In Destiny's comatose state all she could remember when her eyes slowly lifted was blood and screaming. Looking around the room she slowly sat up and looked around. She had never been hit so hard mentally by a mere object like that before. She was not positive but she had a feeling from the emotions that flooded her from the last page, it was relaying the story of a massacre. Of the night that many of her ancestors were slaughtered.

The last time that she had been mentally hit that hard was by an ancient witch and it had taken her hours to wake up. Something had brought her about much quicker this time. She could not help the feeling that someone was spying on them.

"Yuuki?! Did you feel that? Could you sence anything strange a minuet ago?"

She attempted to get off the couch and failed the first time then using more energy that she would have liked finally got up on her own.

Pointing down at the pages she started shouting.
"These need to get down to the lab for analysis and to the translator so we can see what this a*****e wrote exactly. Then they need to be locked up in one of the UV light safes. The leeches are going to be looking for these, and over my dead body are they going to get them!"

Yuuki let out a breathe at Iana's calming words. She really was quite nice to have around. Yuuki doubted that she would've been this calm if she wasn't around. Yuuki remembered last time Destiny had been hit this hard mentally, Yuuki had been freaking out for the hours that it took Destiny to wake up. Yuuki hoped it wouldn't take that long this time.

"Yes, Destiny is indeed a psychic, she's a powerful telepath. It is indeed what you say, and a telepathic overload probably occured once she touched that piece of paper. Even I sensed something about it, but DEstiny herself is quite sensitive to it."

Yuuki then turned towards the door, where a panting Rex burst through the door.

"Oh hello Rex. Yes, some vampiric text was found just a little while ago, and me and Destiny had our researchers here examine it, and today they made a breakthrough. They're over there if you want to see. And as for Destiny, she had a mental overload, unforuntatlely. Occured because of the diary pages. We're about to move her into a more comfortable place, since the floor isn't nice at all. Hopefully, she'll awaken soon..." she said, worry lacing her voice.

Yuuki sighed quietly as she picked Destiny off the floor and moved her to the couch behind her, laying her down sfotly so no physical damage would occur. It was just after she had laid her down when Yuuki felt something. A powerful presence, a vampire aura no doubt, had suddenly entered the room, no warning whatso ever. Yuuki spun around quickly, looking up and looking around the room to find the presence she just sensed. Her eyes held fear, suspicion, alarm. This was not normal. Hearing a groan, she turned her head back around to Destiny, who was fluttering her eyes, and waking up

"Destiny! Destiny! Oh thank god, you're awake!" she watched as her eyes finally opened. IT seems that Destiny had felt it too.

"Ya, I felt it. It seemed vampiric in nature, some sort of spying magic I think. I don't know what it could have been though. But if it was situated in this room. Then it most likely had something to do with the letters. We need to raise security on those things now."

Calm embraced Iana quite naturally. She had the odd ability to keep under control in the most testing of situations. That was why the hospital was such a good fit for her. Pressures in life were merely motivations. Now with Destiny passed out, she was relieved to see Yuuki adopt a bit of Iana’s own calm composure. This had to be nerving to see one’s best friend passed out from touching some parchment.

Iana was a bit startled when Rex burst in, but said nothing. She merely observed, curious as to how everything would pan out. Fortunately Destiny wasn’t out for long. When she did awake Iana was stunned to how assertive she was with her commands. This young woman truly was a natural born leader.

After the pages were taken to the anylist Destiny sat down and sighed.
"Hey Rex. Yes, we have pages of vampire text, one of which recounts the memory of many of my ancestors getting slughtered. Sooooo... How are things on your end?"

*An Hour Later back in the Lab*

Destiny quickly scanned the pages of translastions, and passed them around the table to Yuuki, Red, and Iana to look over.
Basically most of the writings were about needing to find a worker of miracles or godly type person who could change the vampire disease to be airborne. While the last page was indeed a detailed description of the murders.
Destiny looked at her partners around the table.
"Ok you guys assuming that the vampires understand what thier former leader was trying to do through other pages that might be within thier grasp, we need to start by finding the best biochemists that there are. They are the gods in which the last vampire leader was looking for. Fortunately for us Science was not that advanced back then. We need to find these people and get them here to be protected. Anyone have any questions?"

((I skipped an hour of pointless chatter between the good guys simply because we are moving reallllllly slow.. Bortelex in reguards to the notes that Dorenel sent, lets go under the assumption that they were interceped by someone on the other side and never got to Rex and Destiny. It would probably be much easier for you to just come see them in person..))

After having waited for quite some time, Dorenel looked for where the notes he sent were at the moment. They were nowhere. That was not a pleasant sign, for it meant that some other force had tampered with his spells that had sent the notes and the notes had in a way self-destructed to keep the message hidden. In Dorenel's reckoning there were only a few being that knew him and were powerful enough to stop his message. One was the witch, Rosara, but she knew better than to interfere directly with Dorenel's dealings. There were also some powerful demons that could be the cause, but he had no more evidence to go on, so he cast the matter from thought for now. The main thing that needed to happen at the moment was for him to meet with the two leaders he had intended to meet. So after creating protective spells around himself, he took his staff and went out. And headed for the Lionheart building. Upon arriving he went to an appropriate place and requested to be taken to see Destiny, although the person he was talking to knew it was an order. Dorenel was then taken to the room in which Destiny was in. Entering in a subtle manner making almost no sound until after Destiny stopped talking when he touched his staff to the floor. It let out a soft noise that faintly echoed in the room

Hearing a faint noise over by the door and feeling another nonmalisious pressence enter the room Destiny looked up. In the doorway stood a man holding a large staff.
"Hi. Can we assist you in some way?"

"Well I see you recruted the witch I found," Rex stated as he slid into one of the many chairs around the conference table. He then picked up the stack of papers that were duplicates of the seeminly dangerous, vampiric text and begain to flip through them.

As he skimmed over the pages, Rex could make out bits and parts from the stationary, but over all could not make heads nor tails of the situation. Translating text from different races never was his strong suit.

Dorenel looked around the room analyzing everyone there before speaking. He noticed Yuuki, a promising young witch, and also Iana, Dorenel knew Iana's father and could see some resemblance between Iana and her father. Dorenel almost regretted that Iana had been sheltered from certain things in her life. Dorenel then spoke, "I have come to advise you on your current situation. There are things that will influence the course of time that you can not foresee. The balance is already starting to shift." Dorenel made direct eye contact with Yuuki for a brief moment when he said the word 'balance'.

Iana had no idea that the vampires were thinking of using such drastic actions to gain full supremacy. This shock caused her to stay quiet and merely listen while she filed away the information in her head. When she heard Rex comment on her presence she spared a small smirk before someone else entered. Immediately she could tell the elder possessed superior control over magic. He seemd to exude experience and knowledge that only comes with time. When the man spoke, she listened intently. Iana was fully interested in his talk of 'balance.'

Destiny kept the blank look on her face as her eyes looked around the table and then back at Dorenel.
"Well, advise away. Lord, knows we could use all the help we can get when dealing with power hungry leeches."
Leaning back in her chair she kept her mind barriers up full force. This was a very powerful magic user and she was not sure if she should trust him yet or not.

Tramer

Tramer quickly making his way out of the insulation was glad to see night had retaken the streets, transverseing the many allays and back roods Tramer made his way to an old abandoned building in the middle of no were, entering building Tramer headed for the basement, he approached an old rusty metal door, the door opened with a loud screech reviling a elaborately decorated room. Closing the door behind him Tramer un-strapped his sword form his back and hung it on the far wall along with an large veriety of other swords and daggers, Tramer then sat heavily on a bed composed of many pillows of versus sizes, Tramer took an quick over look of his layer, “it just not home…” Tramer said just before something cot his eye, on the eastern wall, right of the doorway was a soot of plat armor, the majority of the metal looked almost like platinum decorated with gold, the gold looked as fire burning on the surface of the armor, thou instantly Tramer noticed a piece of the armor was missing form its place, the helmet was gone. Tramer jumped up pulling out both his pistols, seemingly out of nowhere Rosara appeared right in front of Tramer, the helmet in her hands.

“so, why do you keep such items? Do you enjoy the pain of your past?” Rosara said a smirk on her face, “I have something you might find interesting” Rosara said reaching toward Tramer two pieces of parchment in her hand.

Tramer took the parchment and the helmet from her, approaching the rest of the armor Tramer started to read the text on the paper, Tramer turned back toward Rosara, “were did you find this?” Tramer asked seeing it was two pages from the journal.

“I don’t recall…” the witch said a content smirk on her face “I would suggest you find the rest before you start handing them over to Constance…its not smart to trek a path you can not see” Rosara said turning away from Tramer heading for the door.

Tramer blinked and Rosara vanished, Tramer just shook his head and turned facing the set of armor, placing the helmet back in its place a memory flashed through his mind, Tramer was wearing the armor, he was knelling before a fresh grave, he leaned on his sword for support looking down at the freshly turned soil, Tramer was rolling a ring in-between his fingers of his free hand, a man wearing similar armor but with a crown on top his head approached from behind, “come, the night is approaching, are enemy will not waste time on there march…none of use will live through this night, at lest show them your anger, fight till your last breath in her name…come my sun” the man said holding out his hand to Tramer, reluctantly Tramer took the man’s hand lifting himself back to his feet.

Tramer shook his head forcing his thoughts off the memory, Tramer began to closely inspect the two journal pages, he laughed at the first half of the text, it was the last stages of a plan to make the vampire virus air born, Tramer found this hard to even contemplate, if this was to happen vampires would overrun the world exterminating humanity for food, they would then quickly have to turn to animal life for food, it would only take a few decades for the vampires to wipe themselves out along with countless other creatures. Tramer continued reading and next thing that was mentioned sounded far more appealing to Tramer, it spoke of ancient demons long since sealed away, thou the references were extremely vague, it seemed not even the writer new much at the time this was written.

Dorenel frowned slightly although it wasn't directly apparent. He then said, "Destiny, my advice is best served after you have a plan. I am not the kind that makes them." Dorenel looked into the crystal in the staff and brought up the image of the world and the different colors that covered it. He looked at the image for a few moments then caused the image to leave.

Constance sighed and stood, snapping her fingers. A young looking vampire came in through the door and bowed. "I have told you many times not to bow to me, have I not?" She said to the boy.

"Sorry." He said quickly. "You wanted me?" Delight shone on his face.

"Yes, child. I want you to take this to Tramer. I asume you will know where he is, my little tracker. Won't you?" She smiled slyly as she handed the boy a folded piece of paper.

The boy grabbed the paper and nodded. "Of course. I think I already know where he is." He smiled and ran out of the room.

"Good boy..." Constance whispered. Tim was her trusted mesanger and he had never let him down. Out of all the vampires alive today, he was one of the best trackers. She smiled and went into her sleeping chamber to take a nap.

Tim took a peek at the paper and sighed. So, the next meeting is in three days and Tramer is needed... Of course he didn't mind. He liked Tramer. He was sort of an idol to Tim. He smiled as he ran to the place he was pretty sure Tramer would be. He went up to the closed door and knocked.

Destiny smiled at Dorenel and looked around the room at her commrades.
"That is just what we are trying to think of. Does anyone else have any ideas on where we should start out?"
Standing up Destiny started to pace the room waiting for someone, anyone to reply.

Yuuki was sitting down on one of the chairs at the table listening to the events occuring. She nodded during the correct points as she listened carefully to the precedings. She read the text translations when they were passed to her, fully understanding the importance of the text. If those got into the wrong hands, Yuuki quickly shuddered. It was not the time to think about that. They needed to protect them, and the scientists who could create it. The leeches would use whatever power they had in their command to steal them, so they needed to be prepared.

It was safe to say that Yuuki was extrememly surprised when Doronel himself walked into the room. The head wizard, the most powerful wizard alive. She could almost feel the magic radiating off of him. She remembered hearing stories about him, her parents used to know him before they died. He was not someone to be crossed, to put it lightly. she looked up and he deliberatley caught her eye and she shivered once more. Balance he said. Something that in some ways she was possibly disrupting by joining the hunters. Witches and Wizards were supposed to be neutral when things like this happened, but Yuuki disagreed, and joined the hunters anyway. She didn't care. They needed all the help they could get, and joining the hunters and helping was so much better than sitting around doing nothing to help, when they could be doing something. Yuuki stood her ground. But he was right in many ways, as the balance was in fact beginning to shift. Yuuki stayed silent, and listened carefully.

She watched as he brought up the image from his staff. A picture of the world, with the many different races that lived on it. Many of the different colours were beginning to stir, and the red one, signifying the campires, was growing bigger. Yuuki was shocked. But he was right, they needed a plan. She watched as Destiny stood up and began to pace, a habit of her when she was either thinking, or waiting.

"My first idea for a plan would of course be the protection of the texts and the biochemists and other such scientists that the leeches could capture to create such a virus. After all, if they cannot get their filthy hands on it they can do nothing. But, I believe we also have to begin rallying our forces, as much as I would stay away from that. You saw the image he brought up, the vampires are beginning to move, and we must prepare for that. I don't really know what else we could do. Should we contact the magical community? We could ask them to lend a hand." Yuuki waited for the other's response. Yuuki shot a quick look toward Iana, seeing if she had anything to say.

((sorry this took so long, I really have no excuse, but I've been pretty busy with exams and then christmas today/tomorow. >,< But I thought I'd put this up with the free time I had today. I hope everybody has a wonderful christmas!!!!!))
