Extrasensory Mule Vulpix picture added.
I really want to draw Absol, but I'm having a hard time imagining how. xD Hmm, you want my thoughts? x] I imagine Absol's face to be sort of like that of a grey fox. I think the scythe-type thing on its head would be sort of like a horn, same goes for the "tail". -shrug- Hope I helped?

I just had an idea for Venusaur. It's just a suggestion, of course ^_^ but it'd work with the furry bulbasaur and ivysaur! You could make it un-furry, or make it seems like it's has lost fur in patch and under there is the scales, which were already visible a bit on ivysaur, who seems like it just got fur left under its belly and a bit on its head.
So there would be a 'evolution' there too. Venusaur would have lost almost all its fur by the time it reached that last evolution stage. It'd fit since bulbasaur would look fluffier and cuter, but Venusaur would look more mature and adult. That doesn't mean it would have to be ugly, just more powerfull looking ^_^

lol, if mew was on the discovered list, it'd be because someone bribed Micro like 1000k to have it xd and then it'd be impossible for anyone else to have one... I'd love to see mew in her style though ^^

Also! About legendaries...more than one person may have the same legendary. ;D Yepp, that's how it works in this shop. They can still have different markings, be shiny or color-variated, etc. They're only more expensive and rare. xDD
