There were a few... I cried at both the anime and manga of Chrno Crusade... The endings are so sad! Especially in the manga, because you find out that Chrno didn't actually die, and he puts flowers on Rosette's grave each year...
I whited out that part, because it is a spoiler. You have been warned.
Umm... I almost cried at the end of Kuroshitsuji, but mainly because I was pissed and frustrated at the ending.
And... I can't believe I am going to say this...
Yu-Gi-Oh.
Shut up! It was sad when Yami no Yugi left, dammit!
I don't cry that much over anime and manga... In fact, doujinshi and fanfictions make me cry more...

@Spiral: The flashback to when Malik got his back burned made me emotional. But I didn't cry...I SHOULD'VE! D<
Two anime have made me cry recently:
~Revolutionary Girl Utena (Episode 7 I believe)
~Mai HiME (I forgot where, but it definitely happened. It's at the end though)
Also @Spiral: The ending of Kuroshitsuji? Hm, I should watch the anime all the way through.

The last episode of Tokyo Mew Mew was sad. Kish-kuuuuuun!
And the Barry the Ripper episode of Fullmetal Alchemist was sad, too.

There aren't very many things that can make me cry. The manga that made me cry was Hikaru no Go. I cried for twenty chapters straight! ANd it's shonen manga.
Tsubasa and xxxHOLiC have also made me cry a lot. In the later chapters that is. Stupid CLAMP tragedies ( heart ).
Also, I recently re-read FUllMetal ALchemist volume 15. That nearly made me cry the second time. I must be getting a lot softer, since the first time I just read it through and handed it back to the teacher, the one who let me borrow the book.
Or maybe it just inmpacted me more now...

Well, there are a couple of animes that made me cry-
Lovely Complex- about a short buy and a tall girl. I honestly cried almost every episode. So lovely and yet it hurt so much at times. I thought and still think a lot about everything that happened in that anime.
Gundam 00, when something sad or touching happened, it made me cry.
Hmm. There should be more, but I can't remember them. I'm not the type to cry at animes, but the ones I like the best are mainly the ones that made me cry. (But there are some awesome ones where I didn't cry as well)

Grave of the Firelies, oh dear Lord... Yes. I cried a lot during that. Ummm... Death Note, the last episode. And... Kuroshitsuji. When Madame Red died. I haven't seen past that point, but I'm sure other parts will make me cry. The Manga did. Oops also Naruto, when Haku and Zabuza died.

I cried at the end of the D.N.Angel anime, and actually during quite a few manga. But I can't name them right now, as I've forgotten... I'll remember... eventually...

Wolf's Rain when Toboe died....i heard everyone else died, too, but that's the last episode i saw of it...
and Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden when Soruen died...it still makes me emotional...
