Shou walked up to the training grounds expecting to see Duke. but he was kind of early and decided to get some meditateing in.
but he then noticed Akebane sitting next to a tree.
"Hey their Akebane, hows it goin. you feelin any better?"

Akabane nodded slowly and then looked at him "I..." he began but didn't know how to continue. "Makashima-sensei..." he finally managed to think of something to say. "Could you...give me another chance and train me?" he asked him quickly.

"haha what makes you think i wasnt going to take one of my star students back. i was just waiting for you to come back to your senses. of course you cn come back. but hey since Duke isnt here yet how about i show you something that helps me out allot when i have allot on my mind. follow me"
Shou then walked over to the waterfall at the base of Mt. Oto and took off his shirt.
ther was a large bolder sitting right underneath the waterfall, it seemed like one would get crushed if they sat on the bolder under all that water.
"meet me on the rock. and clear your mind"
Shou then jumped in the and landed right on the center of the rock standing under the water, he then sat down and closed his eyes

Duke gets back as he sees Makashima and Akabane heading out to some place. He foolows them as he waves. "makashima-sensei Akabane!" he finally reaches them and smiles.

Once Shou enters a state of editation nothing could move hi unless he senses danger or an attack. but he trusts that Duke and akebane know what to do and follow him

Duke nodded as he saw Otokage-sama get on the boulder and meditate underneath the waterfall. He then lookes at Akabane "Lets go Akabane." Said Duke as he took his shirt off to go into the cascade.
Duke jumps ontop of the boulder next to otokage-sama, it was quite strong but Duke attended to hold it. He then closes his eyes and starts consentrating, eliminating all sounds and going into a state of meditiation. it was quite hard for Duke but he tried.

Rakki made his way onto the grounds slowly and looked around with a sigh. "What do I do?" "Close your eyes and focus the chakra with in your stomach... When I say I want to force the chakra up and at a tree.. I will help for now. Rakki nodded and closed his eyes forming the serpent seal. He concentrated his chakra for awhile. "NOW!" Rakki's eyes snapped open as he tried to force it up.

Rakki felt a warm burning liquid enter his throat and then his mouth. He quickly spit out the liquid and small amount of a green liquid shot out and onto a tree. He looked to the spot and watched it start to melt through a bit. He then clenched his stomach as it felt a bit upset. "This is the Lizard acid... Now continue training." Rakki nodded and tried again.

Duke wakes up and remembers he has something to do real quick. he gets up and runs. "Otokage-sama im off to the oto clinic ill train later" Said Duke as he used the body fliker tech to go ibn a very fast speed.

Shou sensed someone new had entered the training grounds. he opened his eyes and and vanished off of the rock and appeared right infront of the young girl.
"are you lost"
said Shou with a smile on his face.
"you should report to the Clinic, your squad member is waiting for you their"

Akabane nodded quickly, he felt happy that he got accepted again. Before walking over to the waterfall he looked at Rakki coming in to the Training Grounds. Smirking at him he followed Shou and took off his shirt also. Getting under the waterfall he closed his eyes and ignored everything around him, even when Shou vanished and Duke left. Akabane didn't hear anything at the moment.

Akabane opened his eyes quickly and nodded "Ok..." he said and stepped away from the water fall. He put his shirt on and got into his push-up. Then he began doing his push ups.
