Oracle let out an uncharacteristic roar as she went tumbling side first into the waves. Unaware of her actions she struggled and kicked to get free from the hands holding her, she was unable to take a breath before she was submerged and was simply trying to reach the surface. Little did she know at the time that it was Kenji.

Kenji clasped her neck gently between both of his jaws as she struggled to get free. He stared at the figure trying her very best for a taste of freedom before her simply swam up to the top and like a lifeless doll, her swept her up onto his back swimming until the shallow waters where he could actually stand, setting off in hysteric's. "Wow, you're quite a feisty one.." He joked looking back at the drowned rat cased in between the overlarge caped wings.

Oracle continued to struggle until she reached the surface, her nostrils flaring as she finally took a deep breath of air. Her eyes widened a degree as he carried her to the shore. She slumped her chin against his lean back and closed her eyes until she felt his shaking from his laughter. "I can be very feisty when the time calls for it.." she replied smugly.

Kenji smiled as she lent against him, he walked over his hawk like eyes daggering the beach to see if anyone else was here. When he saw none however, he gave a sigh in relief knowing they could rest here. He padded through the shallow waters until the beach, slowly laying down as the sand tangled in his fur; Looking back at the smug female he smirked at her comment. "Oh really, thats IF you can pull it off." He grinned, his fang showing before he licked across her eyes to take any salt water away then laid his head on top of his paw letting Oracle stay on his back if she wanted.

She squinted slightly and smiled as he licked her eyes. The gesture warmed her even as her wet fur dripped; the sudden breezes causing her shiver slightly even though the heat of the sun was beating down on her. Oracle nuzzles her chin into his fur feeling the his heat radiating from his body. "It depends WHAT i'd be pulling off.."

Kenji still laid there with a small smile, his eyes closed listening to the sound of the waves and the rustling leaves of nearby tree's as her words spilled through his ear drums. "... Well WHAT would you be pulling off...?" He asked, feeling the warmth from her as the access water from her fur leaked down along his own.

"Nothing at the moment... but I'll warn you when i do comes.." she chuckled softly at her own comment, her chest rumbling against his back. Oracle let out a small yawn as she lifted her head slightly and started licking the back of Kenji's head, trying to remove some of the access water.

Kenji nodded at her comment as he felt the sandy texture at the back of his head. He let out a yawn after hers as the rumble countered his own making him look back at her slightly with interest. "Are you feeling hungry by any chance...?" He asked as he staggered onto his feet before slowly heading towards the forest, his wings keeping her held on his back.

Oracle nodded slightly at his question, though her rumbling wasn't from hunger, it has been a while since she last ate. "Actually it yes, do you have something in mind?" She lifted her head to peak over his shoulder, she could tell by the dense colors of grey and black and by the outlines they made that they were headed back to the forest.
She felt a bit bad for having him carry her when she was capable of walking on her own. "If you like you can put me down." she whispered softly. To be honest his warmth calmed her and the feeling of being cared for was a nice feeling.

Kenji looked back at her and nodded to her words. It hadn't been a problem for him, being capable of handling many things double her own weight, he lent down a bit and spread his wings so she slowly slid from his back onto her feet again. He gave a small smile before continuing on towards the forest for something to eat. He only thought she was hungry, oblivious to what else it might of been.
"How about... Berries...?" He asked looking at all the different colors when walking by them, it seemed that a lot of small bee's were swarming the pretty colored flowers around them.

Oracle slide from his back and landed carefully on her paws. Trotted softly by his side she nodded as sniffed the air around her. "Sounds wonderful" The smell of the blossoms and opened berries usually lead her in the direction to the right bushes, and since her sense of smell was better most sitaras she was able to find them with ease. She approached them careful to not upset the bees that buzzed about her as plucked them from the bushes. "Do you have a favorite?" she asked looking back at him with a bright smile on her face.

"I'm fond of pickleberry... But I'm more of a hunter..." He admitted watching her trot off around many different bushes as he silently followed behind. He was amazed at how enlightened the rest of her senses were, I guess you do adapt when your incapable of one thing. He smelt one of the flowers tilting his head at the therapeutic scent before his tail wrapped tightly around a palm tree leaf and tugged at it, soon coming from the high branch and falling beside the cloudy female. "We'll use this to keep them together..."

Oracle tilted her a head bit at his response, she had never heard of such a berry before. She smiled as he pulled off the oversized leaf and placed it beside her. Scooting it underneath the bush she stood on her back paws and started pawing at the bush with her front ones, the berries gathered quickly in the leaf until it she thought it would be enough and plopped back down. "Done.."

Kenji nodded to her seeing the look she had given him clearly meaning she didn't understand. "Its sort of like a pickled plum.. Except a small berry which grows up by my den..." He stated with a small smile taking hold of the leaf with the berries in and began to walk in the direction of his secret willow tree by the lake. "Over here... We'll go eat out by the lake where its cool and shaded" He stated, glancing back over his shoulder.
