Laurel Talbot Alice took the pomegranate, chopped it in half with one blow of her knife ((snicker-snack!)), and handed the pieces back to Persephone. The goddess took the pomegranate with a smile of thanks, and then offered one of the halves to Alice. "It'd be rude of me not to share, besides, I'm only supposed to eat four of the seeds." She leaned closer and whispered "but that's just what I'm gonna tell people."

Eulalia Danae Das Steube Xeen looked to his wife, "You don't imagine Ora would be here, do you?" "Do you imagine she wouldn't?" Erica asked, scanning the crowds. Xeen paused, and shook his head. "I have no idea."

I'm afraid that if I eat anything, I'll start growing or shrinking or something."

The Baroness Widow and her escort made their way to the fountain and seated themselves, resting comfortably together. "Shall I get you some punch, my lady?" he asked her, but she just shook her head with a little smile.
A cloth plane pilot showed up in a gust of wind, holding her leather cap down with a hand as her whitish scarf whipped to the side. The pilot's only mask was the pair of goggles down over her face. Catching sight of the knight, she walked up in curiosity. "Hey," she said. "What are you? Feathers and metal, I've never seen them mixed. Do you fly somehow?"

Acelr The butterfly girl nodded to the queen with a hesitant curtsy and passed wide-eyed into the crowds. Like so many, she took Miran to be Draco at first, but something stopped her. Why would Draco come as himself? Yes, it is an easy costume, but didn't he have another one? She turned to ask him. "Excuse me," the girl began in a light, polite voice, "I wondered... Mi--! Uh, um, uh...m. Sorry, Mister, ah, well--nevermind. You're-- yes? You are? I'm sorry to have interrupted you... at..." She looked around, realizing he had not been in the middle of discussion. "...Your night... Are you here alone, then? Yes, of course you are. Sorry, I... Are you really..? Um..." She seemed bewildered, a thousand thoughts trying to make their way past her lips before she discarded them. Miran looks up to the Butterfly girl a moment and laughs very lightly under his red mask. "...Take it easy miss Butterfly." he says nodding. "Now just take your time and speak slowly what you have to say." he says nodding to her.

The Knight looks over at the pilot a moment and laughs a bit, brushing a metal gauntlet over the feathers. "Eh, Not really with this stuff on." He says and then smirks a bit. "And as for what I am, I am the great Knight of Draconia!....Born to save princesses and slay dragons through out the land." He tries his best to sound convincing and not to shudder at the thought of slaying dragons.

((...Ugh. I have to get A.C. in here.))
It would be difficult to read the Pilot's expression under her goggles. There was actual dust and grit on her face, as if she had just come from a long flight. "Huh. Never heard of Draconia, but I can guess it must have a lot of dragons, then! Probably just the poisonous snakes with wings, not the real ones, but there you have it." Her grin showed bright white teeth. "Unless that's an Earth legend? I don't know them all."
She held out a hand. "Pilot of Beginnings. The pilot who first made it to the twin planet and discovered life. I've, uh, forgotten 'my' name. Never was too good at history." The Pilot laughed silently at herself for this.
A neon green and yellow angel masked by a bright orange visor flew in--the wings had been made to actually work, unlike the Butterfly girl's thin cloth ones.
The Baroness gave a start, seeing the neon angel, and murmured something in a ghosty aristocratic voice. Her companion leaned closer to hear, and she repeated it for him, still too softly for anyone else to hear. "Of course, I said. Where the past shall gather, so shall the future meet." ...There seemed a great deal of meaning in these few words, at least to the man who now watched the neon angel with such interest.

Are you, did you really..." She looked back up, the curiosity burning in her eyes. "Was it really a book that did it? The," her hands fluttered, "...stuff?" A 3 Musketeers Bar waddled in through the crowd, bumping in literally EVERYONE. It couldn't see, you see. wink Being a giant candy bar with legs.

The goddess grinned and took the other half of the pomegranite offering it to the girl in the cloak. Cloak took the offered fruit with a slight shrug to her shoulders, a shrug that left her wincing a bit.

The Knave of Clubs was strolling slowly through the crowd, juggling... along the way, clubs or the various sorts bounced off Arthur, the cat with the toothy grin, the Knight (with a sharp ringing), the tree next to the the hidden Batman, and Xeen's mask. wink
Pausing the stroll by the goddess, Cloak, and Alice without bothering to slow the juggle, the Knave said, "Pardon, ladies, may I amuse?" One could not tell from the costume or the voice whether it was a man or a woman.
The neon angel lit down near dead center of the park and looked around. The angel was short, and the tight neon skin showed an adolescent girl. ...Probably.

The girl in the cloak approached the lit center of the park where most of the party was taking place. As she passed near a light, a green paper moth could be seen pinned to the shoulder of her cloak.

A green moth floated by the queen of Hearts, and landed gently against her hand. The queen tilted her head, and looked down at the moth. She lifted her hand slightly, the frail green creature resting on her pale fingertips. A smile spread across her lips, but was hidden by her mask.
The moth dispersed into a puff of green smoke. It dispersed into the air, just as the bushes around the park began to grow thicker, with thorns and dark vines. The barriers were slowly enchanted, keeping any more from entering, and any from exiting.
The golden punch started to sparkle a bit more, the food tasted better, the lights shined a bit brighter, and the music surrounded the mind like soft comfortable fluff. Delirium was hard at work.
