he saw Lily step in front of him and ready herself for battle. He considered objecting, knowing that it would be dishonorable to let a lady fight for him, but under the circumstances, he knew he was too tired to fight.

"Don't get too hasty Lily, it could be an honest mistake." He said.

Meanwhile...

Tetri chuckled, "What did you expect Rydia? We just accept your betrayal of your people and enstate you as a grand commander? For now, you'll serve us, doing menial tasks that we assign. We'll make sure you have food, and a nice room. But one indication that you're betraying us, and we WILL punish you. If, however, we deem that you are truly loyal to us, then we may enstate you. Got it? Now c'mon, I'll take you to the cafeteria." He said, walking out of the room and leaving the door open behind him.

While Lily could understand what the boy was saying, she knew he didn't realize that when both Sora and the King left her with him, they were trusting her to take care of him. Complete, 100% huge trust. To not let him get captured and taken away. Not only would this be horrible for Kiante, but she reeeeally didn't want to think about what would happen to her; the King was only so patient, after all.

"True, but until I know who this is, I can't just let you walk in. I'm in charge of making sure the enemy doesn't get you; that'd end badly, I'm sure." she answered him kindly, while keeping a fixed eye on the shadowed figure. "Please, come out into the light where I can see you. The sooner, the less we can all stress and hte sooner this really akward moment will pass."
