(So just to clerify Kail is sitting in the chair with Nuku hiding behind him, Gerbo, Laz, and Tobar, are standing around the middle of the room, and Fury and Luc are nixt to if not still in the cauldrin. Since Laz and Tobar are still M.I.A. I will have to deside their action in the combat and post them along with the results.)
*As you all gaze back at the alien eyes staring at you from the painting, it begins to shake as whisperings of ancient arcane writes begin to rise form the frame. The painting pulls it's self free form your grasp and floats to the same hight it hung from about 2 feet from the mantle wall.
Then darkness burst forthe from the center of the image, with that the contents of the cauldrin explodes outward in a massive stream of insects and (now) goo knocking both Fury and Luc off of their feet and back several feet. Then a strong gust of wind abruptly rises, after circling the room a few times it sweeps over to the chair ousting Kail and lifting it off of the flore and way from Nuku. Next dust form ever crevas and corner of the room loosens, decends, and cralls acros the room gathering in pile slowly rising into a tall mound. Suddenly the candle flames erupt into a masve blaze shooting thru the air, swirling into a chaotic ball to the left of the mantle as the old dead wood in the fire pit suddenly lights up in a blaze. And finaly the painting dematerializes into a cloud of mist swirling in mid air.
The chanting whispers grow louder and louder reverberating off of the walls and shaking your bones, and then all of the elements in the room take forme and solitify emerging as five withered decrepid old haggs quietly floating around the fireplace. One covered in bugs and filth looks to be decaying right befor your eyes, the second sitting in the chair with a tuf leathery complection, her hair and ragged clothing rustling in the wind that surounds her. The next stands dull and grey a living pile of dirt, that keeps crumbling away and reforming, then there is the smoldering one flesh hair and garments chared burnign and glowing from the embers of her ashes. And finaly the vaporous one her image fadding in and out randomly the edges of her form trailing off in whisps of mist transparant and creapy. In unisent they anouce their apearance with a loud vile cackle.
The Mist Hag says in a low distant reverberating voice "Well well what do we have here my sisters, looks like some children have wandered into our home while we slept". The Insect Hag adds, in a deep gurgling rancid voice "Yes verry naughty children who disturb other peoples belongings and SQUISH their pets". The Wind Hag interjects in a howling raspy voice, "And sit in others chairs without permishion... Oh look sisters a little kitten have come along with the children, sutch a sweeat little treat she is". The Fire Hag chimes in with a crackling roar of a voice, "After sutch a long rest we should have a nice hearty breakefeast, yes my sitsters. And then add the little darlings to our collection". Suddenly the Dirt Hag interupts, "Wait! That one is no child, it's one of those filthy Gnowlmes!" at that the others begin to cackle and snicker "Whats wrong little birt clod no gardens to inhabit?" all the hags begin to cackle verry loudly at the remark.*
(Lets have one more round of comversation befor we begin fighting, but try to keep your responces and reactions in one post. This is not a conversation thread afterall)

"TRICK OR TREAT!!! OOH And what's for breakfast? I'm starving! I collect tea. What kind of things do you collect? I don't think I'll be very good in your collection though, I'd get lost probably." Luc says in a fast exited voice, obviously not catching the threatening tone in their voices.

Fury, listens as the Hags make their intentions known. His focus however, remains firmly fixed on the Insect Hag. Not taking his eyes off her, he begins to speak. "Pets? You think those nasty little creepy crawlies are pets? You got issues lady, and fortunately for you, I brought the cure. I already gave it to your pets, now it's your turn." As a fanatic gleam seems to burn within Fury's eyes, the Spiritual Fist begins to manifest, zeroing in on the Insect Hag...

*Djanni's nostrils flare as she takes in the putrid stench of the hags; the scent of the Fire Hag is especially offensive to her. The Fire rages suddenly within her, already stirred into violence by the sudden reaction of the flames in the house to the hags' arrival. Furious that these witches would pick on such a sweet and lighthearted creature, she reaches out to Nuku.*
"Nukunuku, take my hand!" Djanni glares at the Wind Hag. "Why don't you pick on someone your own size, you nasty degenerate?!"
*The rage builds with her, turning the very inner circle of her irises the dull red of a glowing ember. In her hand, the flames of the candelabra flare and grow tall with her anger. Smoke begins to curl in soft waves from her flesh and clothing, pooling into liquid shadow around her feet. In the depths of her smoke-shadow, the Shadow Scythe forms, its edge glowing red with heat.*

Gerbo's eyes grow wide as the hags appear and talk. Once they reach the gnome joke, they pear downward into the shape of tiny wrinkled pears.
"Now wait just right there decrepit hags of utter um... decrepitness!"
Gerbo then takes a stance, gathering all of the magic energy he could.
"I would think it would be best if you would refrain from such jokes for the time being... least you might get a little more ragged than you currently are!"

Kail’igen stood up from where he had been knocked off the chair and brushed himself off. “If you didn’t like me sitting in your chair you could have said so. I needn’t remind you it was your house that let us in.” There was little amazement or fear in Kail’s eyes. He respected spirits but was not fazed by them. It might have been because he lived in a manor quite similar to this, or, that he was used to having his life being in the hands of several overbearing women. He wondered though what they meant by adding them to their collection but decided he didn't really want to find out.

"Please ladies, we do not wish to fight you, and I don't wish to burn you." He said to the voices.

*After the Haggs get their giggles in, they don't realy pay attention to your coments. They instead seem to be discussing how to deal with you and who gets to have who, after some discusion the Mist Hagg tells her sisters "You four take care of our precious little quests, and that Rodent problem. I will go and see to the other preperations" with that she disperses into a cloud of mist. From cauldrin a bright flash of light bursts forth forming what looks like a swirling portal, the Mist Hagg then flys into the swirling glow whitch then consentrates and blasts up thru the chimny flu. And with that the others turn twords the adventurors as they begin to chukle in a verry melevelent manner.
The Witches begin to move forward, taking turns as they speek. "Sweat children preshious children, wouldn't you like to stay and join our family? It gets so lonely around the house, some sweat little children would real help add some life to this moldy old place" With those words the pictures around the room that bear images begin to slightly shake as the quiet whispers begin echoing around the room again. This time you can just make out the mesage, "You shouldn't have come..., Run away while you still can..., Get out..., Beware the Dark..., Sunset..." then the whispers fade into silence again.
Fire Hagg: Come little ones, gather around the FIRE! (Sending a Singe Spell at Luc, and attacking Djanni)
Dust Hagg: I told you girls not to leave the door open, now we have an infestation on our hands. (Attaking Gerbo, and using Stuning Blow on Kail)
Wind Hagg: Oh you always fuss about trivial nonsense like that. (Fires and Energy Burst at Kail)
Insect Hagg: You naughty little children need to learn how to treat other peoples pets. (Attaks Fury)

((Sooo, the 81% means I’ll be stunned unless some one stuns her first and are these lieutenants?))
Seeing that it had finally come down to violence, Kail’igen charges up an energy burst and glances around the room trying to figure out the best target to pick off first. He quickly decides the wind hag should be the first to go with her high defense and hard hitting energy burst. However it seemed the dust hag was on to him and was getting ready to stun him herself. Never the less he continued to cast his energy burst hoping one of his companions would have a free action to stun the dust hag. He also notices that the fire hag is particularly close to him so he makes the ice gauntlet on his free hand take the form of a blade and takes a swipe at her.
Kail attacks the fire hag.

nuku calls out from behind Djanni "i dont fight so ju...." then she comes leaping from behind her. her eyes glowing. she lands right on top of the dust hag and swipes at ther twice.

Luc angered that he had been singed by the fire hag, charged her, releasing a spell of ice immediately before his attack. "No need to get violent! All I wanted was some candy! Chill attack!"

Fury fixates on the Insect Hag, as she moves to attack him. Calling on his Spiritual Fist, he sends it to pound the hag into the ground. He moves aggressively, joining Tobar and Dancing Sword in a team attack against the Insect Hag, hoping to squish her into permanent bug goo. Calling to Dancing Sword, he directs the faithful pet to deliver a smash attack as well.
