iraqi music is pretty damn good believe it or not.

And it will be immediately added to The List.

Kick me for not putting it on beforehand.

Then again, I am a blonde [in RL]... can you blame me?

The fact that you're a Polish immigrant blows the fact that I am a Mexican immigrant to bits. xd

Oh wellz, half of white America hates Mexicans. gonk

There's a link to one of the songs from 1000 Travels. They're emo, so chances are, you won't like it.

theirs nothing wrong with being mexican, im not really racist, everyones a person...i live in canada now tho, racism isnt that bad up here

Something with the lack of diversity may play a role in that, though. Right here, in my school, we have this sort of Black Vs. Mexican mentality, and I remember my Freshman year in High School, there was a large gang fight after school. It was between these two races, from opposite gangs, and I felt it was quite stupid to fight because of the shade of your skin. I remember a certain mexican being beaten brutally by over 10 black people, and another mexican hitting some black dude with a tree branch, or something, really hard in the head.

Where I live, which is California, there's a lot of blacks and mexicans, and white people are the minority. xd Which is different from the rest of the country, and I warn you, if you ever get the chance to go to Los Angeles, don't. surprised

Yesterday, I was in a convo with some people, and two of them were arguing about whose music is better.
One of them is from India, and he listens to Hindu Indian music, and he was arguing how it was more energetic than the music from the guy, who I think is from Saudi Arabia, who said that the artists in his music cried passionately in their music. Lulz, middle-eastern music sounds funny.

You should add South African music to the list ^^

I like music from all over the place razz

Chevelle (american)
16 stitch (south african)
Tokio hotel (Germany)
Travis (scotland)

Those are just the general ones that i can think of off the top of my head, i think the rest are just south african and american bands razz

It WILL be added! I vaguely remember listening to some African music. It seemed good, I think. Thanks for the suggestion!

Gotta love foreign music. I practically live on J-Pop, J-Rock, J-Rap, anime theme songs, anime character songs, anime instumentals... dramallama

But I listen to almost everything. I attempt to avoid American pop music (because all the songs basically sound the same to me) and rap (because it almost always degrades some group of people...).

Of course, not all anime songs are Japanese...I mean, sometimes they have English, but there are those songs in other languages (Like, "A Song of Storm and Fire" from Tsubasa Chronicles. NO ONE knows what language that song is in).

It's also really cool how the list keeps growing...isn't there basically different music for each part of the world??? But, then again, there are a lot more countries and styles that I don't think have been named...but that's just me.

I can't possibly name everything; that's why we have The List (which WILL REMAIN CAPITALIZED)! I'm glad you approve of The List. And I wish I knew what language that damn song was in. It's driving me nuts!

I swear that every month someone on Gendou's thinks that they have the correct lyrics (yarou...), and since it's always changing, it's virtually impossible to figure out what language the damn song's in!

*growls*

I'm going on Google.

Well I'm half Chinese and half Italian personally, so yeah I do like foreign music, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish and Italian etc.

HELL YEAH! Don't you just love a little mixed blood?! I'm a quarter Hungarian, myself!
ol wen it comes to foreign im german norwegian finnish (so u can say im mostly scandinavian) and polish french...so im american an european lol but still i heard in another post myagi (pardon my spelling) is awsome!!!

Are we talking about our ancestry here???

Anyways, I'm mostly Polish, but I'm a mutt (I have a little of everything in me). The only reason why I'm mostly Polish is because my Mom's side is Polish, but my Dad bribed his way into the Polish Club in his city. xd

Note: I'm American.
