((Saza will mysteriously and magically be bigger when she wakes up! That way she'll be bigger when Inari's done with the news and the next part of the plot is revealed. 83))
Saza sighed softly in relief when the group finally reached the cave. She stepped inside, unable to keep her wings folded up against her back from how tired she was. She let her dual colored wings drag on the floor behind her as she walked along the cave wall before settling down and curling up. Saza was exhausted.
Her little body had had to work incredibly hard to stay out of the deep mud that sucked at her paws, the torrents of water that nearly swept her away, and the ever present rain that made everything gloomy. She rest her head atop her paws and shut her eyes, trying to stay awake. She wanted to hear what Inari had to say about the Storm and what it might mean for the kuniku on Honshu, but she was all tuckered out. Saza's eyes shut seemingly against her will and she drifted off into a deep sleep.

(oh man sorry for the late reply x mx I'll get out the plot now so you don't have to wait for me xD)
Inari stumbled into the cave, shaking vigorously to attempt to dislodge some water. He looked at the Kuniku and they all seemed exhausted, some were even beginning to fall asleep. Well, they could sleep in a moment. He didn't have much more time left here in their world, and he had to let them know what was coming.
"Everyone, listen up! You can all rest once you hear what I have to say. One of the Oni generals is on the move. This guy is incredibly powerful; and we think we know where he may be heading. I need you to go there and keep an eye on things, this could mean trouble. The gods suspect the storm was a diversion to try and distract us from this. We don't want to let the Oni know that we know what's going on here, so I only need a small number of Kuniku to travel to the location.
Keep in mind; this might get really dangerous. If you think you're up for it, the village is called Inshu, and its on the Western coast. I have to go back to my realm now, so the rest is up to you. Good luck, Kuniku!"
With that, Inari began to fade. He'd been hoping he'd have more time; but his limited magic only kept him tethered to the earth for so long. Hopefully the Kuniku would be all right without him, and wouldn't mess anything up.
