Yuffie seemed frustrated, and kicked the rock as hard as she could. It went flying and came up next to Cloud's feet.

A second after the rock hit the ground, a small heartless formed at Cloud's feet. It was immediatly run over by a metal cube with hearts on it that crashed into a wall a little ways away after running over a few more hapless heartless and narrowly missing a dalmation puppy. Vexen was quick to follow, emerging from the darkness using the glowstick-goo in the blender container as a lantern. "Sorry about that. The Companion Cube didn't cause any perminant damage, I hope?"
Axel followed Yuffie up to the roof and sat down next to her, still carrying the toast. "Why so glum, chum?" he asked, taking a bite out of yet another piece of toast.
((I'm back! And yes, I do like toast a lot, especially heavily buttered sourdough toast. *drools*))

She turns around smiling and looks at Cloud, putting her hands behind her back."Oh, yeah, everything's fine, good night!" Yuffie opens the door quickly and pulls Axel in, then slamming the door in his face.

Axel breaths a heavy sigh of relief. 'That was a close call! I really hope Vexen isn't carrying a grudge like I think he is...' he thought, unconciously letting a slightly worried expression cross his face.
"I kicked the Companion Cube a little too hard," Vexen explained to Cloud in a matter-of-fact tone, staring after Yuffie and Axel. The tension in the air was thick enough that if anyone wanted to, they could cut it with a knife.
