if Morganna was originally Aura's enemy, why does Aura give Haseo the three Azure Knights, and why does she affectionately refer to them as 'little children of Morganna'?
they're Morganna's creations, therefore not nice people, in her perspective.

To answer your question, Haru, it's because Morganna was the original program for The World, so everything -- even Aura -- all link back to her. So everything in The World is Morganna's "child." That, and Aura never really saw her as an enemy (though the same can't be said for Morganna). And so she calls them that in tribute to her "mother".
