Kent blincked a few times after being dragged back out of the kitchen. "That... was fast... She didn't have to say anything, I didn't have to say anything... My kinda greeting process." He said, standing up strait again. "As for music... I hope you like classic rock.."

She chuckled and said "Well short and sweet is the way to go. Oh and yes I like classic rock. Just so we're on the same page we're talking beatles and those bands right? Late 60's early 70's, around then."

"Beatles, The Who, Hendrix, Santana, Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, Def Leopard, Supertramp, Cream, Boston, Kansas, Lynyrd Skynyrd... Just to name a small portion." He answered, picking up his Gibson Firebird. "Any song in particular you want to hear?" He asked, plugging it into his amp.

"A few?!" She raises her eyebrows and collapses on the floor. "Wow, electric guitar aye? That's a pretty cool model." Smiling Lila lies flat on the ground waiting for the music to start. Her mind begins to wonder as she lies there staring at the plain white ceiling. She closes her eyes. I hope I don't look like an idiot sprawled on the floor like this. Especially if Kent's mom walks in. That would be quite embarrassing. Hey what happened to the music? Opening her eyes, she sits up and looks at Kent. Jogging her memory she remembers him asking her to pick a song. "Umm.... do you know how to play 'Sweet Child O' Mine' by Guns and Roses?"

"Classic riff, yeah, just about every guitarist should..." He said, only glancing at her for a second before starting the song. "Sorry if there aren't any vocals, but this will have to do.

"Well can I have a try after this song then? I'm sure you could teach me how to play since you seem to think your so good?" Lila lies back down and lets the music droop her eyelids. Grabbing a pillow and resting her head on it she listens to the steady chords of one of her favourite childhood songs. "You know I used to listen to this song when I was 5 with my dad and now I know all the words. He said it was his song from 'me to you'. I could sing for you if you want?" she mumbles under her breath. As her breathing slows she begins to murmur the words to her song "She's got a smile that it seems to me reminds me of childhood memories. Where everything was as fresh as the bright blue sky. Now and then when I see her face she takes me away to that special place. And if I'd stare too long I'd probably break down and cry....."
