Kara thought for a moment the nodded her head vigorously. "Yeah, I pay for food at places like Wendy's and the Gutbomb. I also pay for some stuff...can't go into a store and get a bunch of s**t free and not spend a little bit of money to make it look like I'm not guilty. It's a whole system. Spend like twenty bucks or more and they won't even look at you like a shoplifter..it's kinda nifty." She said with a purring sound. "Speaking of free stuff, whats your favorite 360 game? I can get it once the snow slows down and we can play. Unless you wanna get your a** kicked in Halo 3." Kara said with a confident smirk.

"Stop it, stop it, stop it!" Blade hissed as she curled herself into a ball behind trees. The normally cheerful girl was near tears as the gas around her kept on forming. The only consolation she had was that it would be weaker with the increase of volume. However, Blade didn't care at that moment. She was too scared. Scared of all that was happening. Scared of hurting someone. Scared of herself.

A certain Valerie Bell grumbled to herself as she strolled up to the Brotherhood House, after a brief holiday back to Osaka to pester her father for money and just for annoyance sake, the teen returned to the one place she was welcome (and able to freely drown small animals without getting frowned upon a lot). Atop her messy haired head sat the water imp Mizu who was less excited about coming back to Bayville, he enjoyed returning to the place of his mutated birth and loved remembering the times when he brought misery to Valerie’s ignorant Father.

As the blonde haired female approached the front of the house the little water creature jumped down onto the ground and kicked at the snow covered grass slightly, Valerie gave the little sprite a foul expression as she dropped her two heavy suitcases to the floor, Mizu wasn’t too bothered by this, she was clearly hinting that she wanted some help with carrying the cases but Mizu was ignoring her out of spite for not allowing him out on the long plane journey. It was bad enough when he decided to make an appearance when she was trying to get on the plane…Valerie wouldn’t be forgetting that in along time!

“You know it wouldn’t kill you to help me over here!”

Rubbing her hands along her protesting spine Valerie rolled her eyes noticing Mizu shrugging his shoulders without a care in the world. Giving a long drawn-out sigh the blonde sat on the grass next to the luggage and rested her head in her hands seemingly oblivious to the snow on the ground. Mizu toddled over to his mistress and sat beside her.

“I can’t help remember…I don’t have hands that can hold things…I’m made of water Baka!”

Hearing this Valerie gave a quick giggle and patted the cute looking creature in a gesture of friendship, only getting a wet hand for her troubles, even though Mizu was a pain in the behind he was a good companion when he wanted to be, and beneath his outward contempt for his teenage mistress he wouldn’t dream of being with anyone else. After wiping her damp hand on one of her her pale blue leg warmers the female let herself fall back to lay on the white lawn with a happier sounding sigh as she stared at the sky.

“Who’s the Baka…the Baka or the Baka who sits with the Baka…my head hurts just thinking about it!”

Valerie whined scratching her head with a confused expression on her face whilst Mizu snickered to himself at the blondes brain dilemma.

"It was an accident," Victoria mumbled, rather sternly under her breath as Sarah and Rouge, finally caught up. Flipping her face back to a smile, she looked back at the girl she had run into, hoping not to come off as a rude.

"Nice to meet you, Becca?" She repeated, thinking that was the name she heard, but not to sure. "You're new here, aren't you?"

Blade's head snapped up in surprise when she heard someone's voice. She forced a week smile on her face as she blushed in embarrassment.
"Yeah, unfortunately, I am. I was here a short while back, but then I had to leave sooner than I would have liked. So I really don't know my way around." THe mutant explained.

Peace and quiet. These were the two things that any Bayville resident could expect to get during the winter holiday. The usually docile, quaint little town was just a bit more so in the few weeks following the end of the fall school semester. Snow usually decided to fall around this time of year, giving the whole of the city a cheery, greeting card look. The young-hearted especially loved to get out and frolic in this common, natural beauty, but for certain teenaged inhabitants....not so much so.

Much like the rest of his Brotherhood comrades, Lance Alvers spent next to zero percent of his winter break 'frolicking' and all the rest sleeping or just lounging around. Today was no exception. Having rolled out of bed no less then twenty minutes ago, Lance had flipped on his beaten stereo to the local rock station and cranked it up to drown out the light chatter sweeping in from downstairs.

His familiar begrudged scowl already in place, he took his time slipping on a new set of clothes. He had just pulled a clean black T-shirt over his mop of dark hair when he caught a glance of something through his bedroom window that made him frown even more.

"What the hell?" he mumbled, and quickly stomped over to get a better look. Because of the time off from school, a few Brotherhood members left town to do their own thing and Lance was lucky enough to have Valerie, the water wench, be one of those few. Thinking he would have some relative peace and quiet for a few more weeks now, a closer look out the window led him to see that her tall, blond figure was sitting, suitcases and all, on the snowy front lawn.

"What?!" he fumed, and a faint, jolt of an earthquake could be felt throughout the mansion. It marked, to anyone who cared to notice, that Lance was up and far from being in being in the holiday spirit.

"Well, I've got good hand eye coordiantion." Liz said and laughed. But I'm not a video game junkie." Not yet at least she thought watching Kara flip off the arm of the couch. "Naw only if you wake me when I'm sleeping can you expect violence out of me." She said and looked at the ceiling as Lance cranked up the volume of his stereo and Morgan walked in. "I guess." She agreed as the room shook slightly. Curious she tilted her head. "Valerie's back?" She asked and smirked. "Oh fun times are on their way..." She said with a snicker.

Her ears went back slightly for a moment as she felt the tremor go through the house. "How I wish he would stay asleep. He's always such a cranky thing in the morning. I should slip him some sleeping pills in his morning juice...maybe some percocet...that'd make him better to deal with." She said with a snicker as she watched Valerie and Mizu come in. "Welcome back." Kara said and bowed to the two in a joking manner.
