fyr3neko BlueBatman Why is it that the only person that I have trouble speaking to is the girl that I like? Anyone could probably answer Most people have problems talking to the people the like; they want to say things to impress them, but then they feel like an idiot after they say it. I always feel stupid after talking to guys that I like, esp. if I'm touching on topics that I'm not really familar with - like cars, sports, ... other stuff.... sweatdrop Maybe if you tried talking about something you both have in common, you'd be more comfortable talking to her. i just talk to her and gauge how she feels about something. if its something she likes talking about keep going!

I know that I don't think twice about opening a door for myself. But when a guy does it, I think it's one of the sweetest things.

If you show a sincere interest in things she cares about you'll make her feel appreciated and generally warm and fuzzy. If you're the source of a warm fuzzy feeling then that person keeps returning to the source. Example: Guy: I was so busy yesterday (briefly describe your day) How about you? What dp you do after school. Girl: Well, I have homework and then gymnastic lessons. Guy: You take gymnastics? Girl: Yes, but I'm not very good (don't believe her) Guy: I bet you are, how long have you been taking lessons? There you go, you just had a conversation and made her feel important.
