yes i would say that she did love kaien and she still have feelings for him , but at the same time she has feelings for ichigo maby cous he does look like kaien but i think there is something more about ichigo and rukia , maby Ichigo loves rukia , there is something in the look of his eyes when he watched her being healed after they fighted Grimmjaw it looked like he was really worried about her

I dont' think Kaien and Rukia would ever get together if he had lived. He was far to loyal to his wife to betray her like that. Even Rukia admired his wife as there was no happening in their relationship. He would always be sempai to a kouhai.

@Tennyo: I agree with you ...unless Kaien suddenly relize his love for Rukia(or something like that) he would divorce her ..and marry Rukia but than I don't think Byakuya would agree since its the all might KUCHIKI blood or w.e BUT on the other side his wife is dead so kaien's single cool

yeah, rukia is pretty much all done with the kaien thig.. the most we will find out is rukia telling ichigo who kaien was, cause byakuya mentioned it when they came to to take rukia back from the real world he says, " He does look like HIM" and ichigos like, " Ya? who do i look like..." and thats the farthest it goes.. then ukitake says, OMG!! that guy, and byakuyas like, yeah, just ignore him.. he's a little s**t xDDD
