Breathing heavily, she watched as the tentacles grew back and Mark's arrows bounce off, she swore under her breathe and flash stepped back to it's tentacles, slashing or avoiding the tentacles, she rushed over to the back of it's head and gave slashed at it to try and break the mask.

The third arm on the Hallow's chest melded back into it's body before appearing on it's back. It grabbed Remix and flung her into a nearby building before appearing at it's chest again. Frustrated Mark let loose more arrows, trying to find the weak spot again as Remix was thrown. The one tenticle reached over and grabbed him as he was readying another shot, putting pressure on, trying to crush him.
This was bad, if the battle kept going like this kent knew he would have to step in and end it. He would leave it to Remix and the Quincy for a little while longer though.

Remix felt her body stiffened, she coughed out blood as she got to the ground, if this continues, she is going to die, she flash stepped over to Mark and slashed at the hand numerous times to make it loosen it's grip and get Mark out of it, blocking the hands and tentacles that was about to hit her.

Taisei landed beside Kent. "Man this isn't even a menos and you're strugling." Taisei jumped and rammed his blade into the spot just below the Hollow's chin, ripping a huge hole in the mask.

"Thirty..." Kent finished counting as the sound of Mark's ribs cracking reached his ears. Walking over he muttered three simple words. "Ring, Zankaru Burokai!" The crimson, nearly black blade seemed to answer as it rang from the sheath. With one motion he slashed out, a loud screech entering the air before the Hallows hand soared off, a gush of blood coming from the arm as Mark feel a few feet away. "Leave this to me Remix." He said in a deathly calm voice. The captain of the tenth squad was about to get revenge for one of his fallen companions.

Remix nodded to him and flash stepped over to Mark before he could crash to the ground, she placed his injured body at the side walk and watched Taisei and Kent attack the hallow, amazed as what she was seeing.

Taisei was annoyed. "Oh no, I'm getting a peice of action too!" Taisei grabbed the other side of his blade. "Kill, Zetsumei!" his blade split into 2 kama as he jumped up and stabbed them into the Hollow's back.

Kent slashed out again, then reveresed the blade, sending a giant gash into the creatures leg before completely severing it with the reverse swing. Walking up he shashed again at the now kneeling Hallow, slashing off the tenticles again before finally facing it. As it tried to grab him with one of it's two remaining arms he drove the blade into it's eye, before cutting up, a huge slash ripping through the back of it's head before finally dissapearing.

Remix' eyes widened in amazement, just a few attacks and it was gone, if they didn't come, she would be dead by now, she was speechless, still stunned at what she saw before her, she then remembered Mark's condition, she called out to the captains for help.

"I...I can walk..." Mark said weakly as he struggled to stand. His right arm felt cracked and he had at least two broken ribs. Still strugling he got onto his feet and watched the two kill off the Hallow, sighing. "I... I don't need their help anyway." He said, limping in the other direction. I've never let a mere Hallow beat me before? What happened out there...?

Remix got up, her hand on her injured shoulder, she rushed over beside him "do you need help? putting on the bandages i mean..." she said shyly.

"Uh... thans... but I think I can handle it myself... How bad are you hurt?" He asked as they began walking, hoping the captains wouldn't take note of their absence. "I mean, you know... you hit the ground hard back there."

"I think I'm going to be fine...I think you got more injuries than me...considering I don't have any broken bones..." she said as she grasped her injured shoulder, he didn't tell him about that though, since it was broken.

"Well at least you came out of the battle alright." Mark said turning the corner. Still wondering why exactly he had lost to what now seemed like such a simple fight to him.
