 One song, gloryLeafdapple nodded, gratefully. "Good. From now on, I will walk in your dreams and guide you. If you have any questions, I will be there to help you the best I can. You are now the new medicine cat of RiverClan," she bent down to touch her nose to the top of Pebblefoot's head. She step back as the wind picked up speed, swiping over her pelt. "Now, there is something I need to tell you." she paused for a moment, then continued. "A prophecy has come upon us. When ice grips the forest and the moon refuses to rise, cat and beast will intertwine." she recited Amberkit's words exactly and waited for Pebblenose to react. one song, before I go...

Pebblefoot felt a soothing calm spread through all the way to her whiskers when Leafdapple touched her head. Her eyes twinkled with gratitude and happiness, but the moment was short. She opened her eyes wide and listened to Leafdapple's words. She was shocked at what she heard. "But Leafdapple... what does it mean?" She was utterly confused. Does it mean danger? She was worried but the calm she felt in this place kept her level headed. She looked at the great Starclan cat with wonder hoping for some kind of answer.

Leafdapple smiled, expecting this reaction. "That is your job as a medicine cat, Pebblefoot. You must take this message to Torrentstar and find its meaning." she explained. "But now I must go. Let us meet again soon, my friend." she mewed and the connection between them began to fade.

She was comforted by leafdapple's reassuring smile but she still didn't understand. Perhaps it would be explained over time. The calm that had washed over her began to fade and she started to feel the cold ebb through her fur. She woke up fully awake and a little disoriented. The darkness made her confused but she quickly remembered where she was and stood up. It was cold here and there was no more light luminating from the moonstone. It had to be close to morning now for she couldn't see any stars through the roof of the cavern. She turned around and slowly began to ascend through the tunnel again. She did her best to follow her scent back, since now because it was still dark outside there was no light at all to guide her even when she got close to the entrance. But she made it to the end and a bt hesitantly stepped into the snow.

One song, glory Leafdapple nodded, satisfied of how well Pebblefoot handled that. She returned to the other star-pelted cats, sitting amoungst them in the sky. "Tonight, I have shared with RiverClan the prophecy. Now, only ThunderClan and WindClan must be told. Ashfire, I suggest you be the messenger for ThunderClan." she mewed to the spotted tom.
Ashfire blinked. "Alright. I'll tell Leopardpelt the moment she closes her eyes." he mewed, making a mental note not to forget. He glanced around to the other cats. "Who's in charge of telling WindClan?" he asked. one song, before I go...

Minxpelt jumped up. "Me!" She mewed loudly, almost a yowl, then quieted. "I bet I could do it. I just have to visit Lightface, tell the prophecy and stuff, then I'll come right back. Pleeeeeaaaase?"
Diamondpelt hesitated. Truthfully, she wanted to visit WindClan, her own Clan. She missed them. But, she had visited them already. A few times. She mewed, "I think we should let her. She hasn't visited yet."

I said you just don't know... Mousepelt smiled. "Sure, you can go. I'm sure you'll do just fine." she mewed to Minxpelt. "Diamondpelt and I will stay here. Just keep an eye on Lightface, and went she falls asleep, enter her dream." she informed. ...how hard it is to not be by your side, every night.

Minxpelt grinned, and watched WindClan patiently. She would enter Lightface's dream, and tell her to say hi to everybody in WindClan and that she missed them...and the prophecy, of course. "Ooooh..I hope she sleeps soon."

Minxpelt stared, until Lightface fell asleep. "I'm going nowwww!" She mewed loudly, running down.

Minxpelt walked into Lightface's dream, a bit nervous but also happy. She was seeing WindClan again. She mewed quickly, "Hi, Lightface!"
Lightface looked so happy for a moment, then unbearable sad. "I'm so sorry, Minxpelt! I should've never let you move!"
Minxpelt shook her head. "No, that's okay...really. I think. Anyway, please say hi to everyone in WindClan alright? Tell them I miss them all? Wish I was still alive? Thanks." She seemed ready to walk away, but then remembered-the prophecy! She mewed slowly,"A prophecy has come upon us. When ice grips the forest and the moon refuses to rise, cat and beast will intertwine."
Lightface bit her lip. "I won't ask you to explain it. I know well enough that you will not. I will be sure to tell everyone in WindClan. Goodbye."
Minxpelt gave a sad sigh as she padded up to StarClan, as Lightface woke.
