I'll just go with "ditto" to what Sauron said.
If I add any more then I know I'll just be far too exceedingly harsh. xD[/fail]

.::The first apprentice::. b a s i c i n f o r m a t i o n Hello, My name is
I Have Been on this Earth for About
I am of the
I'm staying in dorm number
I'm currently enrolled in grade number
c o l o r m e p r e t t y
How I Normally Look
Patrick is what most people call "Rotund," its what he calls "fat." He stands five foot seven inches and weighs two hundred and ten pounds. He carries himself with some semblance of pride, walking for the most part upright, unless your around him before two pm, then he slouches something fierce. His hair is usually unkempt, light brown in color and is long enough for him to do the famous "Emo swoop." Pat doesn't try to have his hair in this manor, its just that he's had that haircut for over ten years, it just stays that way. He's trying the cut it short and spike it method, but it keep the damned part! this is one of the constant things that make Pat not try to worry about his looks. Over the course of the years he has managed to get it so it looks more parted than an "emo swoop."
His face always has some form of acne on it, as well as a grandiose attempt at a goatee, even though Pat can't even grow one for the life of him. He has dark chin hairs that never get over two inches long and a sissy fau mustache. One part that is a distinguishing feature to his facial hair is one patch, right on the right hand side of his neck, right around where the atoms apple is, there is usually a patch of dark hair roughly in a circular pattern, approximately three to four inches in radius. For the most part he wears a plain beige t-shirt, which usually has small paint stains around the top or bottom. He wears blue jeans that are too long and too wide, so he wears a business style belt to keep them up. His shoes complete this ensemble top be brown slip on shoes that obviously have bleach stain on them.
Pat usual thought on fashion are in the "meh" category. He will wear three day old shirts and pants that haven't been washed for multiple weeks. His hygiene is something to want for, it all depends on his mood. If Pat has had a great day, he has a shower. Usually, tough, it goes through spurts of every two day showers to "I know I smell godamnit!" His body has the smell of geek all over it. In a group of geeks, he stands out in a crowd. But he's the new age geek. Confident in his geekdom, he'll wear no such thing as a pocket protector. He'll even talk to girls, but it usually lack that of actual confidence. He tries to flirt, but it always lead to him admitting some flaw and making most girls leave because its turning into a pity party.
Fairytale Appearance
Pat sees his role as the utmost of boredom. Until the end of his practice all he says is "All Three of us!" Its the fun part of getting to dress up in various apprentice gear, since the fairy tale never says what the apprentices studied in. That's about all he has for fun in his role. He has various types of gear, from the old fashion cobbler to the new age foreman. The fact that Pat has to focus on what type of working man makes him more depressed, however. Its the basic fact that all the people he pretends to be are more in shape than he is. The closest Pat has to actual building experience is either his choice of making LARP weapons and terrain building for Warhammer.
None the less, there is a favorite of Patrick. Its the one he wears on a happy day, a day he's feeling like it should be a sunshiny day. He sports a simple home made black V-tunic and brown blacksmiths pants. He then puts over it a carpenters work vest, the ones they wore in the medieval era. He then finally gets to have his long awaited brown beard, and long hair....that doesn't part in the middle! He then ties the hair back with a leather tie and is ready to go. The days he wears this outfit are most days, since it usually makes him enjoy practice and have a better day. These are the days people can hear his voice from the room saying in a very positive way "All three of us!" He leaves the room a happier Patrick.
y o u o u g h t t o k n o w
How I am
Patrick, as stated before, is a geek. He isn't the most skilled in any trade. He never knew what PVC pipping was for until people came to repair something in his house. Never the less he knew where to buy it and another use for it, LARPs. Pat's main hobby is painting, putting together and playing, if he can find an opponent, Games workshop models. He knows the rules and has around 4 armies, which he's still working on.He usually is always attempting to be happy, but it usually drones down to him admitting his flaws to everyone. Because of him always seeing the flaws in everything, Pat is very negative about himself. He, however, tries to keep that secret, but does a piss poor job about it. Pat is definitely not a morning person, well, neither is he an afternoon person. He doesn't truly wake up until past two pm. This might be because of his staying up late, but mostly its because, so he says, has nightmares and restless leg syndrome. Another things is he is medicated for anxiety and schizo-typo tendencies. He tends to keep that at a secret level, but is really bad at keeping secrets.
The part that made Pat perfect for the First apprentice brother is his love to making things. Yes, it may not been crafting for money, but Pat knows how to build things. He may not be good at it though. He preaches about building a bridge out of balsa wood and glue that held over two hundred pounds, but since he forgot that at home, he can't get it back. His building skill goes to a miniature level, focusing on terrain for his models. Since his drafting for the position as an apprentice, he's been reading up on crafting a lot, all the way from original crafting ways of medieval armor smiths, to aerospace engineers. He tries to do as much of this work as possible, but usually gives up half way, since he needed to read more to continue. Thus, he has a lot of half finished things in his room, which, if finished, would be almost perfectly made. How I came to be
Pat came from a family of three boys, a mother, and a father. His father was a science fiction nerd and worked on computers to earn his keep. Pat's mother was a principal, which was her third career. Needless to say, Pats dad did the finances and his mother told him to go faster so she knew how much money they had. Pat was the youngest of the three boys. His oldest brother was gifted in drawing and art, who went off to become a artist, and after getting kicked out of college, living with his girlfriend on welfare for three years, wound up to have a job in animation. Pats middle brother was a jock, along withe some family made musical talent. That brother ended up spending a helluva lot of money on cars and other things, plus multiple accidents. Pats parents bailed him out of bankruptcy, but they ended up in a lot of debt.
Pat, who had troubles with bulling in his life, eventually refused to go to school. This lead into arguments with both parents and made life almost unlivable for him and his family. During the year he was supposed to be going into grade seven, he was enrolled into programs for troubled youth. The programs worked wonders, well, almost. Pat manage to quell the eventual anger problems, and managed to gain a permanent psychiatrist. Pat nicknamed his shrink "Dr. Snoopy", simply because his shrink spoke exactly as snoopy would if he could talk, in Pat's opinion at least. When he got back from programs, he had to work hard to catch up with his fellow peers in school. it took alot of summer schools, evenings of homework and internet courses, but Pat managed to get to grade nine right on time. It was then that he got his application for E.A Academy. His parents were thrilled, they thought that at least one of their sons was going to be a success. In celebration, they bought the newest of Pats armies, which he hasn't assembled yet.
Once dropped off, he took the path with his eight cases of stuff. He reached the split in paths, and had to make a decision. IT was simple for the mind of Pat. The Left pathway was far to thin for Pat to go through with all of his stuff. The right was way to freaky for him to enter. Thus the conclusion was the center path. One of the things Pat got out of this experience was knowledge into the supposed minds of the creators. Eventually, around grade ten, he realized that it had a direct message to him about what it was like to be a fairy tale creature. The message was simple. It may not matter that all the tales people are being trained for are practically archived, its the meaning to keep the spirit of fairy tales alive that is the point of the school. Pat imagined it to be some cosmic magic mumbo-jumbo, that the world needed the students and acctaul characters to stay alive in spirit. The years went quite well for Pat, besides completely going under the radar in popularity, missing homework and classes and having the most boring character to play. However, Pat keep the lesson he thinks he learned close to heart... For the good of his character, he must learn... now that doesn't mean he can't take a break now and then, maybe sleep in a couple of time due to problems with the nighttime hours...
s o m e o t h e r i n f o r m a t i o n
There's something else you ought to know
Despite trying to hide things, Pat is very nervous, he simply knows how to deal with it. Its something he's had all his life, so he's had, well, all his life to deal with it... My hair color is brown and eye color isa dark blue-green... .::Pittbull_mike::.

Mike Ooo, a new profile.
----
Okay, I probably should have let people know this from the get go, but students of Ever After Academy are required to enter upon a normal school's "ninth" grade. [I should add that to the front. Egh, I'm so disorganized.] In almost all/any case E.A. Academy will never allow a student to enter while they are in the middle of high school, so that a student may get all the "teachings" that they may need. [Of course, there are rarely ever any Ifs, Ands, or Buts to enter E.A., but if there are... they'll be damned if they don't get their student. It's pretty much a forced admittance--either you go the easy way or they get you the hard way.]
Since you are obviously going to have to change your character, just the slightest bit the age will change too. .____. I'm not quite sure how that'll work for you [I'm sorry], but I prefer them to be closer to "normal" age unless you can think of an AMAZING reason for them not to be [as I do know someone, in real life, who is 19 and entering his senior year because his mother was a drug addict].
Now continuing on.
Now, the character himself sounds absolutely adorable. Not in an "aww how cute kind of way", but in more the sense with "he sounds more like a normal human being". I like how you created him and he sounds absolutely relatable in the sense of his appearance. Kudos to you. His personality sounds pretty interesting too, but then there is his Biography.
A biography, as I had clearly stated on the front page in the profile thing most have at least three paragraphs. I didn't specify the length of them, but I do request at least three paragraphs. Just as well, you are going to have to change it anyways because of the little information that I forgot to mention. Sorry.
There is also some odd little bit of information that I requested for you to mention in the rules that you forgot to do. Please go back and read the rules once more to try to find what it is that I am talking about.
----
At this time, your character is not accepted. Please feel free to make the necessary changes to your profile in order to be accepted. If you’re confused then... PM me. .__.;
Also from what fairytale/nursery rhyme/possible story is your "fairytale" character from?

Ack! Terribly sorry! My life has been uber-busy lately. Both of my sisters are due to have their babies soon, I have to baby-sit my fifteen-month old nephew while this happens, and I have a puppy demolishing my house and annoying my favorite dog. Sheesh! Things never slow dawn around here! I've only had time for short posts and copy &pasting. I haven't even been keeping up with that, either . . .
Anyway, I'm finished with the rough draft. I know I stink at the bios, so if it doesn't fit your fancy, I'll work on it . . .
Have at it! For some strange reason, I enjoy critism. Page two by the way.

Actually Sauron, I simply look at all the rps that fellow rp members are in, to see if I like them.. Its just so happens that most of the ones I get ideas for happen to be the ones that your part of....
I'll work on the character, I'm probably going to change the age and history a bit, since I should be in E.A Academy since grade nine...
The fairly tale that my character is from is the one called. "The Three Apprentices"... he plays the first brother...
