(Seven questions, longer essay response) I gave her the test Monday and she sent me her answers Wednesday! That's (censored dialogue)! *mumbles something about a run-down circius with a certain mime* She sent me her reply today, saying that she got ALL the answers correct (surprise, surprise, I'm sure she Googled them!) rolleyes True, her answers WERE correct...sadly, her grammar makes me burn inside with an unspeakable pain D:

Ugh. Well, back to unpleasentries, this is tricky buisness. Do we now need to enforce a rule that says all memeber must send their tests back within 24 hours?
Also, I think we need more questions at this point. I forgot how persistant some people are... stare Mike... if you'd like to wip some up... xd But I still think if we moved it to essay-only format then people can't be smart asses and tell us who and what's right or wrong. Meh. *pouts like Roger* <-- Which is like a big baby. xd

Perhaps we can apply the new rule of having to submit an application when one of the staff members are on ninja (Which sould be fairly easy...I practically live on Gaia).

Well, both concepts could work. But we need to make a decsision.
1) Essay only-- no time limit 2) Current format-- time restrictions
The first one is easier and I'm much more partial to it but I'm willing to keep the questions. 3nodding If all else fails, we can keep the questions and have a contest. xd
