I was under the impression that org. Skills could only be aquired with CP from org dungeons... not from other stuff. Could you clear that up for us Fargore?

I don't know if this helps, but here's something to consider:
FARGORE

The organization bonuses will all be unique for the organization. So the only way of getting it will be by joining that particular organization. Balance will be looked at carefully and some will cost CP to balance them out. But you can still only buy the ability if you are in that organization. Whether you can keep it if you leave will have to be decided.

FARGORE

When you do quests for organizations you get 2CP that can be spent on normal or org abilities. For every 4CP (or 2 quests) you complete you gain one rank in the org. This way you are not stuck with the one abilities that the org gives but instead get to choose what you get and it keeps the same structure and advancement as the rest of the guild.

I would like to take out the two vindictive's I have and place the cp into magic, For the first cp I would like to place it in equip and the other two in life. With my chips I'd like to buy conjurers amulet and energy burst from the item shop. Defensive Hold, Spell Block will be taken from the list available. The result being...

Your points spend and your character edited. Although I did not see where you got 3 magic so I just went through and adjusted your character step by step per your instructions in your post.

Next up is nuku, well I can just do hers so last and least is Vincent.

(FYI: for the record nuku will take Chi Cannon and Shield Bash, she already got her other stuff)

Since there is only one choice left that can equal 3 CP Vincent may select a two cost and get 100 chips, if he wishes.

No, I'll take fighter's counter spell. As for the 3 CP I would like to put one into equip (removing the negative from my life due to the Demonic Sword, as well) and put the other 2 into life. My character should look as follows:

Since the event is over this place can now be used as another “hang out” like the tavern. Although Gerbo managed to clean the place the fountain still flows water of red. Nothing seems to be able to fix this cause like effect.

A cute cat girl walks up to Dynry, “Hello, I’m glad you could join the guild. Now please prepare yourself!”
The girls eyes start glowing a bright white color and a small mechanical spider appears before her. Black ether energy starts to form around it and when it disperses there is a small ghostly looking mouse standing next to it. Nuku moves into an offensive stance and asks “Do you want to make the first move or should I go ahead?”
