That stinks so bad, about your hair. I know what that's like and I'm never going to Supercuts ever again, because they ruined my hair too.
Now I'm not being racist, but noticing a trend...whenever I get a foreign lady, they always mess up my hair. ALWAYS. It might have something to do with the fact that they don't understand directions.
I grew my hair more than halfway down my back and was going to cut it off for locks of love, and she cuts it UNEVENLY. Then we go to cut in nicely, after all the hair was cut off, and she just keeps going and going and going until its way too short, choppy, and looked overall like crap. It was a disaster.

I'm sorry; I know exactly what you mean. My hair was pretty long a while ago, and I got it cut a bit past shoulder length; no matter what I said, the lady had an idea of what to do with my hair and really wouldn't listen to what I preferred. So it's not just foreigners- she was definitely an American. Needless to say, I won't be going back there either. xp EDIT: It wasn't Supercuts- it was a random haircut place that I actually don't remember the name of.

That's so weird. I always get a great cut at Supercuts, because they do precisely what I tell them to do. This was true in the South, in the Pacific Northwest, in the Midwest, and once when I visited the East Coast. I thought Supercuts folks were trained to do exactly what you told them. That's why I adore them so much. I get exactly what I want, for under $20.
